I come here every now and then for lunch, and they're always really quick with getting orders out. Quality is as good as Taco Bell gets. Customer service is typically great as well, especially when I take the drive-thru. read more

I can't believe that they just gave me a free meal today. I ordered a meal drive through but when I drove to pay , I found out I did not bring my wallet today. So embarrassing! I decided to go home and get the wallet. Before I left, the gentleman just handed the meal over to me and said "it is on me!" What a surprise! For being a fast food eatery, this Taco Bell has a very customer friendly environment. The tables are clean and tidy. They have booth seating and bar tables seating. The workers that operate the drive thru are friendly and very attentive. A well managed establishment... Kudos! But the parking is very limited and no room for error. Overall.. My son does sports at Los Alamos Sports Park, and after practice/games he likes to get a Blue Rasberry Airhead drink and food. Well went in this evening after game, had to wait 2 minutes just to get "Have you been helped?". I reply, "No". "Be in a minute". Waited another minute or 2 just to get "We will get to you in a minute". Well, I did notice a LOONNGG line through drive-thru, so I wait another minute. Another guy peeks around the corner and just looks past me and says nothing. I look around and see a couple in the lobby, and no one else. This is a review of the drive thru only. The service was quick, efficient and they got my order 100% correct-something that is about 75% for my trips to Taco Bells, because I always ask for no cheese and lots of stores just don't understand that simple request. The employees were polite and you could understand them well on the intercom. The food tasted fresh. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was simply that the parking lot was small and a little complicated to drive around. We almost missed the entrance to the drive thru because of the way it is situated. Wouldn't be too big of a deal, but the area was kind of busy at the lunch time hour and this made the navigation even more complicated. I'd go back if I lived in the area though. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I was told I could not use a debit card with my husbands name on it, which has never happened before, and when asked to see the company policy I was told they did not have to show that to me. I was then told that the police were going to be called if I didn't not pull away from the drive thru. The manager Melissa was the rudest person I had ever met and her boss Abdula was just as rude. Out of all the taco bells, this place ALWAYS messes my order up :( I've had to get refunded more than twice & I'm not one to go back for a refund. The staff gets stressed easy and let's it be written all over their face & it's also obvious in their tone when you have to ask for napkins or something else that prevents you from leaving or driving away. Always rushing way too fast. If they just slowed down a tiny bit they wouldn't make so many mistakes. I know people don't like waiting but an extra 60 secs would be worth waiting if your gonna give the costumers what they ordered & paid for. If you want extra anything, make sure they actually put it in there before driving away. That's one thing they do everytime I ask for additional add ons, my orders arnt that difficult. :/ read more

I came in at 8:50, the place was completely empty and two cars in the drive thru, I stood in line for 5 mins waiting for someone to take my order and the workers were just in the back on their phones laughing, finally after almost leaving due to no service for 5 mins Someone finally noticed me, then my food was just thrown on the counter with no one there. Solid. They always get our orders right, and aren't stingy with the salsa. Tastes good for fast food mexican and is cheap. My fiance loves the 5 layer burritos or just the bean and cheese burritos ($1) and I usually stick with the soft tacos or quesadillas. It's taco bell, what else do you want? ;) read more

Clean, remodeled store. Excellent, friendly staff. This store does it to the top of the stores charts. The food is good, fresh, hot, and prepared fast. If you're in a hurry for a quick lunch, this is it. The encharito is my personal favorite. read more

Really like this location. The people are very friendly and food is always right one. Being a vegetarian a lot of fast food places mess up the order when I ask for beens instead of beef on something. I found that the service was perfect here. The nice young woman behind the counter was excellently helpful, but not cheesy smiling helpful, she offered the free water before I even asked. Once I had gotten my breakfast Quesalupa, I was in love. Perfectly crafted and great set of workers to help, I highly reccomend giving it a try here. read more

Every time I go in they never have ice and there is always some guy standing on the counter trying to fix the soda/ice machine. This has occurred during the last three visits. Well today my kids wanted to go there, I really didn't want to because to get ice you have to ask the people from the drive-thru window and I like a lot of ice and feel like I'm bothering them. Well my kids convinced me to go so we went. I paid for our meal and of course again somebody standing on the soda counter trying again to fix the machine which was completely down (no soda or ice this time) so the guy behind the counter asked what kind of soda I wanted for everyone. Ugg, I like the do it yourself much better! Well after telling him what everyone wanted, he came back telling me that the ice machine isn't working but we can still get soda. ICK!!!
