My favorite spot in Quincy for a chalupa, it's quick and fresh close, plenty of parking

First off the place is way too small for the area and the amount of orders that they receive and secondly not only Taco Bell yet a KFC??? Took 45 minutes for a Taco Bell order to be put together and when mentioned the long wait an employee mentioned to us that they were down to one line, one line for the obscene amount of orders they were getting??? And on top of that we had to clean off our own table??? I think there has to be a better way to run this place and keep it clean read more

Really sweet workers and really fast service. Food meets the standards. Not too loud but can be busy.

They did not give me my four Baja blasts they only gave me two. They gave me a taco and Crunchwrap with only meat and no other toppings when I wanted the full deal. I had four items missing from my full order. We paid $80 for our food and our drink was also half missing when we received it. I am not happy with the service from this Taco Bell. I have been there in person and they are rude and do not comply with anything I say including asking for sauce and other things including my meal. They are very rude when talking to customers so I would not recommend them. read more

Very disappointed with Taco Bell/KFC drive-thru! Their service is incredibly slow and the employees are very rude. It took 8 minutes to order my meal because every so often the employee would say "hold on one second"...then waited 13 minutes in line because there was hold up ahead. We finally reached the window and paid for our order. They forgot our drinks, which resulted to us waiting even longer. We ordered a $5 fill up, which included 2 pieces of chicken, biscuit, cookie and a side (we chose potato wedges). I am going to try and keep this from becoming a rant... bear with me. In case it does, here this: take out is fine, eating in not so much. The food was fine, pretty much what I'd come to expect from Taco Bell (with one, fortunately good, exception). Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes were nice and hot! They'd spend no time sitting under a lamp. Chalupa Supreme with steak was fine too, everything in balance, from under a lamp as expected. What was a pleasant surprise was the steak. While they didn't overdo it, they hadn't at all skimped, and it actually had some flavor. My only minor critique is that it was wrapped a. It funny (off center) making it hard to hold without everything falling to the table. I had no problems with service speed as it only took a couple minutes; and I got what I ordered. Service politeness though could use some attitude adjustment. Person taking my order gave the distinct impression that she had better places to be (which is forgiven, I know that feeling). The person I assume was the shift leader though, her attitude was more acrimonious for lack of a better word. The location was tiny! Which ordinarily is fine, but there are a few caveats. There are no trays, which combined the the tables in need of some washing, everything that falls out on the table should be considered a sacrifice to the food gods. I've never eaten Taco Bell before so I decided that today is the day. Delivered through Uber Eats. I pretty much just ordered a few items of value menu because I figured it was a good place to start. Did I think it was going to be real Mexican food? No, not at all so I wasn't too disappointed with the taste. Here's my thoughts... Shredded Chicken Burrito- I've had better but I've also had worse. Not a ton of flavor and pretty skimpy with the chicken. I'd suggest adding extra. Definitely the smallest burrito I ever had but a good value for the price. Might buy again someday. Doritos Taco Locos- Hated this and it went into the trash can after two bites. The worst hard shell Taco I've ever tried. The entire bottom stuck to the paper and stayed there when I removed the taco. Didn't taste like Doritos to me. Would never order this again. Shredded Chicken Quesadilla Melt- Probably my favorite of the food items. A small but good Quesadilla that was nicely done. Would definitely get again. Seasoned Rice- I've had better from a package. Seriously. It was undercooked, a lot of hard pieces of rice in there. Had no flavor even after I added two packets of their mild sauce. A big pass for me. Chips and Cheese- Good, no complaints. Too bad these are being taken off the menu soon because I would have gotten them again. Cinnabites- I was actually kind of disappointed by these. Horrible staff bad attitudes and consistently over charge above the menu price. Menu says 1.79 for taco supreme they charged 2.49 each and the quality of one of the tacos is ridiculous. They answer the phone and hang it up about 4 times in a row after 15 to 20 rings. I will never visit this place again. Manager should be ashamed. read more

