Let me begin by saying that I don't often eat fast food unless I'm on a road trip and 80% of the time, it's going to be Taco Bell because embarrassingly enough, I love it. Not to mention that I used to work for one of the ad agencies that created their print & billboard pieces plus my husband used to work on the corporate side of TB for a few years - so for the most part, we're fairly loyal patrons. This is by far, the WORST Taco Bell experience we've ever had. The restaurant was filthy, the food took 15 minutes to come out and we were "dine-in" patrons. When the food finally came out, the lettuce on our tacos and tostadas was frozen - eeewww. When I brought my tostadas back for a "re-do" with not-frozen lettuce, I got another pair with less beans and more frozen lettuce. I'll post a photo shortly. We were so appalled at the food quality, cleanliness and service that I actually saved the receipt and decided to go online and complete the survey for that store #. I also went a step further and submitted a separate customer comment/complaint to the TB corporate website but have yet to receive any confirmation that our comments were read. At this point, we are counting our blessings that we didn't get food poisoning or stomach issues on the rest of our drive to San Francisco. Do yourself a favor, bypass this store - it's slow and you'd be risking a digestive issue. read more

Men's and women's bathrooms r so close together when u open the men's bathroom, u can see 2 guys standing there peeing in the urinal. It amazes me how society doesn't care about how public they make the men's bathrooms, but they make the women's so privately covered. U shouldn't be able to open the men's bathroom door and see guys standing there peeing. The employee who took our order was nice & said we can change our order from beef to chicken if we wanted to. After we left and looked at the receipt he charged us $0.80 more for chicken! I can't stand it when ppl offer to cater the order to u but they don't tell u it cost extra. It's so unethical. Terrible taco bell. This location already has terrible reviews, but had to stop in a pinch. I don't know if it's poorly managed or what, but most of my tacos had a tablespoon of meat and a small squirt of sour cream. I didn't notice until I was home eating. Only giving this place 1 star because you can't give 0. I waited in line for 10-15 minutes, and have currently just hit the 30 minute mark while waiting for my food. Together that's 45 minutes I've been at this Taco Bell. There is literally no one sitting in this dining room that is eating food. We're all waiting or in line. So far 2-3 customers have gotten their money back and left. No one is happy. I'm not sure why I'm still here. But I can say with certainty that I won't be coming back. I know there are a ton of reviews on this place most likely. I'll keep this short and sweet. This has happened repeatedly. I always ask for extra meat and extra cheese on my nachos. They always charge me for the extra meat and cheese. Long story short, they never put extra meat or extra cheese on my food. Good luck if you can get them to put extra of anything on your food. Came here as a drop by location during our drive to So-cal. Order my usual mexican pizza but the interesting thing here is that they offer to put carne asada meat on top of the mexican pizza which taco bells don't offer so I thought that was interesting and ordered it. It was just ok. Regular mexican pizza tastes better and the meat tastes kind of weird. The drive thru line was long and inside there were only 4 people running the whole place. Food took extra long to make they are definitely short staffed. We also ordered a chicken burrito and to our disappointment there was barely any chicken in the burrito. After being on the interstate for a few hours, we really needed to make a pit stop. There was a male employee in the ladies room cleaning when we got there and it was a 5 minute wait which normally wouldn't have seemed like a long time. The restroom was still dirty after he left. I ordered a Fresco Taco Salad, which is a shell with refried beans, rice, lettuce, tomatoes and pico de gallo and added onions. It comes with ground beef but I asked that the ground beef be substituted with black beans. First, I get the Salad and it isn't on a plate inside the cardboard box. It starts to leak through in a matter of minutes. Next, it didn't have the refried beans. So I take it back and ask for the refried beans and was told that my order said to replace the beef with black beans. I point out that it doesn't mean to omit the refried beans. My server was actually getting upset with me. I finally got a scoop of refried beans on top. Once it was right, the food was edible but they are very stingy with the ingredients. I love Taco Bell the foods usually good for what you're paying for. The food wasn't the problem here the problem was the workers. As soon as the lady at the window gave us the food I asked if the straws were in the bag and she said yes but then turned around and laughed at her coworker. I decided to check the bag and there were no straws- strike one. I then asked for them and she threw them at me- strike two. I then left and she called me a bitch as I drove away. When I got home I checked my order and 4 ITEMS were missing. I checked the