8/9/21: We went through the drive thru to order a couple chicken strip meals & a chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was good according to my son. The chicken strips were old and cooked in burned oil. It was inedible & the line was wrapped around the building, so we didn't go complain once we pulled off. We just ate the sides and biscuit. The service needs improvement because the order taker didn't sound happy & more like she had an attitude. It didn't change once we got to the window. The food was disgusting & a waste of my money. We won't return to this location. read more

Taco Bell - the menus and prices of the restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Norfolk, Virginia

There's a big fat guy the works the window late nights and he's easily the worst customer service employee on the planet. Never going back.

After wisdom teeth removal I finally got a "nice" meal out, I got a quesadilla, nacho fries, and a Baja blast freeze. To my disgusting surprise, I found multiple tomatoes spread throughout my quesadilla. Just makes me sick to think of what the kitchen must look like for this to happen. Service is always fine, kinda attitudey. I love seeing the beach from Taco Bell so the ambiance is great but when the food sucks everything sucks. read more

If I could give negative stars i would in a heart beat. I ordered from Uber from here and my poor driver had to go back 3 times because they gave him the wrong thing. First was a door dash order for kfc. The next was 3 items we didn't order. Every single time I go here the food is wrong. Or it's cold or stale or they're out of chicken, beef, chips, Queso, drinks, the list goes on. Honestly at this point I don't want to eat at a Taco Bell again. Any Taco Bell. read more

Someone needs to check this Taco Bell out. Like, health inspector. The chips were stale, the cinnamon twists were not only stale but tasted like they were cooked days ago with a taste that lingers uncomfortably in your mouth, and the taco shell was stale. Something isn't properly stored here. Management can't be overseeing this store properly. Rude service, bad food...I'd avoid this location altogether. read more

Great view out the front windows. That's why I live near by. They should line up more tables to line up with the front windows to take advantage of the view. The food is good but the service is crap. They employees will ignore you and your order being ready and sitting up on the shelf. The manager could use a little customer service training to train the employees. I've heard people refer to themselves as the manager and they act just like the employees but they do hustle a little bit more. read more

Taco Bell - Great view - Fast Food Near Me - Norfolk, Virginia

Been here before and met expectations for a Taco Bell. But this last time got a cravings box. It Cost 12 bucks and it was terrible. Not coming back here. Beef and been burrito was literally straight nacho cheese and tortillas tasted old. Didn't come with the churro bites. read more

THE WORST TACO BELL IVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! Horrible customer service every time I go there. The women taking your order are super snobby and rude from the beginning. It also takes 35 minutes to even get my food, and it's almost ALWAYS missing items, or the wrong order. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and still try to go there but now I never will. This Taco Bell needs to be shut down or the whole crew needs to be fired. read more

Probably the worst customer service. Some days aren't so bad. But mostly the drive thru is horrible. I can't even finish my order without being asked five times in less than 30 seconds is that all? read more

Man I love me some Taco Bell! But! This location is so bueno! Their device is terrible most of the time. Tonight was one of those nights. I ordered a T6 chicken and an order of KFC wedges. I pull around, pay, get my drink, and the girl at the window asks me to pull around to one of the parking spots. This happens most of the time. 10 min later. I decide to go inside. There's a million people working in the back and one person at the register with a long line. I finally say I've been waiting for my food. I give him the receipt that I thought came with my change cos I paid cash. Turns out it's not even the right date on the receipt, so I'm assuming she didn't give me one, or she gave me an old receipt. Idk. So now I look like a giant liar who's trying to get free food! I said you can come to my car right now and see al I have is a drink! The girl at the window doesn't even glance in my direction when they're trying to figure this out. She know she effed up, but doesn't care. She has runners, including herself, taking out food to all the cars pulled over from the drive-thru. A few of them got down cos their orders were missing things and/or wrong. Thankfully there's was a nice lady who helped me out. She probs thought I was lying, but she was still nice. She's the only saving grace of the whole place. I was debating on calling the store, but I know they don't care, so it's not even worth it. Sigh. read more

