They are usually super busy but the food is always fresh and delicious. The bag of cinnamon twist usually is only halfway full lately, which is disappointing but other than that, it's a great stop and we stop every evening after we go to a concert. read more

Thank you for reminding me why I don't come to this location. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru and paid 18$ for garbage

I'm giving this Taco Bell 5 stars simply because of their employee, Sam. He has the best energy ever. He used to be the auto answer on the drive thru, asking about your rewards number, and they replaced him? No idea why they'd do such a thing! Anyways Sam deserves a raise. That is all. read more

The manager K.C. is awesome!!!! the food is fresh and hot. They are super accommodating to dietary issues

The Monona Taco Bell recently replaced their whole staff, and I'm very clueless on the reason. This crew is so horribly slow and the service is terrible. I ordered on the app and I had to wait in line for 45 minutes and there was only five cars in front of me, incredibly slow service. And they only filled my nacho cheese container not even half way , how is that supposed to last for a whole thing of chips? Horrible, bring back to old staff because this staff doesn't know how to do it right read more

Been coming here for two years about twice a month. The staff is consistently upbeat, the food fast (I almost always go through drive through) The orders are always accurate. And the tacos, salads, chips/breakfast sandwiches are hot and tasty! If you're looking for quality fast food in a friendly atmosphere, this is the place to go. read more

Sometimes their service is slow, sometimes it's pretty quick. Most of the time they get my order right, but they have gotten it wrong a time or two. It's your basic drive through fast food joint. I can't comment on the inside of the building as I always go through the drive through. It's really hit or miss each time you go in. My kids love Taco Bell, so we come here usually once a month for dinner. read more

THIS IS VERY UNCOOL. Have to do better then that. Went back through the drive through and they made it right. Forgot my extra creamy jalapeño sauce too. read more

worst Taco Bell ive ever been to. didnt even let me order because they were timed and then continued to give me soggy food and dumped out an entire bag of cinna twists into the bag. will not ever be returning to this place. I highly suggest going to a different location read more

05/18/3023, ordered in the drive thru 2 combo meals both with a taco and then added a Doritos nacho taco. We got the main deal in our meals but only one meal got its extra taco. Pull off to eat, we find we are short a taco, napkins and a fork for my NBG.also ordered Nacho Fries we only got 1/2 an order and had to harvest them from the bottom of the bag. Got literally a handful of sauce for 3 tacos (only got 2). They were quick of course considering we were shorted items that doesn't say much. What can be expected for ambiance from the drive thru. read more

The best-tasting T-Bell I've had in a long time. Taco Bell was a special treat of my early childhood, a high school lunch staple, and a reliable college friend. As an adult, though, I've found it lacking. Almost every order in Madison has been wrong, regardless of the specific location, and drive-thru window wait times take forever. I order my items with beans instead of meat, and 9 times out of 10 it does not come to me vegetarian. This Taco Bell got my order right and was generous with the glorious fake nacho cheese in the Crunch Wrap (most Madison locations only put enough for a bite or two). It did take forever to get our food though - we spent at least ten minutes between putting in our order and driving away. I don't know if Taco Bell has started making every item fresh to order or what, but in a drive-thru fast food situation I'm more interested in having my food made quickly than being 100% fresh to order. read more

I think this is the Taco Bell I most frequent because it is so close to work. I rate fast food places on the scale of its own franchises. Meaning, I compare this Taco Bell to other Taco Bell's, not to other restaurants. Anyway, honestly, I do think the food here is hit or miss. I always get a Crunchwrap, breakfast or regular, so I know when it's good and I also know when it's not so good. It's definitely very inconsistent here. Like yesterday, my Crunchwrap was pretty warm, not hot, so the cheese wasn't melted or anything. Also it wasn't pressed down enough so it was just kind of bulky to hold. They have mobile/online ordering, so that's super convenient if you're in an extreme rush. I generally do drive-thru, because why get out of your car if you don't have to? read more

This plane is a joke wow I went there at 1220 because I just got off work and she says we're closed then had a whole attitude. Closed early and then hanging out inside on top of being rude. I'll never go back to that location. read more

Went through the drive through last night, bought $30 worth of food and it was all destroyed inside the packaging after waiting 20 minutes in line. On top of that they were out of straws. The tacos were soggy and gross, ordered a Mexican pizza, the cheese and onions that are usually on top were all smeared across the top of the box and none were on the pizza itself, girlfriend got a soft shell taco as well inside of the wrapping was just a tortilla shelf all of the meat and cheese and lettuce was all on the wrapping not even in the taco, ordered a five dollar cravings box, the cheese with the chips was super old and gross, ordered two quesadillas neither one were cut, I was very disappointed with the service. read more

This place sucks their workers are rude! The fax machine picked up and dude was like u need to call back called back they left it off the hook so couldn't call Was just trying to tell them they gave us the wrong order I don't expect much as it is but this was way awful. Just wanted my correct order Waited another 15 mins in drive thru to be told we tried to catch u? WHat not to hard I was in ur driveway!!! No help waited in drive up for like 20 mins Slow movement. Uggg! Foods always good actually over 30 minutes drive up?????? Close to 40 minutes read more

