This was my first time here. I only went because my son just had surgery and he wanted Taco Bell when he got home. Got here during the lunch "rush". I found the parking lot practically empty and only a few cars in the lot. Quick in and out I thought. Went in and found no one in line. I checked the menu to find the Chicken Chalupas he wanted and got ready to order. While waiting I watched the staff. Masks were being worn but in the totally wrong way. Gloves were not changed after cleaning and returning to food prep. All attention was being directed to the drive thru. After a few minutes of being ignored, I asked if anyone was working today. An unpleasant young man approached the register and took my order. He acted like I was bothering him. The order arrived quickly and was accurate but that doesn't make up for how I was treated. Its been years since I left a 1 star review, but this one is well deserved. I am a Taco Bell fan, and I've had it in almost every state I've visited. That being said, this was the worst. The service was slow, the staff was not friendly, but all that is fine compared to the stale rancid cinnamon twists I received. I don't think the oil was changed, as the cinnamon twists tasted very bitter and stunk of rancid oil. I ate the other two items, but I'm not sure how fresh they were. I didn't get sick, so that's a good thing. I threw the rancid cinnamon twists out, and I almost never throw any food away. read more

Went there today a little after noon. There was not a single customer in the place. We stood there for about 5 minutes waiting to order, but the person that was there had walked into the back as we had walked in and never came up to wait on us. My husband went to use the restroom, but didn't even use it because he said it was the filthiest one he had ever seen, and he felt like he would get a disease if he even touched anything in there. No one had come to take our order anyway, so between that and the filth we just left. We will NEVER go there again. read more

there was no one in the place they attended everyone who came after us in the drive through before taking our order it took 20 mins to give us our food the place was so dirty and smelled like wet dog, none of the tables were cleaned nor was the floor the floor was sticky. i found 3 long black hairs in my food (my hairs blonde)and the chips were straight oil this is the worst location you could possibly order from and they got my order wrong, no extra sauces were added nor extra meat shell was soggy shitty taco making job. read more

I must preface by saying that I have had issues with this location in the past. Desperate times call for desperate measures. My delivery/take out options are getting stale. Fine dining establishments have tried, but are not completely cutting it. I don't have a great deal of options in the South Towns so Taco Bell came back on my radar. I've ordered twice. Online. Picked up at the drive thru. No problems. No mistakes. Even got my grand daughter's screwy taco order correct - both times. I believe that staff has changed. People are a bit more friendly. This was the most disgusting display of employee behavior I've every witnessed. I didn't come to eat but to pick up a delivery at 11:05 pm for door dash. It is now 11:47pm and I'm still attempting to fix two separate orders with these employees; they all asked for the manager to help clear up the confusion and she refused to address it until one of the employees starts cursing at me and calling me names. I think the manager is coming to calm the situation ... no she adds fuel to the fire. While this child of an employee continues to curse and call me everything other than a child of God. Would you like to know who took a leadership role, Mr. Mathew. He is a part time employee, and he attempts to get their attention so they can fully understand the confusion but they disregard his great leadership qualities... smh. I stop talking to them he and I scratch the entire order. D begin from scratch. Unfortunately, the order was still wrong. Thankfully he gave free passes to the customers. Just went to Taco Bell in Orchard Park near the 5 corners. Haven't been there in years. A teenage girl gave me my pop at the window and there was zero syrup in it - it was totally carbonated water. I knocked on the window and a teenage boy gave me another pop. When I went to give him the first pop back to dispose of he tells me that they are not allowed to take back any food. I mumbled a couple of cuss words and I heard the guy say that it wasn't his problem. So, I appropriately disposed of it......... When I got home the 3 tacos were cold (it's only a 10 minute ride back to my house). As well, the nacho fries I ordered consisted of about 15 thin, half inch long fries. My friend insisted on stopping for Taco Bell so I just got a water (I can't stand Taco Bell). The water tasted weird. After the meal, I noticed she had not finished any of her food. I asked why not. She said "I forgot how much I don't like Taco Bell unless I am drunk. I prefer Mighty Taco." I had a nibble of her leftovers and literally spat them back out (sorry). But personally I think Mighty Taco is just as bad. Love the "enhanced measures"they're taking to keep us all safe. Yeah right. I literally watched a crew member take food out to a customers car, come back in, take her phone out of her pocket and play with it for a little, and then go back to making food. I wouldn't have been concerned had it not been the fact she was wearing the same gloves the whole time and didn't bother to change them before making more food. Absolutely disgusting. On another occasion as I was waiting in the drive through, after being told they were out of nachos, I'm glad the window was still open so I could hear the(I assume) manager say loudly that "nobody need to be making more chips this time of night" and talking about how they shouldn't have to because AM shift didn't make enough. It was only about 9pm at the time. So customers have to go without items they enjoy because of your petty BS? Keep in mind that people choose to go there and you're purposely making it a bad experience because of laziness. The best part about this is that one employee was apparently leaving, grabbed some food that I knew was theirs because the crew member at the window asked if that was their food and they said yes, and guess what they were holding? If you said nachos you're absolutely right!! Completely disrespectful and ignorant. People talk with their money and this used to be mine and my wife's go to at night after work, but ever since these last few incidents we've decided to give up. sat at the speaker where you order for 10 minutes just waiting for someone to answer and then waited for my food for 10 minutes and then when i got to the window they forgot my drink and when i went to the doors to go inside to get my drink they were locked, so i had to go back through the drive thru and wait another 15 minutes just to get my drink. and the drink still wasn't even made....this taco bell sucks. never gets anything right i don't know why i even come here still. read more