I understand that this location has had a lot of controversy in the past regarding customer service. Might I say, they have either turned their service game around or tonight was a magical exception. My server, Sarah, made an excellent first impression with her cheerful attitude and patience. She was able to take my order, which was not an easy one, and relay specifics to the kitchen staff, which whom then correctly and excellently made my order. Let me describe the item in specific, just to clarify my immense joy in their aptness, I ordered a steak quesadilla with a chicken quesadilla inside of the first like a joey. Overall I would have to say this is the first fast food dining establishment that I have ever been so massively satisfied in service, promptness, the product I had been served and of course the customer service. I would like to again give accalades to Sarah and her amazing receptiveness and customer service. read more

Taco Bell is always good - we were looking for something quick and easy and we stood for over 20 minutes. The workers were slacking and DID NOT have their stuff together or a system running. The manager was yelling and just not pushing workers, not hating to mention slacks with customer service and knowledge on how to wear a uniform properly. The workers were not pleasant or welcoming what so ever. They are acting as if they were not trained or anything. This whole store could use more cashiers up front, a different manager all together who knows what they are doing and how to properly wear their uniform. It also needs a major attitude check and new employees. Will not be returning to this location. read more

DO NOTorder from this store. Worse tacos we've ever eaten. My husband and I both got sick from the beef and chicken tacos. They were skimpy and tasted terrible. Wish I had take. A picture. Ordered the 10 pack and I only ate two. Terrible. Terrible. How they're still in business is beyond me. read more

This location is the worst. Every time I get to the speaker.. I'm placed on hold... for about 5 minites. Then i'm Rudley greeted by the same horrible woman every time.. I pull to the window. Wait another 10 minutes for her to except my money and then I'm told to pull to the first parking spot .. Every single time. Not exaderating... I wait another 10 minutes for COLD food . I go thru drive thru for fast food service .. mine as well go sit down at a real Mexican restaurant... this location sucks! read more

Not personable or professional when greeting/ serving you. Consistently gets Your order wrong or flat out does not give you items you paid for. Unapologetic and careless when asked to fix your order. This is an extremely easy job to perform and they literally can't even handle it. Who ever is a manager or leadership position here should be embarassed of the shit show they are running. Fire your employees and hire people who give a fuck. It's not hard. People are tired of feeling ripped off read more

DON'T DO IT. Everyone on here is talking about the service, the service has been fine every time I've been there. If I wanted people being obnoxiously happy and in your face about it, I'd go to Chick-fil-a. The real problem is the food. I have gotten food poisoning TWICE from this place. It has honestly ruined Taco Bell for me. This Taco Bell should be cancelled. read more

I went through the drive thur at this place and it has terrible customer service the people are rude and the got my taco order wrong.

This is literally the worst place in the world. I once ordered food here waited 5 minutes then.... my husband drove to the location on little creek bought the same amount of food and got back to this location before it was ready..... absolutely the worst service in the world. I get that you work at taco bell and you don't give a crap... but cmon man. read more

The staff at this location are very rude and Unapologetic for long Waits on food. I went through the drive-thru and was greeted at the drive-thru window by a very unfriendly worker. She then pulled forward and asked me to wait for my food. After a few minutes a man came out ask me what I had ordered and then walked back in with the bag and I still had no food. I wait another few minutes again and the girl from the drive-thru window comes out and ask me what I ordered and I show her my receipt. She then comes out with the food that is no longer fresh and does not apologize for my wait at all. I did notice that they added an extra item to my order I guess to compensate for my wait but that is not what I wanted. I will probably not go here ever again read more