Spectacularly bad service on a Sunday afternoon. Had to repeat the slowly delivered very simple order for Combo number one. Picked it up and stopped in the parking lot to check it. Sure enough no tomato. The loose lid on the drink came off when I moved it and it spilled out in the car. I went to the order drive thru order station and said my combo one came with no tomato, said I'd be ok with just a cup of tomato for my 3 hard shell tacos. Manager comes loudly into the speaker and blamed me for not being specific in ordering. I calmly read him the description language from the order board. He loudly said I should have asked for a hard shell with tomato. No apology. Blamed me. I was given a small cup of tomato at the window in total silence. Jut stone faced staff. To answer the TB survey question number 1, no the taco shell was not filled to the top. read more

five stars great service we came at 12:30am and employees were great food was great 10/10 taco bell experience

One of the best, if not the best pure fast food chains, and I'm not including fast-casual for all you Chipotle lovers. I mean, it's Taco Bell. Does it stand out from other Taco Bell's? Not particularly. I don't mean that in a bad way, just a pretty standard experience. My 4 stars is in relation to other fast food chains, not all restaurants. They got my order correct, it was pretty fast, food was good, plenty of sauce packets, and above all... the bathroom was clean. Whether it's a quick afternoon snack, or 2 am, Taco Bell is ole reliable for a reason. read more

I drove around for half an hour looking for something other than pizza and ended up at Taco Bell. I should have read YELP for restaurants near my hotel. The food was standard Bell, low cost corporate food with an imitation Mexican flavor. It was edible and I was getting hungry. The kitchen was slow. The AC was too cold for comfort inside. There was trash on the floor. The dining area had run out of plastic forks and small drink lids. This place was barefoot friendly. read more

This is not so much a review as a call for answers. WHY are they always out of food? WHY is there always a 25-30 minute wait of cars before you can even order? WHY do they always close early? I actually enjoy this Taco Bell, because I've always seen cleanliness, friendliness, and quality meat! The soda machine was broken just one time, but that is not my concern as I dislike any type of soda (and not just the kind here, I dislike soda in general.) But they are modestly priced and this is the place to eat if you're short on your dough or just want some Taco Bell! read more

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have been to. I live close by and have been here several times. It is painfully slow every single time. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it took 15 minutes for me to get my food. The food itself is fine but the service is horrible. I don't think I can handle coming here anymore. read more

just the slowest goddamn taco bell i've ever seen in my life. there is constantly a line that goes 10-15 cars and the employees just are messing around because if u order idk 3 tacos it shouldn't take you 10 minutes in between when u order and get to the window. They constantly have an attitude and it's honestly pretty pathetic. the only reason i still come here is bc it's the only one near me but once i move i'm not coming back here. and the tacos here are always like soft and mushy if u get a crunchy taco and half the time the shells are cracked it's just poor management and poor poor employee selection. unless you are really craving taco bell just go to any of the other restaurants that have somewhat competent staff. like i've never written a yelp review but it pisses me off and should not take 40 minutes to get a few shitty tacos like seriously wtf. if i could give it no stars i would. read more

I rank this a one star because it was terrible and I got a quesadilla and it tasted like air because there was barely any thing in it and I ordered chips and cheese and I got cheese and the wiener and the stereotypical McDonald's answer are machine is broke when I asked for a slushy as the people in front of us got two. read more

I used to go here a lot when I first started my job down the block and got to know Marco and Destiny during the lunch/late lunch rush hours (now, I only go once every other week or so). Their customer service is always great and despite going through so many cars before getting to me, they're always pleasant, personable and are genuine with their conversations. The drive thru service during lunch is great! It's honestly super quick and easy at this location. I also haven't had any complaints with the food :) Despite being a fast food chain, the customer service, in general, is top notch! read more

Well, if you enjoy tacos or burritos prepared with grade "D" meat, this is the place for you! Like to gamble with your health? This is the place for you! Want to spend under $2 for a complete "meal", this is the place for you. My bean burrito was uninspiring. I ordered a bean burrito with sour cream. They squirted a little in to one end of the burrito. It must have been to much work to unroll an already prepared bean burrito, or create a new burrito with the sour cream evenly dispensed. Am I nit picking? I don't think so...there's a right way to do things and apparently the workers here are too busy to make an order right. Buy a can of retried bean and some tortillas at the store and make your own...at least your gonna get what you want. read more

This Taco Bell is worthless . I got a taco n burrito box twice and they sprinkle on like 10 shreds on cheddar cheese on an item and they forgot the sour cream twice in the burritos , it's comes with sour cream. Guess it's time to go to another store cuz that's what I did last time they could never get the orders right, it was always missing an item . The 5 layer is not bean burrito , the other 4 layers are like a condiment or non existent. read more

We went through the drive through as we were ordering they advised us that they have no steak or ground beef. We ordered shredded chicken for a craving pack and crunchy wrap combo. We waited for about 10 minutes at the drive through window, the staff were very sloppy and unprofessional. We checked our food and they didn't have any protein in them all they had were cheese lettuce. I am very disappointed with this location. The staff needs to be retrained and need to have higher standards. They also forgot a few items on our order. We debated about going back but decided not too. read more

Again, three stars for food only. I honestly don't know why I keep going here. The wait time is awful. Why does it take 15 minutes to make a taco, especially if I ordered it online ahead of time? Either you're short-staffed or your workers just don't care. When I went in today, there were three people on cash registers. Three! Why not have more people making food if there's obviously a rush of orders? On top of it, one of the boys running the cash register was pacing back and forth like he didn't know what the hell he was supposed to be doing, and I saw him picking his nose and then rolling around whatever he managed to dig out in his fingers. That's disgusting. read more
