This is the worst Taco Bell that has ever existed. I rarely go here but everytime I do I wait over 30 minutes for even the most simple orders. Today I was there for a mobile order (3 burritos, 7 soft tacos) and I waited 33 mf minutes and when I went to ask about my order I saw it sitting there for who knows how mf long until they finally asked my name and gave me the bag I had been staring at for 10 minutes of the 30 I had been sitting in the place. Come on guys!!! As a former employee of Taco bell, my expectations are right in line with what should be achievable when patronizing my neighborhood Taco Bell. I went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 Chalupa meal. I requested that the Chalupa shells be made fresh, due to a bad experience 2 days prior. I got to the window , an was told it would be a small wait. At this point, I'm thinking, great!! My Chalupas will be very hot. Uhhhhhh No. Cold isn't the worse thing. The Chalupas were well past their hold time. They were stale and old. They could have been used as a weapon in midevil times. Went today for lunch, lot of cars in line, lot of people waiting inside. Almost went elsewhere when I saw no one at the counter. They were short staffed but I ordered with a touchscreen kiosk. Not only did the people waiting get their food quickly but I did too. Hot and accurate. I customized everything but my drink and they had it all ready the way I ordered it, no issues whatsoever. It's actually laughable how bad this location is. Waited in line for 45 minutes (we were the fourth car and couldn't back out). When we finally placed our orders successfully, the "manager" told me she wouldn't give me my third order as they don't do multiple orders. Literally called the cops on me. Funny thing, the cops arrived before I even got to the window, that's how slow the service was (two cars in front of me at this point). The cops saw me full up, saw me receive my two orders, the watched as they refused to give me the third order that was already paid for. Grateful for the two cops that showed up and all they do for our community. Hate they have to deal with incompetent fast food service employees. Ordered veg Mexican pizza brought them home and they tasted like cardboard stale . Went and returned them. They were nice about about refunding but last couple of times we ordered Mex pizza they were good. Before that they use to taste like cardboard stale so stopped going there and now today again they tasted the same. read more

I tried to give this place another chance but again same BS. Had me waiting in line for like 20 mins. As soon I get to the window to order. SILENCE!!! No one says hello hold please. Nothing. I waited another 5-7 mins and I kept saying hello! No one said anything. I watched an order complete on the screen as there were no cars ahead of me and I finally drove to the window and there were no workers in sight! The car behind me did the same thing and I left. All the pictures are from the same order. We ordered 40 dollars worth of food for a little group. We got 5 sauce packs. When we asked for more the cashier immediately became aggressive. And kept insisting there was sauce in the bag. Finally we were given more then 5 sauce packs for 40 dollars worth of food. Then we could not find one of the quesadillas in the bag.( the one pictured) because it was in a ball in the bottom of the bag. At this point the manger got involved and both were once again insisting it was in the bag. After we found it and showed them it was destroyed the manger did not offer anything except a very condescending "have a good night". At this point we were just ready to leave. So on our way out the manger called my gf. A bitch in front of the kids. I don't except much from Taco Bell but will not be back to this location. read more

As restaurants go, Taco Bell as a whole would not get five stars. With that said, as Taco Bell's go, this Taco Bell does get five stars. This specific Taco Bell is less than 2 years old and it seems to be a new design. Most other Taco Bell's look a little different and are set up differently. I have been to this specific Taco Bell many times as I used to work next to this location and it was something different for lunch. There have been days where service was slow but that usually can be accounted for by the time of day; however most days the service is quite prompt. I have also been to many Taco Bell's that are dirty and I have yet to see this one a mess. On the contrary it is almost always quite clean. The first couple of months I went there the soda had a slight plastic taste but that went away after a while (must have been the new equipment). As for service, this specific Taco Bell stands out as one of the best. I almost always get cheerful service. Whoever is currently managing the specific Taco Bell is doing a great job. Lastly, this review is probably the most I have ever written the word "Taco Bell" in my life. read more

The management there was one of the best. I didn't get my whole order. Went back. It was a long drive back home. Food would have been soggy and cold. They remade my whole order so the food would stay hot and not be soggy. They were very nice to me. I appreciate their kindness. And I would recommend them to anyone. Very impressed with this location. I've came back a few times and every time I came, no matter the time of day they are all super nice and my food taste hot and fresh! And it cones out super fast! I think they got new management and they have done a fantastic job since my last review. There's one gentleman that was working the cash register inside and he would go and open the door up for people as they were coming in and out if he wasn't helping a customer and he took you your food he come up to you to see if you need anything. He goes out of his way to make sure every customer is taken care of that comes in. I wish I could remember his name so he can get recognized for his kindness. I ate there yesterday. It wasn't a great experience. The food was fine but the dining area needed a lot of attention. There were no napkins. Someone had brought a small stack of bathroom paper towels to use instead. The soda area was very dirty. I didn't even feel comfortable getting my drink. We also had trouble finding a table that was clean. It wouldn't have taken a lot of time to wipe down tables and clean up the soda area. I doubt I'll be going back any time soon. read more

All the employees were super nice. I ordered a chalupa supreme without tomatoes, but when I got it there were tomatoes on it. When I went to the counter the employees not only apologized profusely, but made me a new one quickly and gave me cinnamon twists as an apology. I'd rate zero stars if I could. Went through the drive thru and placed and order. They never told me pull window one or two. I pulled up the window one and didn't see anyone so thought they are probably just using one window so I pulled up toward the second window and an employee stuck her head on the window and screamed for me to back up. Obviously no way I could back up as others had already pulled up behind me. I told her not to scream at me and I would pay at the window. She screamed at me that I couldn't do that. Asked for the manager to voice concerns and asked for owners number. Took six times asking to get owners number. I don't want free food or an apology. This Taco Bell is a disgrace to the concept of decent service and food. Firstly, the woman who took our order in the drive thru couldn't have been less interested in taking our order, and repeatedly got it wrong so my poor sister had to reorder several times. In the end, she still had our order wrong, but there was a very long line forming behind us and we just had to let it go. We then paid, and were asked to wait at that window for no apparent reason while there were no cars in front of us. Several minutes later, the person behind us was getting upset, so we just continued to the next window. There, we saw our old friend, the apathetic order taker. This time, she just didn't even bother to speak to us, and we just had to assume that we had everything and leave. Sadly, the story doesn't end here. We pulled into a nearby parking spot, just to double check that we had everything. And to our dismay, they had forgotten several things in our order, and strangely, doubled some of the items that we had ordered. My sister had to go inside to get napkins, and when she got back out to the car, I had to send her in for her rolled tacos. Only after she had gone inside the second time, did I notice that I was missing my cinnamon twists. I followed my sister inside, and she had been standing there waiting for an employee to decide that she was important enough for two seconds of their time. I went up to the counter and told an employee what we were missing, and he walked away to talk to the other employees and get our missing items. While he was back there, I was shocked and appalled to hear them talking about us, and saying "well, this is what happens when you have a big order." Now let me be clear, there were only three of us, and we didn't order that much food, but the woman who took our order got it wrong and nearly doubled the amount of food that we originally intended to order! Now, I'm a pretty reasonable person, and I've worked in fast food before, and I understand the struggles, but this experience was the worst Taco Bell experience that I've ever had, and I downloaded the app and made an account just to warn people to never come to this Taco Bell, and save themselves a lot of trouble, time, and money. read more
