The staff were all on their phones when we walked in, which makes it an uncomfortable atmosphere because they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by walking in. We told us they only take orders on the kiosk. While we were waiting for our food, I asked staff to unlock the bathroom for my daughter 3 times before someone finally came over but not before rolling their eyes at the fact we wanted it unlocked. When we first got here, one of the ladies in the back was making a customer cry because she couldn't speak English and understand what she needed help with. Thankfully a gentleman from outside came in (didn't know the lady) and helped translate for her. Then when my husband I were trying to get our drinking, I had said "excuse me, could you get me an unsweet tea, this is sweet tea." The guy apologized to me and I said it's fine things happen! They are very consistent and efficient when you need some food quickly and even for larger orders when you need to feed many people. If you're hard up for cash and need a cheap meal that will fill your starving belly then this is the place for you. The inside hasn't been renovated since I was a kid but it's sufficient.
