The last time I came there was like 3 months ago and that order was also a complete mess. I do not know why I keep coming back there expecting anything to improve. It was a simple order; a combo meal add some onions. I didn't even get the normal amount of onions in my burrito. Somehow, they removed two tacos and I got a been burrito. Its not that hard folks! Crumbs and trash strewn across the floor. Took seven minutes of standing directly in front of the register and making eye contact with every employee, including one that was serving someone inches away from me, for them to notice me and fix my issue. Long dirtied windows. Around five people in the back, audibly threatening to harm each other (jokingly, but still). One of the employees exited the store and sprinted to a car that didn't seem to be his, before quickly sprinting back to who I inferred to be his mother. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I have had. I placed a mobile order when I was leaving my work which is about 5 minutes away. when I got to this place of business and got inside I did jot see my food out, no big deal it had only been about 7-10 minutes at this point. Then I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes without anyone saying anything to me but still handing out other people's food. Won't be back. My last visit was just that. Went in for lunch around 1:00 and waited at the front counter for over 5 minutes with not so much as an any acknowledgement I was there so I left. Looked as if only two people were working, one at the drive through and one making food.
