Still my favorite Taco Bell location, even though another is closer to my apartment. Menu has changed recently, guy was patient while I took some time. .. no cars behind me in the drive thru. Ordered some low cost cravings chicken enchilada thing without noticing it had rice in it. As in a Chipotle amount of rice which should never be in an enchilada. Now I need to drive thru again to get something else. I always pull up in the parking lot to eat while I watch the characters going into the QuikTrip across the road. read more

My favorite location, absolutely fire. I always order on the app, and they never fail. The food is on point and is about the best that you'll ever get from fast food. They're also nice and courteous. Even though there's closer locations to me, this one is my favorite, and I'll happily drive the extra distance to get some high quality Bell. read more

I order the #7 chicken cheese quesadilla and a soft taco. It was good and yummy! The service was very fast and got my food very fast.

Food was quickly served and was hot and tasted fresh. Chicken chips were yummy dipped in a side of cheese. For $1.00 I also got the 3 layer nachos.. that's right, $1.00!! I would have easily payed double!! Damon, took my order and provide some great insight that lead me to order a new item, the chicken tortada, which I loved! Give that guy a raise! Food is always good and consistent. Staff is always friendly. Breakfast food is really good. I go mostly for breakfast anymore. I like the breakfast burritos and my wife loves the Cinnabon Delights! I have yet to have a good experience here. They consistently get my orders wrong, even when I explain to them that I don't trust them because they consistently get my orders wrong. I really miss the location they closed when they built this one. I've basically cut this location out of my life and go to the one on 75th now because this place is hopeless. Anyone who eats at Taco Bell already has low expectations, so when you find yourself disappointed multiple times, you realize you have to make some serious life choices. The dine-in breakfast service was fast, and friendly. The dining area was clean, and new, with background music, and receptacles at the center island for charging electronics. The food was hot, and the serving size was generous. Not bad. read more

I went inside the restaurant to place my order. I stood there for five minutes at the register. Two employees made eye contact but didn't say anything. A customer came in to pick up their to go order and said yeah no one ever works the register, you could use the kiosk. And to that I said F@#$ that and walked out. They just lost a long time customer. The staff was more concerned about the drive through and gossiping than waiting on the the customer at the resgister. Don't eat there. read more

If you're reading this, you know we all make that taco Bell run eventually.. This is my ALL-TIME favorite taco Bell, I must have eaten at 100 different taco bells in the last 25 years. Why is this taco Bell so special? Because of their veteran employees..Yeah, newbie workers at ALL fast food joints get things wrong.. But this drive-thru and veteran employees actually care..Drive-thru times are quick, item size & fillings are fair, not great but fair..These taco Bell employees have always treated me well, making eye contact, being thoughtful, a clean men's room, table and chairs are usually kept clean, conveniently at the I-35 exit at Johnson drive, and genuinely being nice people..It's their service that makes me put them first.. My story example: A passenger in a truck in front of me in the drive-thru lane was so lazy, he got out of the truck and started pissing in the parking lot..The lobby is open till 9 p.m and there's a quick trip across the street..So when I got to the ordering screen at the speaker, the employee asked me; how I was doing? I mentioned, okay until the guy in front of me just took a piss in the parking lot.. When the Truck pisser got to the window, they refused his order, and thanked me for my assistance.. I would give the dude who took my order 5 stars but whomever I dealt with at the window today..... Eye roll. Came up to the window and he says, "do you want hot sauce?" Yes, of course, this is America. He says, "Is 1 hot sauce ok?" ..... Umm huh?? Obviously not. Then he proceeds to lecture me about how apparently this Taco Bell has a 1 sauce per item rule. Beg your pardon? First of that's nuts and secondly, please stop wasting my time with your ramblings. 99.9% sure if I wanted to I could get out my car and walk right on in, and go nuts on all the hot sauces just laying out in bins. Dude continued on and on and on and said that next time if I left them know in "advance" my hot sauce needs could be accommodated....This is Taco Bell not Plaza III. After they sent out our order I realized they had not cut my child's quesadilla. I went to the counter and no one even acknowledges I'm standing there. I said excuse me, several times trying to get someone's attention. There were no less than 6 employees in the food prep area joking around and laughing as one employee said the f word about an order she messed up. When I finally got their attention I looked back to notice that one of the employees was shoveling food into her mouth with one hand while laying out tortillas with the other. She then wiped her mouth with her finger and started making the food. I called her out on it telling her to change her gloves, and was verbally attacked by the whole crew who defended her saying you don't understand, she has to eat, she has a medical condition...well, if that was the case she should have taken a break to eat. I will not go back, and the gm and health department will be notified tomorrow am. Absolutely the worst customer service. read more
