Okay, I know that this is Tacobell and you might not expect much however, I felt an obligation to review this location. This location has been a welcoming experience over the last year. When most other fast food chains are pushing you out of eating inside the lobby this location has a very inviting team. While many other surrounding locations still have their doors locked during the day this location is open. The team is eager to greet you and ask if you need assistance with the self-kiois. When they were first installed here, I made a mistake and ordered two of the same meals and the lady without hesitation asked me if I meant to do that after handing me my food. I explained no but said it will work and she asked what did I mean to order and brought it right out without missing a beat. This location, when I visit is always before 1 pm, is spotless and fully stocked. Kudos to the General Manager, who has created a culture and environment which attracts talent. The food is good when they get it right. I have ordered through the app the last 3 times and they are about 50% accurate. You would think the app would clear things up but I guess not. That is assuming they know how to pull up your order, they have insisted it was not there when it was and was paid for and wanted me to reorder and pay again. Luckily they did find the order. Almost every time I go to this Taco Bell location, something in my order is not correct. Today, I went through the drive-thru and got a black bean Crunchwrap Supreme, a side of chips and cheese, and four of those lil donut bites. First, my Crunchwrap came with beef instead of black beans. This lil mix-up happens WAY more often than any customer should have to deal with... I'm a vegetarian, so I don't eat meat. Aka, I have to throw the whole Crunchwrap away, which is both a waste of money AND food! Not okay. Second, there were no side of chips in my to-go bag. I received the side of nacho cheese, but no chips to go with it. And lastly, my lil donut bites were ice cold. Not even luke warm... Like, chilled. Ick. This location is almost always quick for the drive thru. One time they had me pull forward to wait but no one was behind me, that was a little confusing. My order is always right, one time I did find an extra burrito in my bag when I got home that I did not order. Hopefully no one was short changed their burrito that day. It seemed to be one of the $1-$2 items so nothing too spendy but hopefully it wasn't someone elses. Another time I ordered a Protein Bowl (which are delicious), and they told me they didn't have black beans at the window instead of at the time I was placing the order. I was fine with it but I think some people might want to re-order. Mentioning it earlier would have been nice but I get that he might not have known or forgot at the time of order. It is tucked away behind Menards in Richfield. The only way I knew it was there was by driving on 494 as it is right in view from the road or viewing locations on Yelp. If you know which road to turn down, it is fairly easy to get there. Decent amount of parking too and a long drive thru so I have never seen a backup due to a long drive thru line. When leaving, I always try go behind Menards and take 77th as Nicollet and Portland intersections can be tricky to turn onto when it is busy as there is no stoplight and they are next to 494 on and off ramps. read more

I am appalled by this locations services. I ordered a $5 box and a $1 taco with extra sour cream. On the screen before i pulled up to pay said $7.14 so i grabbed out my money to have ready to pay. When i got up to the window, the boy that was at the register told me it was $9.14 for my order. Ate here because Andale Taqueria Y Mercado across the way was a mad house. Tiniest parking lot and watched someone take 5 minutes to back out of their parking space. Saw this Taco Bell and said might as well seeing it is quick and easy. I was greeted by Mason who was friendly and very attentive. He took my order, genuinely had a great attitude, which to be 100% honest is rare for fast food employees these days. Mason greeted everyone who came in the door and went out and knew his regulars names which is even more rare in this day. After placing my order the gentleman who gave me my food was courteous and thanked me. The food was fresh and hot and I can honestly say I would eat here again even though I only crave Taco Bell a couple times a year. I ordered 3 hardshell tacos that were'nt even one third filled with what should have been in there. A chili cheese burrito, ordered with extra cheese was half the weight of one from a nearby taco bell. Whatever manager has directed these employees to minimize ingrediants to increase profits, should be fired, along with his boss, and as high it goes to the cheapass at the top. I will start by saying day staff can put in orders and give you your product in a decent fashion and all of the right product. Now on the other hand night staff horrible horrible, il say I go to Taco Bell in richfield a few times a month and it's usually at night like most people, now night staff I don't know what they are doing back there but they are very sloppy. When I receive my food half of it might as well be thrown in the bottom of the bag and called plastic bag slop. At least every other time I go I end up at home ready to eat and I always have some strange burrito or taco that I never ordered and the one I actually ordered not in the bag.
