Came here for lunch, told employee I was ready to order, got ignored. Got his attention again, and he tells another employee "hey, she's ready to order." Another employees family comes in and they're busy chit chatting. So far I'm still waiting for my food. Trash is overflowing and the Tables also are not wiped. I've been there twice because my boyfriend lives in Phelan and if I could give this specific Tacobell/KFC 0 stars I would. We've gone twice and terrible experiences both times. Paired in the same building as a KFC, this Taco Bell location is not particularly awesome. The food always upsets my stomach, and the meat-cheese-lettuce ratio in the tacos is poorly balanced. I am offering a public service by warning everyone to stay away from this Taco Bell. Their Kentucky fried chicken is pretty good but the Taco Bell division of this place serves the worst food I have ever had from a Taco Bell which is always a last resort for me in the first place. After systematically screwing up my order up like usual we got home to what should've been two shredded chicken burrito supremes. These things were so disgusting and flavorless I'm damaged physically and emotionally. The refried beans they used in this burrito were an insult to the country of Mexico. The beans were watery with occasional hard chunks of bean that got sludged together with this disgusting shredded chicken that tasted alarmingly old. We're thanking God that We didn't get food poisoning from it. There was no lettuce, tomatoes or onions in the burrito supremes because their brain dead employees and drive through girl could screw up boiling water unless it was a standard item off the menu. I got the most horrific indigestion that night and it continued the following day. Honestly, I will "never" eat at another Taco Bell for the rest of my life because not only do they overcharge for anemic portions of food but it's bordering on inedible. Apart from messing up your order nearly every time, forgetting parts of your meal and things alike, the food tastes okay, never had weird feelings after eating it. When they get my order correct it's good but that's a very rare case. One time I ordered a Baja freeze and when I went to get my food there was an absence of my Baja freeze, I asked where it was and she told me the machine was broken, instead of telling me that in the first place they gave me a regular drink for the price of the Baja freeze because when I asked for a refund, she didn't understand what I was saying.