Okay, kind of my fault this was awful because i saw it had like 1 star on google but still went. My root beer was watered down. The girl taking my order had an awful attitude and i was even nice about things.. my food was not good at all. My nachos were so oily they became stale which is super unusual i've only had that problem at Chipotle. The cheese was just thrown into the cup and tasted diffferent. i got a cheese roll up and it was warm or melted at all.. my soft taco was good tho! don't recommend. i wasted my money. i'm not sure who the owner is but they need to get it together by the looks of the old reviews as well. our tbell at home makes this place look like a joke. read more

One of the worst run KFC Taco Bell's ever the staff here is ghetto and rude. While going through the drive thru nobody answered the intercom so when I drove to the window I was greeted by why didn't you place your order so I explained that no one answered and the guy told me he was pissed off. This is not the first time someone's been rude to me at the store I will never make that mistake again read more

This is actually a 0 star review not a 1. This is hands down the absolute worst Taco Bell. Every. Single. Time. Please, save yourself the trouble and drive a little further to a different one. Out chalupa shells were cold and raw. COLD CHALUPA SHELLS! You have one job in the food industry, make food. At this Taco Bell, they can't even do that one thing. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. This location is always slow, out of something and rude. Tonight I came out in the cold due to a pregnancy craving at 9:30, the sign said they closed at 10. No one answered me at the drive thru so I went to the window where I was stared at by an employee. She eventually mouthed "closed" but by that point I had been trying to order for 5 minutes. They have no idea what customer service is here and give the chain a bad name! read more

G135136 Rudest service The girl at the window gave us a half ass welcome that trailed off till we could barely hear her, then didn't say anything or respond to us at the window then when she finally replied she acted as if she had been waiting for us to order the whole time . She had a short attitude and response the whole time. My boyfriend was trying to order his box combo and add sour cream and and the woman rudely stopped him and told him to finish the other specifics before he added sour cream (which is weird because why does it matter the order in which you give the details of your food and you waisted more time by interrupting him to just make him say I would like sour cream on everything again). Then it took me forever to explain I didn't want meat on my crunchy taco and just wanted it filled with the vegetables. The whole verbal interaction was constantly rude and backhanded - [ ] Then we Didn't get our soda we paid for but had no interest in ever talking to that establishment again. read more

I have never experienced such incompetence in my life. I went through drive through where I sat in line 30 mins for my food. Get home and I'm missing some of my items. Call speak to manger and Explained I was missing my food and would prefer if they just refunded my card. The manager states I can't get a refund but to just come up at my convenience to pick up my missing items. I explain it would be 30 mins or so and was told that was no issue. Fast forward 30 or so mins and I send my daughter in with my receipt to get my missing items. After waiting in the car for another 15 mins my daughter brought what was supposed to be 2 mini quesadillas but instead it was weird tacos... I then go in to give them back the incorrect food and just get my money back and even trying to get my 2 dollars back was too difficult for the staff there. Please tell me why it took over 5 mins just to get my $2 back. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this restaurant. I know I will never return. read more

Worst. Taco. Bell. Ever! Slow. Rude. Almost never get the order right. Out of items. Honestly, I don't have one good thing to say.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Went in at 1100 today 3 people working. No organization one guy walking around with his hands in his pockets picking and choosing who he fills orders for. 30 min after ordeing my 2 chalupas and taco still no food. You want 15 bucks an hour and cant open a shell dump meat in throw a head of lettuce and some cheese and wrap it up in under 30 min. Are u kidding me i can order 5 pizzas and a 2 liter of soda on super bowl sunday and get it sooner. If that wasnt enough when the lady asked the manager to come up for my refund she looks at me and tells her he can wait and everyone working just laughes. 5 min later she comes up for my refund looks at my reciept and then askes me what i ordered. How are u the manager and cant read a reciept to know what some one ordered. Completely unacceptable. And my order wasnt the only one messed up 5 other people got refunds. Corperate needs to come in and fire everyone..went next door to burger king got food before i could put my wallet in my pocket. Will never return read more
