For me all a fast food place like this needs to be is consistent afforable and have decent service. This location as with most Taco Bells does that. I think there was some improvementement needed to their servive, but I think they are there. I'm going them 4 stars as they frequently forget the cinnamon twists and they are often out of Baja Blast Zero. read more

Be very careful if ordering drive through they have this fast talking guy you can't understand who will take advantage of you by adding extras that you didn't wants My order was a supreme. I didn't really understand why he was asking me if I wanted sour cream on it when it came that way and thought he was saying on both tacos so I said yes, both. They took complete advantage of me and then when I called to speak to leadership she was just nasty and put me in my place real fast with co workers laughing in the back ground. I don't care about the money but having a quick change artist working the window taking advantage of people must be Taco Bell's now policy's read more

The food is fine , the service is good but the smell of this restaurant is terrible . It smells bad, the restrooms aren't clean and by the kiosk it smells like something died read more

They are very unprofessional at this location the girl had a hard time taking the order for one she was to in a hurry then the girl handed me a box holding my drinks and the box ripped and the girl hurry and shut the window as my drink spilled on me and the passenger, another girl had to help refill the drink because the other girl was too unbothered. They also got my order wrong. read more

Late night cravings brought me and my girlfriend to taco bell, we ordered, left, realized something was wrong and went back. The service was so great and fast, there were only two people there busting their ass till 2 am. we told them our issue, they fixed it quickly and apologized, we didnt want to cause any issues, just wanted the food. By far the best location i've been to! read more

Don't go here! The lady working on Fridays made it known to my 10 year old and my husband that she "fucking hates Fridays" they have the worst attitude. If you hate your job that much FIND A DIFFERENT ONE! second time dealing with this no toothed sally and every time she's high out of her mind. And Taco Bell won't do anything about it. read more

i've been to a lot of Taco Bell's and I have many deliveries under my belt as a gig worker and I have to say this location is extremely top-level super clean bathroom very amazing very impressive. You don't see this every day. Give them a try. I talk to the manager and she is very nice and humble and I don't write these very often unless I really feel amazing about the facilities, etc. thanks so much! read more

Taco Bell - Bean Burrito - Fast Food Near Me - Ogden, Utah

The service was not great. Yes I understand this is Taco bell . Asked for a cup at the front register after I had already got my food they told me to wait. The cups where just in arms reach of me and the Chicken was hard as a rock definitely a first for me but - Do Better Yall weren't even busy. read more

I went to taco time with my kids on thursday. We walked in and immediately saw the disgusting floors. The floor weren't even close to to being clean. I got a bean burrito with extra cheese and they didn't even try to put it together. Even though it was good i was not pleased. My kids had some of my burrito they thought it was good. OVERALL don't go there if you don't like disgusting floors. read more

A few months ago, I'd give this location 2-3 stars. They consistently messed up our orders - under or severely over cooked our food. It was bad. But, I went directly to corporate and left a review because honestly, no one should soil the sacred name of Taco Bell like that. And I'm guessing they took care of it, because we've been a few times in the last bit and had perfect orders, seen some new faces at the window, and just overall had a good experience. I'm giving this location 4 stars because of our past bad experience. I'm not ready to give it a full Taco Bell 5 stars. But I won't give it the bad review I would have in the past. (By the way, I'm rating this based on other Taco Bells and my experiences there. ) read more

worst Taco Bell ever! I got nothing edible for the $28 I spent. my dog and cats won't even eat it. I didn't even want to leave a star but I had to so I could post this. read more

We went through the drive through and the cashier was one of the most upbeat and happy people I've ever come across. Once it came time to pay, our dash app (our form of payment) would not work. He happily payed for our food out of his own pocket. I would 100% recommend this restaurant especially the night shift. read more

The past two drive-up window purchases have been disappointing to my wife and me. We have purchased meals at this same location for years. But, the quality of these items have been lower quality and quantity, from past experiences. In our case, it's been necessary to request any sauce packets... otherwise the staff seems to forget to ask or include any. We used to enjoy their food. But, I think we will need to wait and see if Taco Bell can correct their current challenges. read more

I don't know why I gave this Taco Bell another try... worst one ever! Messed up on my order and gave me a burnt quesadilla with no cheese. Maybe the workers need to not take so many smoke breaks and figure out how to cook. I won't be returning read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Ogden, Utah

I would give this half a star for the UGLY customer service in the drive through. & It's only 6 p.m. How do you have no meat? I'm just shocked that the kid manning the window was so blatantly rude. I don't expect fast food restaurants to be this terrible but this was beyond. read more

Didn't receive all of our food. Some of the items we did receive were broken and difficult to eat.

Alright, to be honest I don't know why this taco bell has low reviews. Obviously during COVID, drive through is only open but I've had nothing but good experiences here when coming during the day. Such a pleaser customer experience, asked if I wanted extra if anything on my order, made sure the screen was correct at the end, and everything in the bag was perfectly fulfilled. read more

What a train wreck! My order was a sloppy mess and no hot sauce in the bag. Even the soda was awful....it had a really weird taste. I will never order from them again. read more

3 times now we have ordered them through door dash and every time the order is wrong and never complete.

