Don't go at "Shift change" I went through the drive thru at 10pm 3/19 the whole crew was outside, someone answered the speaker. I ordered a #1 with no lettuce, a snack taco and a Shake. They said no shake that the shake machine was broke really broken so I ordered too many churros. They told me to pull through for my total almost 10 minutes goes by that comment and take my almost $15 and then disappear from the window. I seen a girl with a broom and a bucket of water cleaning the dining room. The guy that took my money was high-fiving. The employees coming in for another shift does not acknowledge that I'm still sitting there another 10 to 12 minutes goes by. He comes to the window and says no one took care of you no you were the one that took care of me so he leaves the window hand me a bag with ice cold fries in it and two tacos that were not correct then I tell him what I was missing then he tells me the hold on remix the order and said sorry we were doing shift change so I peek in the bag. I see that everything is in there. I drive home. I opened the bag. The tacos were leaking through the paper. The shells were completely shattered and just dripping everywhere and every one of the tacos were made wrong. not a good experience. Do not recommend. I ordered on the app from my work about 2 miles away for in store pick-up. I wanted to eat before going home. They responded order ready at 6:02, arrived at about 6:06, no sigh of my order. Gentleman enters store after I arrive, places order on the kiosk. It's now 6:15, the gentlemen order is ready and he leaves. Lady with a drive thru order comes in because she received the wrong order. Still no food for me. Have to ask about my order, told they were working on it now. Finally around 6:25 order ready, no napkins or sauce in the bag, had to ask for glasses for beverages clearly on the receipt. Notice that a young man employee with his jeans down so low you could see a good 6 inches of the underwear sitting just outside the main entrance with his vape after he ate is food that was served in a bag. Not on a tray knowing he was eating it there. Or are there no more trays used for people eating in the dining room. They knew we were eating in and still are food was in a bag. Friday night is high school football and cheerleader night. Very crowded right after game ends so wait until 11pm if you want a relaxing meal. Very busy Taco Bell so everything is made pretty fast. Avoid drive thru if you can, especially late night. You're likely to wait 30 minutes minimum and get the wrong food. Always check your bag before pulling away. They always get my order right and are always so friendly, which can be hard to find at a fast food restaurant. Even if you wait a couple minutes for your food, they apologize for the wait and the food is most likely fresh! There is one employee - Dennis - who has worked there for as long as I can remember, and he is always so kind and happy. He makes my day! Well it's Taco Bell. They are usually pretty good. They get orders right about 85% of the time and for the most part the customer service is good. One funny thing that gets annoying is if your close to the drive thru speaker but not quite there the person asks about 100 times what would you like. There are also a bunch of high school kids that hang out here late that get annoying and end up getting the cops called on them. GREATEST TACO BELL EVER! I have only ever been to this location during the early afternoon hours and I must say it is the greatest Taco Bell I have ever been to, and I have been to many. They have never once messed up my order. Also it is the only Taco Bell that always gives me plenty of napkins, one of those cinnamon candies, and a wet wipe.
