This is how a fast food restaurant is supposed to be run. I ordered at the kiosk, then in less than a minute they were calling my name to give me my cup. All drinks and ice were available. I filled my cup, and a couple of minutes later, my name was called for my order. Best speed and customer service from a fast food place. I normally try to avoid this Taco Bell because of how slow they are. But lately I've been on a kick and craving it. They never seem to have enough workers at this location, the workers aren't very polite (usually), and it never seems the cleanest. I was here this past winter and they had a guy making tacos in a wife beater (white tank top) I haven't been back since until tonight and although they are wearing uniforms they are still very slow... I would not recommend this Taco Bell and would suggest if you're like me and are craving it find a different location... I will be next time! read more

Drive-thru orders are never right...betting maybe be better to go inside and place my order..I haven't been inside in a long time...kiosk to place and order which I hate and that alone will make me stay away. Girl standing right there and another customer says "What you can't take his order?" And she says "No, that's what those ar e for!" So I look up the items I've seen advwertised on tv on the value menu that say they were $2 but it now says $2.58 at the kiosk. say something to the worker about price difference and she says it's the tax. Really, no rocket scientist biut . 59 cents tax on $2 can't be right. She just says, That's what they are...$2.59" when I point out to her you can't be right for 69 cents on a $2 burrito. this location is honestly ridiculous. I work late into the night/ sometimes 12:30 am. ridiculous. I work late into the night and when I get off I just want to stop and get something on the way home from work. It's a hassle. I get off work with my friend and he's two cars ahead of me and they take his order and when they get to me they are saying they are doing DoorDash only. Besides having to wait over 30 minutes, tell them my order was wrong on screen he fixes it,then get to window ask for receipt they acted like they didn't hear me so I gave up on it. Then I pull up check order it's wrong so I go to door sign says dinning room open but it not. Knock on door and window to get his attention he comes over unlocks door and tells me to drive my ass back thru the drive thru and he'd fix it. Don't. Eat. At. This. Taco. Bell. You could stop reading there, but if you want reasons why, I'll be happy to oblige. I love Taco Bell, but of the 5 different locations in my area that I typically find myself at, this is without question the slowest and most poorly managed. In my last visit there, I'd placed an order through their mobile app, which always works flawlessly to get me in and out in a hurry at any other location. At this particular Taco Bell however, I was there for, no exaggeration, nearly an hour after arriving to pick up my order, which according the the estimate in the app, should've been ready about the time that I arrived. They couldn't find my order at first, then said they were working on it, then ignored me for 20 minutes until i spoke up again, only to be told that they didn't have my order, leaving the front worked just staring at me as if they didn't know why I was still there or what I wanted. The experience went downhill further from there somehow, and I watched as the crowd of customers piled up around me in the dining room, some waiting forever for their order, as I was, and at least 3 others who received their dine-in order coming back up to the counter because there were multiple issues with each one. People starting asking for refunds en masse, and rightfully so. Please, do yourself a favor, go ANYWHERE but here. I've had great experiences at the Verity location on the other side of Middletown. Place smelled of old, dirty mop bucket water. My daughter's Mexican pizza crust was rancid. So, I requested a taco to replace it. They gave us cinnamon crisps, too. Unfortunately, they must've been cooked in the same rancid grease. read more
