It was all good but who didn't cut my quesadilla lol, I'm not mad, honestly im impressed they remembered my full order

Food was like usual. Wasn't bad either tho. Really improved on service. I got a free small drink with my order which I really appreciate bc I forgot to order one with my food. Taco Bell has changed and in a good way. read more

Once again I'm caught in the middle of a fight between Taco Bell and Door Dash, neither one taking responsibility for my missing items. I really don't care which one reimburses me I'm just tired of the "it wasn't me" argument. I had to call Door Dash corporate to get results before I guess I can do it again Unfortunately, I'll have to curb my craving for tacos. read more

Very unreliable. Taco Bell burrito giveaway was on today and mind you, this location had a "Now Serving Breakfast" banner. It was not open and I was sitting in the parking lot from 6:50 A.M. TO 7:15 A.M. This is false advertising and I am hoping corporate will look into this. It is fine to be closed, post a sign up for hiring issues, but do not leave customers hanging. Owners and managers take heed if you get phone calls from Irvine, CA where the HQ is located. Meanwhile, the Wendy's and McDonalds around the area had long lines. read more

We were hungry, stopped in. It was about 10:53, DR is open til 11. We were greeted with eye rolls and dismissive attitudes. Ordered 6 soft tacos and cinnamon twists. Waited over 10 minutes while several cars in the drive through were served. We waited. Finally, after I made a comment, our food was brought to us. The attitudes of the employees on this shift were very rude & childish. If the woman closing out the register is in any kind of supervisory position, she should be retrained or out to pasture. Maybe some actual adults with manners might help your establishment obtain better reviews This is gross. Employees just walking all over yuck on the floors. Whatever happened to some sense of cleanliness, especially in food establishments? read more

I was picking up a doordash order and stood in the store for 7 minutes without even being acknowledged while the employees talked between each other about how they are just gonna lock the doors and not let anyone in. It was 10 minutes past my pickup time before I finally got the order. When a customer walks into your store, you DO NOT go to great lengths to ignore them and make them stand there!!! It's not difficult to let them know you'll be right with them or acknowledge them in any way. I am working...same as you trying to pay bills. I should not have to deal with such horrible service!!! Taco Bell is the absolute worst experience I've had doordashing. read more

This fast food Taco Bell is horrible! I went here along with my son. We both ordered the grilled cheese steak burritos meals and other things. The burrito had black hair looking like pubic hair grilled underneath the cheese!!! Totally unacceptable! I called over 9 times and no answer so I went back to the store, to find one guy sitting in the dining room on a cell phone and the other outside and the manager in the back! The guy in the lobby on the phone later came to the counter to see what I wanted as I was just standing there looking silly! I asked him to get him manager, a slender man came from the back....I showed him my burrito and said "oh" threw it in the trash and told the other man to just make me another one! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! Give me my money back and I told the 2 workers that they need to wear hair nets because nobody had one on and it's clear who's hair it was because they were the only two working the shift!!!!! No apology or anything!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! read more

See all

I was in the drive thru today and placed my order. The lady then snapped back that she "didn't hear a word of that and needed me to repeat my order." She said it with plenty of attitude. But I didn't care...I was having a very great day. I repeated my order a little louder, but was interrupted with, "if you are going to yell in my ear they get out of MY drive thru!" Now I'm incredibly confused. I pause. Finally I said let me talk to you at the window. I was getting frustrated. Finally I exited the drive thru and parked in the parking lot. I entered the store. I asked her what her problem was. She reiterated that she was in charge and I was not going to be served. The upside of this, is that I'm not your average customer that you can treat like dirt and get away with it. I'm followed by 1.6 million people on Facebook and have done over 100 million video views this year alone. Enjoy your video I did today describing my experience. I'll never step foot into a taco bell again. read more

Taco Bell - Thanks for the new material. - Fast Food Near Me - Nicholasville, Kentucky

I've finally had it with this location. They constantly get my order wrong, the line is slow as shit, and when they do get my order correct, it's almost too sloppy to eat. I don't want to have to come in, or wait 15 minutes again at the drive thru, because you can't tell a rice and beef burrito from a bean burrito. This shit isn't rocket science. And why are the tacos they hand me so wet? What could they possibly be doing back there to make the tacos look like they just went for a swim? It's disgusting. But yea, let's give them$15/hr. read more

Worst place and worst management. Manager is crap. I ordered chicken and gave me beef and literally made me eat what I never wanted to eat in my life. When I ask them to make one with chicken, they care about 70 cent more than what they made me eat: never wanted to eat beef in my life and they made me eat it. Don't go, if you are not a beef person. Update: I just talked to manager but he is not willing to apologize but saying I didn't not make you eat beef. This management is so rude and do not know how to behave with customers. Please don't come here. read more

Absolutely crap. We ordered two chalupa boxes with no tomatoes because my fiance is allergic to them soft taco instead of hard. I figured i would make it easy on them and just order the same thing instead of two different meals ps they still screwed it up big time tomatoes on everything and one meal had a soft taco and the other had a hard taco that was stale and soggy all at the same time. This place is disgusting dont eat there. read more

Workers are extremely rude especially "lexa", if you hate your life and job so bad do something else rather than be rude to customers because you have to actually do your job lol, my orders get messed up every single time, never fails, if I could give 0 stars I would read more

They we're out of steak but didn't tell me that until AFTER I paid and was handed my drink. They suggested I take either chicken or beef, when I asked for a refund instead, they couldn't because the manager wasn't authorized to give a refund. After reading several of these reviews I feel like an idiot even pulling up to order. All in all- the cashier was polite but being FORCED to take something I didn't want to eat left me with no choice: hand it to the homeless guy with the sign. read more

Okay this has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my whole life! People were canceling there orders or wating over 30 mins in the lobby, wanna hear the best part the lobby wasent even rushed. Only good thing about this place is the Cute Hispanic guy taking orders! He was aewsome ! Every one else's even the mangers sucked. Don't recommend read more

Jesus christ..... 30 minutes in drivethrough. Sometimes i try my best not to bitch. But for real, what are you doing in there????