receipt and I paid for them all. Quite possibly the worst Taco Bell ever, outside of Lafayette Indiana circa 1987. Their signage was wrong and had the incorrect prices. Ordered something second on my list, and bn once delivered they tell me that they are out of tomatoes when those are an integral part of both "dishes". Rude, surly and obviously couldn't give two shots about happy customers. I will NEVER go back to this store and I would recommend the same for you. WOW! Best drive thru experience ever. I showed up and had no idea what I wanted. I asked for, "a second to decide" and without skipping a beat, Drive-thru guy (Who quickly became Shane and my new Taco Bell BFF) recommended, "The delicious taco burrito." Easily the worst Taco Bell I've been to. At first, everything was fine- the line wasn't too bad, the cashier was friendly enough. I placed my order for a Crunchy Taco (Fresco), a Beefy Fritos Burrito, a 3 Layer Nachos, and a drink. When I went over to the soda fountain, over half the drink choices were out, and just coming out as carbonated water. I told the cashier and he said "Oh ok." 10+ minutes passed, and I asked again. Instead of fixing it, they just got be a soda from the soda fountain for the drive thru. Close to 15 minutes passed since I had placed my order, and they finally called my name. Upon inspection, I realized there was no rice in my burrito, and no nacho cheese on the nachos (!). I returned the food and was told they'd fix it right away... that took almost 10 more minutes. The food was fine but it had taken almost half an hour since ordering to get my food right. In addition, the bathroom was out of soap and paper towels, toilet paper was all over the floor, and all the trash cans were overflowing. At first I just thought that the reviewers might be snobs who are above eating at Taco Bell. But no, these were Taco Bell fans who do not like THIS Taco Bell. I ordered a Burrito Supreme with no meat. It was the smallest burrito I have ever gotten, or maybe even seen. I ate it in 4 bites. For the first 2 bites, I only had tortilla and a bit of cheese. The cashier was not friendly either. She was taking another order when I paid her and sort of threw my change in my hand, but I can deal with rude. To sum up this location in a single word: disgusting. But I'll leave you with much more than that one word. I'm typing on my iPhone right now, from the passenger side of a vehicle that's driving away from this Taco Bell as fast as possible. My fingers feel dirty as I type for several reasons, this TB is to blame for them all. 1 - Bathroom had no soap. 2 - A poorly wrapped burrito just fell apart, leaving my fingers defenseless against the beany cheesy goo. 3 - The napkin dispenser at the Taco Bell was empty... so here I sit. I'm on a road trip and we navigated to this TB because it's right off the I-5. When you need TB, you'll do crazy things like wait an additional 40 minutes to exit the freeway even though you've had to pee since Fresno. With this TB in my sights I stayed strong coming over the grapevine. We entered. The garbages were overflowing as I tried to stuff my empty Starbucks cup passed the filthy "Thank You" flap. A minor inconvenience, hardly reason to download the Yelp App, create an account, find this TB location and draft a review. We (my boyfriend and I) waited at the counter for an employee to acknowledge us. And waited. What seemed like 20 minutes was probably only 3. But at other TB locations, that's enough time to get in and out! I'd waited long enough! I left my boy at the counter while I headed to bathroom. Sanctuary!! .... *shudder* Wait, never mind. One stall occupied, one stall out of order, one stall free. Bingo. Thank God there were seat covers. The seat was wet till I dried it with some TP. I covered the seat, twice for good measure, and still felt like I'd be safest doing "the hover." Ladies you know what I'm talking about. Sweet sweet relief. Exiting the stall I noticed the floor was dirty with pieces of TP and mystery fluids. With no counter space or clean floor space, I tucked my purse between my legs and waddled up to the sink. It looked like it had just been sprayed down with a hose. I thought for a moment that I'd leave the ladies bathroom cleaner if I didn't try to wash my hands. Despite my better judgement, I tried the (also wet) soap dispenser. Empty! I used my pinky to turn off the faucet, conscious of minimizing skin to Taco Bell contact. I lucked out that another unknowing victim entered the ladies room just then. I made my escape without having to touch the door, and said a silent prayer for the next woman in passing. That's my tale. Avoid this location all costs. It's worth living with your Taco Bell cravings, satiate them someplace else. This is quite literally the slowest drive thru in the entire Santa Clarita valley. Even when the dining room is closed and the kitchen only has to cook for drive thru orders, they still manage to work at a snail like pace. The soda machine was leaking everywhere and the floor was sticky. Not just by the machine, but all the way from the door, to the counter and into the dining area. Wet floor signs were everywhere (3), but it wasn't cleaned up. My order was wrong... when it was finally ready. I ordered the new beefy cheesy burrito. I got a bean and nacho cheese burrito.
