The best Taco Bell around! My food is always fresh and dining room is clean! The workers are always quick and friendly!

I was reluctant as there was only a 1.5 star review on Yelp I don't know why though. I ate inside. 'My food was ready before i even filled my drink. The restaurant was very clean and quiet. My order was complete and correct though the Mexican pizza should have had enough sauce to cover the top. Maybe since I ordered ezee cheese they thought I wanted that with the sauce too. (I didn't). I am traveling down to Louisville so not sure I'll ever make it back though it is a good halfway location read more

The last time I came there was like 3 months ago and that order was also a complete mess. I do not know why I keep coming back there expecting anything to improve. It was a simple order; a combo meal add some onions. I didn't even get the normal amount of onions in my burrito. Somehow, they removed two tacos and I got a been burrito. Its not that hard folks! i come to this taco bell often and there is always something wrong in my order. i understand well many teens/high schoolers work here, but that is no excuse to be lazy and sloppily throw peoples food together. the times i've gotten taco bell, many of them there was barely any meat in my tacos. you guys seriously need to step up your game and fix things at the s***show you call a taco bell. i've never had any of this happen at other taco bell's. the manager should be doing stuff about this too because this is ridiculous. no, i try not to get mad at people who work in food because i do understand it is hard at times, but it's fairly simple. i know every one of you know how to make your food the way it should be made. read more

Not the finest Taco Bell I have eaten at. The inside temperature of the restaurant was so cold that i had to go to my car and get a coat. Also the music as super loud. Food was not good, enchirito was not covered as advertised. Employees could care less to take an order or help a customer, was forced to go contactless. Hipster ambient music like every location. Crumbs and trash strewn across the floor. Took seven minutes of standing directly in front of the register and making eye contact with every employee, including one that was serving someone inches away from me, for them to notice me and fix my issue. Long dirtied windows. Around five people in the back, audibly threatening to harm each other (jokingly, but still). One of the employees exited the store and sprinted to a car that didn't seem to be his, before quickly sprinting back to who I inferred to be his mother. Literally the worst taco bell on the face of the planet, spend the extra time to go to the Oaklandon store, never had a bad experience at the oaklandon store. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I have had. I placed a mobile order when I was leaving my work which is about 5 minutes away. when I got to this place of business and got inside I did jot see my food out, no big deal it had only been about 7-10 minutes at this point. Then I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes without anyone saying anything to me but still handing out other people's food. I stopped a lady and told her I had a mobile order only for her to snap back and get very rude with me. I canceled my order and left. Will not be going there again. read more

Is the app and they say we can't fulfill that at our location are franchise and does nothing to make it right. Tonight we stopped in for a quick bite. My wife ordered a burrito and when she started eating it, there was no sauce. When we went to the counter to ask for the sauce, I was told I would have to pay for it. Stopped in last night to pick up dinner for my family and I will never get food from here ever again. Order taker was rude and not helpful at all. I ordered all common items with no special instructions right off the menu but he was somehow totally confused about what I wanted. I finally just agreed with the combo meal he was pushing then I didn't get about half the food I ordered. Not even the tacos that came with the combo meal I didn't want. This location sucks. The girl working the drive thru at night is always so rude and has the biggest attitude. She made it seem like it was my fault they forgot some of my order that I had a receipt for. Obviously if I pay for something I'm going to want to receive it. Last time I was there, which was about a week ago, there was only beef in my crunchwrap in one corner. The rest was sour cream and lettuce and the wrap was burnt. Won't be back. My last visit was just that. Went in for lunch around 1:00 and waited at the front counter for over 5 minutes with not so much as an any acknowledgement I was there so I left. Looked as if only two people were working, one at the drive through and one making food. Another time I was there I'm assuming it was a manager was verbally chewing out the poor kid working the register in front of customers.
