I don't know what is going on here but we waited for 45 min in the restaurant 6/11 at 9:30 pm and ended up cancelling our order and getting it refunded. There was barely anyone in the lobby or drive thru when we ordered and people just kept piling up. The "manager" was making all of the food happily chit chatting with the teens around her doing nothing. I went back a year after my last review and things were good for a long time, now it's just bad again. Won't be back for another year I guess. read more

I've had several mobile orders over the last few weeks. The first time it was over 45 minutes to get the order and was there again tonight for over an hour. The comments saying this place is "Slow" is so accurate they were giving other orders away thru the drive thru and had people who came in after me and got their order first. After about 730-8pm at night just hang it up after that be prepared to wait for awhile. They'll tell you oh your order is next and then someone else tells you that you are several back in the que like WTH smh. HOW is this place sooo slow??? I've learned not to put in a mobile order till I drive by first. There are always cars wrapped around the building and not moving! Easily takes 15 minutes per car. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND We ordered food on the mobile app and we asked for no tomato on our Mexican pizza. When we got home to our surprise there is HUGE chunks of tomato hidden under the cheese. I understand that the red sauce has tomatos in it but if the order asks for no tomato you think they would take the huge chunks off. We drive back to the taco bell to get the Mexican pizza remade and I show the lady named Heather at the cash register everything that's wrong. She proceeds to start arguing with me telling me that the red sauce has tomatoes in it and yelling about how she didn't make my food. I repeatedly ask her to just get it remade but she can't let go of the fact that she DIDNT make my food. The general manager didn't apologize, rude ass Heather didn't apologize, and I got sent home with the WRONG FOOD AGAIN!!! A lot of people who order from this branch tend to go home and throw their food out or need to get their order fixed because the employees hardly ever look at what the orders say. This Taco Bell has the worst service from consistently long lines to employees. They forgot my order after saying that had it on the screen then served almost ten people who came in after me & claimed they didn't have it after telling me they did. My Doritos locos taco shell was completely broken & I had to dump it into a plate then eat it with a fork. This is not the first time this has happened either. Meanwhile, the guy next to me was also skipped & they claimed the same problem. Don't even bother using their app because they manage to screw it up 10x worse. I had two Volcano and two Doritos Locos tacos for lunch today, and I was pleasantly surprised. I'd say that the tacos had about 75% of the "meat" that you'd expect, if you were expecting them to look like the tacos in TB's advertisements. That might sound bad, but getting 75% of what they illustrate in pictures is still three times more than you usually get. No lie, you usually can't even tell that the "meat" is present. Today, I could not only tell, but I think that they changed the process or the recipe for the "meat," because the pieces were larger, and damned near what cooked ground beef would look and "feel" like if you made some at your house. So, kudos for Taco Hell for not disappointing me again. It was almost $7 for the 4 tacos and I didn't get a drink (but I wish that I had, because I asked for extra sauce on the Volcano tacos), so TB ain't exactly cheap. I could have gone to La Hacienda and gotten real food for less, but revisiting TB on occasion is necessary to boost appreciation levels for regular food. And, I noticed that TB now has an up-scale(ish) "Cantina" menu that has a lot of chicken and roasted corn and some other crap that I don't remember now.