Horrible staff horrible food. They just slap it together. Very obvious they leave the wraps and shells sitting out not covered dry stale and hard. I do not recommend this location i suggest traveling the extra 2 miles. The gentleman making my food was obviously displeased I showed up early for my food. I didn't mind waiting I knew I was early. I would of rather had fresh food than the garbage I received. read more

Proof that Taco Bell's service is slow and lame in all 50 states. Drive thru line was into the parking lot so went inside. AC is SO COLD (it's 66 degrees outside and I'm colder inside). I've been waiting for my food for ten minutes already. Place isn't particularly clean either. Go to mcdonalds read more

We came in the 1st person you saw was a guys playing on his phone, he never looked at us or acknowledged we were there. The cashier was good, everytime you looked by the counter workers and manager were playing with their phone. The tables and floors were dirty, and the trash was overflowing. Hopefully this will be fixed. read more

the food was delicious till I got to my cinnamon twists and then they had a really gross flavor they weren't even edible. they tasted like they got cooked in old oil mixed with cleaner and then rubbed in cardboard. I don't even know how else to describe the taste, except disgusting. It was unusual because I always get them when I go to taco bell and they are always delicious but not this time. very disappointed.. :-( read more

This Taco Bell just got rebuilt and it's fantastic. Everything's clean, the prices are great, the staff is usually happy. There are fun hip pictures on the wall. It's great, you need to check it out if you want cheap tasty food. read more

The employees are pretty decent tbh; you can't expect much from someone working fast food - they can't be happy all the time - especially at that pay. Anyway, half the time the order's messed up in some way. It happens - it's fast food. And they're really fast here. It's frustrating when you get skimped on toppings that regularly come on your order, but they decided not to put them that day - on multiple occasions they just don't put sour cream on certain items that I order regularly and am sure come with it. (I like sour cream ok?) It's pretty annoying, but there are no other Taco Bells near by and it's a good price and I crave it, so I deal with it. The pizzas are really gross, though - maybe stale shell thingies, idk? It could be a lot worse! read more

Food is crap...but that's part of its charm. Everything tastes good even though it barely qualifies as edible. Shame that they ALWAYS forget something. Don't leave the parking lot without checking your order. Mobile app is a very convenient way of ordering. read more

This taco bell will mess up your order. And the credit card scanner is always broken.

Employees lied straight to your face! This is a very sorry place to eat! So I go through the drive through only thing that's opened due to covivid 19! I ask for two nacho belgrande one with hamburger the other with steak! They asked do you want any sauce I said yes fire please! They say ok! I drive on up pay for it and they hand me the food in a bag sealed with a sticker! I asked specifically is the sauce in the bag? Yes it is I made sure I put 5 packs in there for you! I said ok thank you! Get home there's maybe half a handful of chips, and may be a 1/2 of a spoonful of everything else for the filling I asked for steak there's 3 small pieces of steak! And for the sauce not one package! What the heck! If this is the way you continue to do your business I hope it goes out like the other restaurants around! Or maybe the covid 19 will take this business out do to your lack of competence! I guarantee it will never happen again! read more

Ordered 3 very small items and ended up waiting a very long time. Our bag had all of our food but the hard shell taco and bean burrito were not wrapped up at all, the wrappers were just sitting on top of the items in the bag. Taco shell was broken in half and the contents were spilled all over the bottom of the bag making it inedible. The grease from the meat broke the bottom of the bag open all over my lap, staining my pants and shirt. I've been eating taco bell for a long time and never had an experience as bad as this, not impressed whatsoever. read more

Frustrating when they can not get the order right than when they do get you food it is cold. Not for me.

I order thru the mobile app often (which is great) but...the last 5 times I've ordered, it has not been correct. I always order extra chipotle sauce which I pay EXTRA for and I don't receive extra!!! Tonight there was NO chipotle on the spicy tostada, that comes with it to begin with. I love Taco Bell but if you all can't get my order correct I HAVE to complain..especially since I pay for something I don't get. It's very frustrating! read more

This location is ridiculous. I've tried to give them a second chance, maybe it was an off day, maybe I was just grouchy, maybe someone working was, but this is the second time in a row my order was messed up. How hard is chicken quesadilla, SOFT chicken taco and a Dr pepper. Seriously. I've gotten a beef taco, or a hard taco. This last time I went in because the drive through line was long. There was 1 couple in front of me and two people waiting for food. It took 25 minutes for me to even order and an additional 15 minutes for me to get my food (which was wrong). Yes, I should have left and gone somewhere else, but I was already there and I kept saying I've already waited this long and I'm next. While it turns out someone didn't show up for their shift and a new guy was being trained, I watched the whole thing from line and then While I was waiting for my food. The trainer kept walking away to talk to the drive through people while the trainee was looking around cause he had no clue what he was doing. My order was made by the trainer AND IT WAS STILL WRONG. I didn't want to waste more time for them to fix it so I just left with what I had. What really frustrated me was there were 4 people on drive through and only 2 on walk in. A supervisor was there. I have worked in fast food for years and this situation was poorly handled. If you want taco bell, go to a different location. read more
