Once inside I had to find someone to seat us. There were only three other people in the restaurant. Walking to our table I noticed the floor was filthy! My wife stepped on a tater tot or some other fried something? Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She didn't hesitate to assist my wife with dietary suggestions , she has a severe food allergy to everything from the cow. The draught beer " Devils Backbone Vienna Lager " was delivered cold and delicious. Our food was delicious! I had the Baria tacos original with onions and cilantro, side of refried beans and rice. Wife had a dairy free burrito with chicken and red sauce with a side of guacamole. Everything was fresh and exceptionally delicious! We found The Burrito Bar in yelp and gave it a shot and think we found a bit of a hidden gem! Located just seconds from the main highway and the main visitor center for the National Park, once you get back into the area where the restaurant is, you would never know it. It is down a little gravel road and nestled in the trees with a bit of a view of the mountains. They had a very large outdoor area, and I think a small indoor area, but I did not actually go inside. Outside there was a bar, lots of tables and chairs and a very large stage for live music! There was a nice mix of sight see-ers, rafting guides, rafting tourists, and was nice to hangout with all and hear some good music. A lot of the guides loved sharing some of their things to see around the area which helped us put some other things on the list of things to do! Food and drink wise was just as good as the experience. They had a very large beer menu, as well as a full service bar with good bartenders. Food wise they had a lot of vegetarian options noted on the menu if you are looking for that but everything tasted very good. I had a pork burrito which was great and also had a bite of a steak quesadilla that was excellent! Nothing super crazy, but all of the food seemed to be real solid. I don't think you could go wrong with your pick! I don't know if we will be back since we were on vacation, but would encourage anyone in the area to give The Burrito Bar a try and have a nice relaxing meal in a cool spot!

Established in 2018, this is the OG location for Freefolk Brewing, which has since moved their brewing operations to larger digs in Hico, WV. But this location stands as a taproom for their suds, as well as operating a small kitchen. The Good: *Love the location in the middle of nowhere.