I watched this dude take a burrito around the corner from where they are supposed to make it...I'm pretty sure he did something to it, then proceeded to ask me if I'm sure I only put water in my water cup. I wonder if they'd continue to do it if they knew military members talk about and pass on this kind of stuff lmao read more

This place has the worst customer service. I used to work for Taco Bell and I'm shocked by how they treat their customers. Looks like they're working in hell, and I assume the franchise owner is cheap af, I wanted my sauce on the side and they were going to charge me for it, they said they have to because of the container. Containers aren't counted during inventory, or any paper goods! Just food! It was a wtf moment for me since I would do inventory at Taco Bell years ago. read more

Nothing is worse than being super hungry and getting home to eat your food and your order is completely wrong. Onions suck so I specifically asked for no onions.. but I guess that equals extra onions. Also, why offer me sour cream for an extra dollar if you're not going to put it on my food!?!?!??!?!?!!!! Thank you Yelp, for allowing me to vent my frustrations. $10 literally in trash can. read more

I don't expect much from Taco Bell. This location does not even come close to meeting my low expectations. They consistently get things wrong and skimp on the ingredients and reduce the quality of an already low-quality food. I got ground beef in my flat, soggy, nearly-empty Crunchwrap supreme that I specifically requested meat-free. A dot of sour cream on my supreme taco today. The workers must hate their lives because the food is made without any pride. Maybe the owner and managers hate their lives too, or else I imagine there would be a little more quality control and firing of employees with poor performance. I won't be ordering from here again. read more

An all around great taco Bell. Not super fast, and sometimes the orders are wrong, but they always right it. What else is there to say about Taco Bell besides their greatness. Consistent, yummy, greasy greasy fast food. Also, great way to end a night of drinking. Mhmm. read more

I have it with this location. I am a pretty normal guy with normal expectations for a low level food chain. This place has torn my hopes and dreams apart. EVERY time I go I am throughly disappointed. My order is never correct, I am overcharged 50% of the time and the menu looks like my 4 year old brother made it. The service is exceptional if we were in Iraq. I want to say I'm never going back but it's only one near Weber so I guess I'm stuck. I hope that the management sees this laughs at it and then gets fired and a new one gets hired to pull this together. I've seen better service from monkeys, at least they got to go to space and I can't even get sour cream on my taco? Sincerely a pissed of Taco Bell enthusiast. read more

Every time I come here they screw up and disappoint. This visit I got their double chalupa box. The double chalupa was nearly empty...double chalupa shell with half a single chalupa filling. The regular taco had meat in it...nothing else...no lettuce no cheese... nothing....for some reason south Ogden is cursed with the worst fast food service. I'll gladly drive to Riverdale to visit the same businesses. read more

Easily the worst Taco Bell I've been to. Went through the drive through, and when I got home I realized my order was wrong, so went back and went inside and they said they'd remake my order. 20 minutes later and two other wrong orders have come in and still no food. There were 2 other people waiting for their orders that had been there before me. Wouldn't recommend this Taco Bell until they can order how to function. read more

Absolute worst customer service ever. I obviously don't expect much from a fast food chain but these guys don't meet even the lowest expectations. They acted so annoyed that we were there. I wouldn't recommend asking for hot sauce. They will act like you are the most demanding person to ever come through their drive-thru. read more

Today, when we used their drive-thru for tacos and a drink, we noticed the price listed for a small and large lime sparkler was $1 (each). When we asked about it the attendant (after checking on it) told us it was a mistake, but they would honor the price. When we were given our drink the attendent realized he'd given us the small, rather than the large we had ordered. Instead of taking the original drink back he gave it to us for free plus the large. Very good customer service. I would have given 5 stars but they gave me the wrong sparkler flavor. Other then that, very satisfied. read more

This location (4312 Harrison blvd) was very unprofessional and very rude. I tried ordering, the manager Tasia would not let me talk/ tell her my order she kept talking over me! To the point I had to tell her I know what I want, can I order. She kept talking over me even when I said that! Then another manager got on named Michael, started yelling and swearing at me. And being very disrespectful. I was very confused on why they got mad. I pulled to windows asked for their names they refused, so I asked for HR or someone higher then them, the refused slammed window flipped me off and kept yelling at me. Would not let me talk as I asked them why they got upset with me, they then yelled over me. I feel very disrespected, and felt this was not handled properly. I tried calling after, and they yelled at me, they would not give me HR number and hung up. I feel very unwelcome and disrespected! As a customer I should have been treated different. And as managers they should have treated the situation differently. read more

Absolute worst service possible!! Pulled into the drive-thru and placed my order then sat for 25 minutes while not one car moved. Finally got out of my car and went inside to talk to the manager. He claims only 2 people working on a busy Friday night. What?!! You took my order knowing full well you couldn't fulfill it in a timely and professional manner? Can't use the old "can't find good help" excuse because 5 minutes down the road I found a fully staffed McDonald's rolling people (and revenue!) through their drive thru!! Obviously a personnel problem, whether it's bad management or a bad owner I don't know but corporate better get involved because there is no excuse for poor service!! Figure it out or close the doors!! I won't be back!! read more

Worst Taco Bell experience of my life was here. Luckily they gave us a whopping 1.75$ discount. Waited in the drive through line over 25 minutes. They were very inconsiderate and not apologetic at all. Not completely sure why this "fast food" place took that long. We never got an explanation. But the food was cold and sitting for the whole 20+ minutes. Not worth it. Go to the Burger King that is 10 feet away. read more