It's been over two years since my last update of this place. I live in California now, not even remotely close to this Taco Bell, and I still know it's the worst one I've ever been to. I've told tales of this horrible Taco Bell to my friends, which encouraged me to update this review. Their greatest accomplishment as a Taco Bell was when they sold the Sriracha Quesarito. I would never recommend anybody who lives in Massachusetts to visit this place. I got amazing Taco Bell's out here on the West Coast. I guess in order to have something great, you need to experience something so horrible, anything else would be better. But I know what you're already going to say. "Canaan, there are actual Mexican restaurants in California" and to that I would say, "You're right, but Taco Bell is better". Objectively, of course. Always go through the Drive Thru. I honestly do not know why people are giving the Taco Bell side! It's not as good as California, where I'm from, but that's cuz produce is not the same anywhere on the East Coast. The staff is friendly here, my food is always stuffed nicely and I've never been to any Taco Bell where they got your order correct the first time. I'll give two stars - one for friendly service and another for the food meeting expectations at a Colonel Sanchez (Taco Bell/ KFC Combo). Inside the restaurant, the place is kind of filthy. Today the ice machine was broken. And for the first time in a dozen or so visits they messed up my order (they forgot the cookie with the $5 fill-up meal). Listen - I don't have high expectations when I come to this place, but they need to clean up their act. There are myriad fast food options in Quincy, some of which are open 24/7. Don't be too humble - you're not that good. As for as new menu items, I like the new $1 menu. I've tried the Frito Burrito and the shredded chicken quesadilla. Good stuff. read more

It's small and gets packed quick so be ready. It takes some time for your food to come out, but there is plenty of seating. We haven't eaten here in a long time and wanted to try the breakfast menu. It's exactly what I thought it would be, breakfast for a one handed pro. We ordered 1 of each of the breakfast items to test all. The Cinnabon bites are deliciousness wrapped in a ball of carb-ness. We have to drive here from Dorchester but its usually worth it. taco bell is reserved for weekends in my house but with it being summer we might have to add 1 weekday for breakfast when we're on the go. read more

Went through the drive through which is always out the street, took about 20 minutes to get my crunch wrap supreme!! The inside is small for a combined joint of KFC and Taco Bell. Theres only 3 tables inside and can't hold more than about 12 people. Some of the staff are rude it just depends on which days you go i guess. Sometimes they burn my crunch wraps and the tacos fall apart!! I still really enjoy there food, but they need better service. (especially since covid) read more

Just got Taco Bell/KFC this is for both. I order a couple of tacos and a Gordita and a bucket of chicken and some sides. I ask her the lady at the front counter for a gordita, she kept saying burrito I had to repeat myself at least 3 times. I said gordita and she said burrito I ended up getting all small sizes, like you would order a kids menu. I wanted and needed food for both me and my boyfriend and there was not even another food for me. It cost about $20.00 and I was like where is all the food at? The lady did not understand english as it was not her first language. I wanted the "family" size enough for left overs, the gordita was soggy and a sad excuse for a gordita, I am not pleased they do not listen to you and give you wrong things/sizes here. Terrible place. I refuse to go here when my friends want Taco Bell. I will drive miles out of my way to avoid it. The staff is terrible. A clerk once fought with me over my order that she got wrong, insisting that I was wrong and that she "doesn't want to argue with me". It is insanely slow to the point where cars will be pouring into the city street because the drive-thru is so backed up. The eat-in area is a joke. There are maybe three tables,which are always in use. If you do, however, have the misforutnthey are all awkward to sit at due to the strange elevation they have them set at. If you want to work at this Taco Bell, there are 3 requirements: 1) You must not be able to speak or understand English very well 2) You should never, ever get orders correct 3)You should not be able to properly count money ...oh, and you get a bonus if you promise to use old, hard tortillas on drive through orders. Let's talk about the service here. The service is "What do you want", "what else", and "here"... The employees here are horrible, every single one of them.. No greetings. No manners. No "thanks, have a nice day". They do this all without a beat, every time i come here it's like that. Even though the service is terrible, the food here isn't bad. I actually like the food here. Cheesy gordita crunch, my favorite on the menu. Potato wedges from the KFC menu is also a favorite. Make sure when you order your food in the drive thru, double check all the items in the bag.
