It's pretty fast I do enjoy the tacos but the amount of meat you get into taco it's horrible I think it's corporate not the restaurant itself the burritos are getting pretty good I always have no complaints with them. I'm a doordash delivery driver and on Sunday may 4th at 10:15pm on my last order of the night I pulled up behind a car at the window of the palatka taco bell cause in store hours were closed only the drive thru was open and I waited 15 minutes just for them to get they're food and leave and when I myself pulled up to the window and told them I was there to pick up a doodash dilvery they had a bad attitude and refused to give me the costumers food that was already ready unless I pulled back around and waited again in a now line of 8 cars just to tell them at the speaker im there for a doordash deliver they had very rude and stuck up attitudes. They need attitude adjustments. read more

Back about 20 years ago, this was the best Taco Bell food I could get. Cheesy gordita crunches when I got out of my junior college classes were the best. Nowadays, it's hit and miss. I don't know if it's management or just a random lazy employee, but you don't know if you're getting that bussin' taco stuff you want or some cold, no effort food you don't want to eat. He said he would hook me up and then he gave me the food. I spent $20 at Taco Bell and couldn't take a shit I had to crap a blast of orange squirt in my toilet and the seat was already broken. I would go there again though the Del Grande Quesadilla wasn't bad. read more

I ordered a burrito supreme sub bean (because I'm vegetarian). This location barely gave me the bean serving portion that comes on the burrito already. They definitely did not substitute beans for beef. Very disappointed!!! read more

I have been to this location 3 times in the last month . All 3 times order was completely wrong . The last time I got someone else's order after waiting 30 min in the drive through . After discovering the mistake I went in lobby and was treated by manager and told him of the mistake . Told him I want what's on my reciept exactly . ( two tacos, no lettuce and a beef and potatoe burritto). Well after waiting another 15 minutes he brought me a bag he said he made " just for me." Get to my car and check and no beef in burrito and the tacos both have lettuce. I give up! read more

WHAT IS GOING ON TACO BELL...REALLY!!! We ordered 2 supreme nachos and both we got but without lettuce tomato or cheese and the chips where soggy. Also ordered the Grande meal also wanted chicken and guacamole add to them in which we where charged for but never got and it was so salty I had issues eating them, The only thing that was good was the apple empanadas. While waiting for the empanadas a customer went off on them cause they got her order wrong due to the cashier not doing the order right, the manager acted like it was the customers fault when it was the cashiers. I will never go back to the rude place and I will tell you this I wonder how many people has been screwed by this place and don't say a word. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Tonight was the worst experience I've ever had at Taco Bell. I waited in the drive threw line for about 30 minutes just to be given the wrong food. I have to go back through the line and when I pulled up to the speaker all the worker had to say was "wow." I went to the window and sat for about 15 minutes only for them to tell me it was going to be another 10 minutes and they need me to pull up and park, when I got home I was looking through my bag and noticed they forget two tacos, cheese for the nacho fries AND put beef on everything that I ordered chicken. So I had to go back up there and when I told them what was wrong they all gave me an attitude. The manager was completely nasty and didn't want to give me the right food. I asked if he could remake some stuff that was already completely soggy and falling apart and he told me no. Thankfully a nice girl from the back came up and gave me what I was missing. read more