I live close by so I come here often, every time I am there it's a depressing experience. Always forgetting something and when I politely ask for the things I ordered the common response I get is an eye roll. Today I got the eye roll and didn't even get what I asked for. There was no line, no rush. Always forget my sauce packets/hand me a different order and today was honestly the day that threw me over, I don't expect much from Taco Bell i order my things and leave, there is never a happy smiling face in there, every experience has been miserable. I put my order in on the touchscreen in the dining room at 10:45 AM, I turn around to cash out at the register, cashier tells me we're not doing breakfast anymore.. Absolutely filthy, even the trays our food was served on was disgusting. The employees were rude and bothered that we interrupted their time on their cell phones. As others have mentioned, service is unbelievably slow. A restaurant more than half full, with everyone waiting for their food. Orders coming out every 5 min or so. I waited for over 20 minutes after ordering for my food the last time I was there. Once done, food was fine by Taco Bell standards. Building and location is nicer than average. read more

So I try to stop here when I'm out doing errands because we do not have a taco bell near us. I was a b it disappointed this stop. There weren't really customers when I was there. Th at being said I was surprised my food didnt taste as good as usual. There was broken shells all over kitchen floor, booths were dirty, a wet table but other tables were dirty. They were out of hot sauce no paper towels in the bathroom. When I n mentioned the lack of paper towels the manager seemed concerned and went right to check or fill them. I just went to this location around 9 oclock tonight and just wanted a quick meal since I lost track of time and didn't feel like cooking my own meal. I noticed online that they had a 12 pack of tacos so that was what I was planning on getting. Once I entered the store I noticed the plethora of options that were in front of me. My first negativity about the store is how they deal with pesky customers. Rather than talking to the impatient customer calmly, they just blatantly ignored her and when they did respond, it was in a very rude tone. Due to that happening, I decided to just quickly get what I was going to get and go. The only problem with that is that I am very indecisive. While I was looking to order, the employee just came up to the register and said in a tone that I thought I would never hear from a professional establishment, "What do you want?". I then informed her that I wasn't done making my decision and she just walked away. When I decided on an order of the 12 pack including 6 locos tacos and 6 regular shell tacos, the employee had told me that the item didn't exist and that the locos tacos would just add extra to the price, even though the menu said otherwise. I decided to try and make another decision and about 3 minutes later, I had realized what I had wanted. I then waited at the register for a few minutes for someone to take my order to no avail. I then spoke to my girlfriend and asked if we should go elsewhere. While we were talking another employee asked if our orders had been taken, and the other employee who was originally taking our order had informed him in a nasty and hastily way that she had already tried to take our order 3 times. Even after hearing that, nobody came and took out order. We then decided to just go through the drive through where they then informed us that the fries that we wanted to get with our meal were unavailable due to their fryers being broken. We then decided to just get out of the drive through and go to another restaurant. Look, I love Taco Bell. It's my guilty pleasure. But I have to say this place has gone downhill through the years. It's dirty inside, the pop machine in the dining room doesn't work right so the soda is flat, the employees are too busy socializing to remember to clean the dining room, and the last few times I've come here, I've had items missing from my order. Today was another perfect example of how terrible this place is getting. I walked in and placed my order, and in the 15 minutes I was waiting to receive my 3 items (no exaggeration), one person came in from drive thru missing half of her order and the guy ahead of me was handed his food, told "have a good day", and when he checked his bag he was also missing multiple items. My food was also dry and old tasting. Getting someone's attention to let them know something is wrong is a joke, and when you do finally tell them, they don't even apologize, they all just start arguing with each other. Rude employees, dirty place, and missing items in orders. I'm about to give up on my favorite fast food place cause it's just not worth it anymore. read more

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The employees are rude, and you can tell they don't care about their customers/customers foods. I got a cheese quesadilla twice with no sauce on it, and also freezing cold (so cold the cheese wasn't even CLOSE to being melted, it was just a tortilla and shredded cheese.) My boyfriends tacos were also freezing cold, dry and there was very old lettuce on them. also, both times that I have went there, I have become very ill about an hour after. Inside of the restaurant is dirty & not ever organized or cleaned! Recommend the Taco Bell on Union Rd in Buffalo! Definitely do not go to this one!! read more
