Oconomowoc, WI Tonight I returned a Nachos BelGrande. The taco meat was so spicy I couldn't eat it. I have eaten at this Taco Bell many times without a concern. The night manager said to me "this is how we make our meat, I am not giving you a refund". He then went to the back of the store where I see him sitting at a desk counting money. place is disgusting! bathrooms are so gross public hair all up in the toilet. workers look and at like they are high 24/7 and most of the kiosks are broken. plus the only soda machine that works is the one in the back. ordered our food at 10:06 and it's currently 10:19. This place is a joke. Just about every crispy taco I've ordered from them is broken before I even take a bite. Tonight, I ordered the new Disha Hot Discovery Box because I wanted to try the hot sauce. The box comes with 3 sauce pockets according to the app. I get home (20 min drive from this location), open the box, and guess what? Not a single sauce packet! WTF??? Running a new promotion and you can't make sure it includes the highlighted product?? Un f'ing real. Oh, there was also a Cantina Chicken Burrito ordered, which includes an Avocado Verde packet. Terrible communication with customers and even worse service! Let customers sit in driv-thru parked for 10-15 mins to come out 3 hrs prior to close from the garbage door to yell... "sorry we ain't got no food, we closing" Did not process mobile orders, couldnt refund, said to call closed down customer service to ask for a refund. Just shut off lights and said we've been busy. I'm sorry how can you just close 3 hrs early?!?! Can't imagine this establishment will make it long running like this. It's not the 1st time they've "run out of food". goodluck eating there all the food is cooked in plastic bags and some of the employees leave it in the water to long and it gives the food a plastic taste in it and assuming if there's a plastic taste there plastic in the food itself there was a drunk guy who used to run the night shift and stumble arnd the store dishes were barely washed good ever always food stuck in them the cinnamon twist were made in dirty plastic containers the fryers always dirty and I've seen soapy water go into the fryers and a worker make food in the fryers after store is very dirty there is boxes of food/containers stored on the dirty floor sauce container would usually have residue of other sauces in them and they would just put the new sauce in the container even when it's dirty they would wipe the upper counters down of all the dust and food and it would get into the food when falling to the floor would never recommend coming to this Taco Bell ever in your life read more

I dont reccomend ordering through the app to this particular store. i waited an hour before tracking the order, and when i did track it, the order vanished. I then drove to the store and was greeted very rudely by the employee. He asked me "what are u waiting for" and i proceeded to answer "my order that I ordered through the app". he rudely answered in a harsh tone "30 minute wait okay". he also was mumbling under his breath when speaking to me. i waited a total of 2 hours for my order along with extremely bad customer service. do better. read more

The customer service is ridiculously horrible. Management including Sue and Laura are in ineffective and know nothing about customer service. They screwed up the order by forgetting a taco but offered me three days to pick up my missing taco. Nothing to compensate for their incompetency. It wouldn't have been that big of an issue if it hadn't been right before closing. A member of the management team named Sue, hung up on me, while only barely hearing that I was calling about an order mix up and their failure to return my phone call after leaving a message. Food comes out in one giant bag, which means the 10 crunchy tacos are AT THE BOTTOM of the bag with seven other items on top. And, there were only eight (I paid for 10!!). They are always very polite yet understaffed. I will not forgive them any longer. I was the only person in the restaurant and there was only one person in the drive-through. I should not be getting frozen tomatoes on my food with two people working there including the manager. Just a couple weeks ago the drink machine did not work and I was given a can of Mountain Dew in the drive-through. This is an understandable emergency but things like this happen a lot... I am happy that another location has opened up just a few miles away. I will be going there from now on instead. It's a well known fact the Oconomowoc Taco Bell is by far thee worst in the area. Do yourself the favor and drive the extra 10-15 minutes to Sunset or Capitol. This location is absolutely awful. I can't remember the last time I haven't had a rude person take my order at the drive thru or when they have actually given me the correct order. I come with high hopes of improvement every 3 weeks or so and it's consistently bad. FOR TACO BELL. Come on guys.... step it up. At least pretend you like your job. read more

We picked up $47 in food. Once home and we started to eat the taco supreme, when I unwrapped the taco, there was a smell, I asked my husband if his taco smelled funny? I first thought it was the wrapping, but it was both, the wrapping and the taco. I ate part of it and stopped, I stated to my husband, the taco and the paper smell funny, and tasted like a chemical? He looks at me, I instruct him to smell it, he wants to know if it's the wrapping, I replied, yes, but it's the taco too. We checked out the others, (6 taco supremes), they were all the same. We also had a chalupa, w/extra steak, the shell was hard as a brick, that's not how this shell should be! Who wants a shell, you could break a tooth on??? We've also gotten tacos in the past, that when you try to remove them from the wrap, they split in half and the middle is stuck to the wrap, you need a spoon to eat your taco meat and the taco shell that split, becomes a side chip! I was refused service for asking for a burrito supreme without the full meal and just the burrito, then another person stepped in and yelled at me saying that they don't understand what we were trying to order. My friend then repeated what I had said and they yelled saying to "Get the fuck out" and to leave the drive through. Most disrespectful experience I've ever had at a fast food and restaurant place in my life, I feel very violated. I'm a regular here and I'm very disappointed, never going again. I work as a CNA and do not get with work until 11 pm, last night I went to taco bell in oconomowoc on my way home and was very disappointed. I know it can take awhile at this location, but I was willing to a bit. But I sat not moving for 20 minutes.. didn't even order. I get waiting a couple minutes to order and couple more to get through the line, but to sit there 20 mins (I timed it) and not even move one car space forward...i left and went across the street to George Webb. I have visited a number of other locations in the milwaukee to madison area, and of all of them that I have been to, this one has had the best overall impact for me. Time and again the staff has really done their best to make sure that my order is correct and fast. I have also witnessed firsthand the number of times that management as well as regular staff has come out and helped customers who are in need of assistance for any number of reasons. As much as I hate spending time on a place like this, here goes....I wanted to order online, and spent over 45 minutes trying to do so. My husband was patiently (at first) waiting to go pick up the order. I even made an account, thinking there was a trick to it. It told me that I would get free things, and discounts, but I still couldn't order. Finally I called the restaurant and asked the young man who answered why I couldn't place an order. He didn't know what I was talking about (!) and told me that I could ask the manager. When the manager came on he said, "You can't order online. We haven't had that in a year or a year and a half." I asked what I was supposed to do with my free coupons and my percentage off. He said that they could not be used. No mention of being sorry, or telling me that he would give us a free drink for all of my trouble. I continue to receive all sorts of great coupons from Taco Bell, and hearty welcomes for "joining the team"! My husband drove there, ordered, and we received two wrong items....full of beans. They are supposed to have the new $1 burritos, which were actually quite tasty when we ordered them in Pewaukee. I believe there are five different kinds; Oconomowoc only carries one kind, Fritos, which was nothing but rice. Wow -- even more from these guys -- saw commercial for the new $1 breakfast menu and on April 12 I drove through -- no $1 breakfast menu visible -- I ask if they have one -- he says yes -- I ask where, I don't see it -- at the bottom of the menu board he says -- no I say, no $1 breakfast menu -- oh, they must not have changed it yet he says -- what do you have I ask -- $1.59 breakfast burritos and $1 tacos and quesadillas -- I ordered tacos. Fast forward 6 days later -- April 18 -- EXACT same thing -- same order taker, no $1 menu board, same responses about not being changed and $1.59 breakfast burritos. Called to ask for a credit for next time. they said that i could drive back to the store for the chips a 20 minute round trip.
