I was passing through this past Sunday around 2-3 and I had my children with me. As we were waiting to order since the kiosks were all being used, the employees were too busy talking about cannabis and other drugs while the whole place RINKED OF WEED, I do not appreciate this kind of language especially when children are present. Worst experience I've ever had going into a fast food restaurant. I never was greeted when I walked in. Staff looked at me like I wasn't even allowed to be in the lobby. Then when someone came to the poorly lit lobby, counter. I was told that the kiosk will take my order. 3 people were unable to take my order. The restaurant had a run down dirt feel and look. Lobby lights were off or burnt out. Not inviting at all. My service will definitely go elsewhere, takeout or otherwise. Absolutely zero stars! read more

You know, Taco Bell is Taco Bell. When you're on a long drive and you need a quick burrito, it's there. The Taco Bell in Price has the most kind and considerate person I've encountered in a drive-thru for as long as I can remember: Ivan S. He has wonderful manners, he went above and beyond to get me green sauce in a cup (The TB in Salt Lake just says it's discontinued), and when I complemented him, he was very grateful and said how important it is to him the treat people with kindness and respect. I'm not expecting much if I stop at taco bell, but if they say they will be open it would be nice if they would actually be open. I stopped by there last night at 9:30 p.m. and noticed an employee locking the front door, when I pulled up to the drive-thru, the speaker said that they were now closed. since their business states they are open later than 9:30, I can only assume the employees wanted to end their evening faster. Price area does have a problem with getting quality employees, but if pay is very low I guess you get what you pay for. read more

The worst freaking service I have ever seen in my entire life. Cashier was so unhappy and not nice at all.

This happened about two months ago & wasn't going to post it but never got a follow up call or anything like I was told when I called to file a complaint. Never heard anything back. Basically we came here an hour after they opened. (10 AM I believe) & placed our order (Mexican pizza & the XXL stuffed burrito before they got rid of that) & then we got our drinks & paid & were told it would take a while, after 5 minutes the cashier came back to the window & said it will take longer again because they're getting the recipe cards & they were in training & don't know how to make the food. (We were the only people here) another worker came in & we were so happy. Only to have her not know how to make the food either. & they left the window open while they're arguing about what to do & how to make the food & apparently the manager who was supposed to be training them was on break (must've been a long break right after they opened because we were here for 15 mins & he never came back) & eventually the girl who just came in told us to just come back later with the receipt for a refund. So we were sent away with just our drinks after paying for our food & waiting for it for 15 mins. Not the workers fault but still like really? Went back later when we knew there had been a shift change & were offered the food but decided we just wanted the refund because we wanted Taco Bell for lunch, not 9 hours after. read more

I've been to this Taco Bell at least 4 different times and I've never been impressed. The food always stale and tastes weeks old. My brother and I both ordered a Crunchwrap which neither of us could finish eating because of how stale and gross they were. We won't be coming back. read more

Upon arriving, we were told there were no beans, which I understand; food runs out. But they told us we could wait 20 minutes if we wanted them. We waited in the drive through for an additional 30 minutes (we still didn't get beans) and our order wasn't done well. We were missing an item in our order (We went back to get it and the employee didn't acknowledge the inconvenience they caused us). The employee gave the drink to another customer, received it back, then gave it to us without sanitizing it (normally not an issue, but during Covid, it's alarming). We didn't receive any of the sauces we asked for. The food looked like it had been throw together without any attention given to the appearance. The service was so slow, we thought they were short staffed (We were shocked when we saw at least 7 people working). It was a pretty rough visit! Really, why do i bother with a review for a fast food restaurant? Well, because it is sooooo bad people deserve to be warned! Slow is a horrendous understatement. Poor quality and lack of pride in anything they put out is more than kind. I have stopped here several times as i drove between moab and salt lake city and I've never had better than poor anything - service, speed, or quality of food. Tonight was my last time. I couldn't place my order because the staff of 4 (one with his"uniform" hat on backwards and all with their shirts untucked and sloppy) were too busy gossiping to help a customer standing at the counter. Then it took 9 minutes to deliver my order. .. of a burrito! When i opened the wrapper, half the contents of the burrito weren't even in the tortilla because of the way it was wrapped. I got a fork and ate it that way because i didn't have another 9 minutes to wait for another one. While i was eating the burrito in my car, 3 of the 4 employees stepped out the back door, leaving it propped open, and smoked cigarettes against every Utah law. Where is the manager? I'm sure the owner is much too embarrassed to be around, but shouldn't someone be in charge? I'm a business owner, and i would be horrified to hear any of this about my business, but then, i take a lot of pride in what i provide to the public. I'm surprised this place stays in business. I'm surprised that Price puts up with it. Surely someone has said something to the owner. This place is an embarrassment all the way from the town to the employees. Go hungry before picking this place. That's what i plan to do in the future. read more

Terrible experience. First they do not have a complete menu showing all items, just meal combos. This leads to playing "Mother may I," to determine what is available. I was there with just four parties, totaling six people in the restaurant. It was full 25 minute wait to get food. Nearly every indoor customer and most of the drive through were told the store was out of something. The front door has a prominent poster for a missing and endangered child. This child was recovered alive and healthy two weeks ago and it was front page news and lead TV news. Guess nobody at this Taco Bell is aware of the news or much else for that matter. I normally like Taco Bell, but this location has been nothing but a series of poor experiences, poor service, cold food, incomplete orders, etc. I am done with them. read more
