Ive never reviewed a fast food joint before because they all kinda suck but this experience was so bad i feel the need to warn my fellow Paducans. Everything about my recent experience was bad. First step into the bldg revealed two things: one the dining room stunk and two they hadnt mopped since the Carter administration. I had to use the robot to order which always makes my day. 6 hrs later i got my order put in but didnt get a reciept because it wants even more info just to give me that. No thanks. I went to wait on the order and made the mistake of leaning against an elevated table. Everything that touched the table stuck to it. And no it wasnt just that table. They were all nasty. My name was eventually called and i went to get my order but it was missing the drink and sauce. I asked the nearest employee and she just stared at me. Seriously not making this up. The awsome repair guy behind the counter reached under and got me a cup. awsome dude. I went to fill my cup. No ice. Back to the counter and mr awsome got me some ice. Mind you. He doesnt work there. Filled my cup with what was supposed to be Dr Pepper. Dont know what it was but it wasnt that. The place was so gross i tried to eat outside. The wind forced me back in so i ate as quickly as possible and left. Oh yea. Pretty sure the dough for my gordita had never seen the inside of an oven. I wont be back. read more

Every Taco Bell I eat in is different, though none seems to follow nationwide pricing and offer the same menu items. But this Taco Bell, while not terrible, is on the worse-than-average side. The dining room is always kind of dirty and in need of a deep clean. I've eaten here twice a year apart, and it's the same. I'm happy their dining room is open until 11pm. read more

I hate when tortilla is stale or my quesadilla has only 2 slices that have cheese and chicken but this location gets it right every time! The location in lone oak is hit and miss. I got to the restaurant around 6pm and I ordered A WHOLE QUESADILLA with a mountain dew baja blast. I waited 30 minutes for my food to no avail, and I had to call someone up to ask if they had done my food yet. The sweet girl apologized and went back there to tell them I was waiting and then came back with my food after five minutes. I get in my car and I see HALF OF A QUESADILLA. I love taco bell and come here often, and I get it for breakfast alot. Pulled up at 745, no ones answering the speaker. Then decided to pull up to the window. Can see 3 cars parked there and lights on I know its open. Saw one person mopping, and nobody else. No one would answer the window either. So I went to MCDs because evidently nobodies actually working this morning inside... On top of that, the time right before this, I ordered a diet baja, it was on my reciept too. It ended up being a regular baja & I'm a type 1 diabetic and I can taste the difference. Like yall couldve sent an unaware diabetic to the hospital for giving them a sugar packed drink. So much ignorance on that part. If you're going to work, atleast care about what you do enough to do it correctly. I bought a drink I couldnt even actually drink that day. There's no option for rating 0, hence giving 1. Worst ever franchise I have ever gone. It felt like the company is not interested in continuing with this branch as the employees seemed to be helpless. There was no ice and the machine was not cooling either, hence beverages were kind of hot instead of being chilled, no Air conditioning in this summer. This Taco Bell has to be one of the worst in the country. I only go there once every couple of months hoping it's gotten better but it never has. Somehow every surface in the lobby is always sticky. My order is always poorly made or just plain wrong. Drive thru wait times are always super long regardless of how many people are in line. If this is a franchise the owner needs to be bought out by corporate and replaced. I know how good Taco Bell can be but this ain't it. It's simply gross every time. read more

Girl at the drive through was pretty impatient with me while taking my order, even though they were not at all busy. She was not at all apologetic when telling me that they were out of nacho cheese and had ranch and fiery to choose from. I had ranch. Stopped in at 10 pm and ordered two beefy cheesy quesadillas and one triple layer nacho. Let's just say they forgot a layer of hot sauce and doubled up on the retries beans. Barely had any quest on it. If we hadn't of been on the road for 14 hours I would have gone back and had them fix it but I couldn't get back in the car again, so I ate it and reminded myself to look at my food before I leave a drive thru. No organization to food. It's just piled into a big bag. Staff will argue with you about your missing items demanding to open everything spilling toppings out and letting food get ice cold. Phone number to the store is for a fax machine. You're lucky getting 1 sauce per 2 items with big orders. They slap the food together so stuff like sour cream is on one side only or just enough beans to turn the tortilla brown. For the past 4 months, I have maybe had 33% luck with getting a good taco bell experience. read more
