I absolutely love this place but wow I'm disappointed. I went and spent 48.50, and a bunch of food was forgotten. I didn't realize until I was home. I would love the quesadilla right about now... read more

food was awful, made my daughter not feel good, service was disappointing, could barley hear the girl talking to us.

I don't expect much from a Taco Bell, but this location still managed to be shockingly bad. Sloppy, slow, and everything tasted rather 'off'. Even the Pepsi was weird. The nachos were chip-bits with a small amount of cheese sauce and some warm, watery 'sour cream' (I'm not sure it was real sour cream). The burrito had a stale tortilla and, like everything else, tasted very off. Overall, terrible. read more

Will anyone believe it when I tell you we just waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru at 8:15 pm with only 2 cars ahead of us. Our order? 1 taco, 1 drink and 1 nacho bell grande. The reason we didn't just leave is because you can't. Once you've entered the drive through, the only way out is forward so God help you if there are people "working" inside who could absolutely not care less about 1.food 2.speed & 3.service. I'm shocked but glad I never have to go back ever. read more

Hands down the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. There isn't a word to describe how slow the service is, consistently. We had to stop giving it a chance because who has 30 min to wait for Taco Bell food. No exaggeration. And you can't escape the drive thru line either due to th design. You're just stuck.... waiting....and waiting. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever. I could never understand why this location is still in business. They don't know how to count back change. It's an average of 1/2 hour wait for fast food, do I need to say more? read more

Not even a star first of all I sent two teenage girls to Taco Bell in mason and they had a one hundred dollar bill got 15.00 dollars worth of food and all the employees said have a good night and slid the door closed and they almost left and had to knock on door to ask for the 85.00 dollars back while they were laughing every one there including the manager are not professional and are crooks I'm not done with this yet! Corporate is getting a call read more

Lazy assbags, they take an order, take payment for the order and then say they are closing early and refuse to make the order or give my money back read more

Not open past 7pm most days. When they are open they will mess up your oder guaranteed!

I show up at 12:45 AM and you don't close until 2 AM and I'm told because of short staffed you have to close early. Came here from Lansing! Taco Bell is a joke between closing early all the time and running out of hamburger meat. read more

Long wait times. I went on a Tuesday around 6:20 and was in the drive thru line for over 20 mins with only one car in front of me. Not sure why there was a long wait. read more

See all

When we ordered they refused to give us what we wanted, because they didn't have enough meat for our ordered and refused to put down more. They also messed up our entire order and I had this lovely hair in my taco. read more

Taco Bell - Had a hair in my taco..... do not recommend - Fast Food Near Me - Mason, Michigan

I just went to face Bell for a quick meal before a soccer game. It was absolutely scrumptious! My cashier Joe was quite a delight! My food was very tasty. There was a little too much sauce on my quesadilla but that's okay. 9/10 I will be going there again! read more

Worst Taco Bell. Sat in the drive through for them to hand me my food without giving me my change back after using a $100 bill for a $15 meal because that's all I had, and I almost left and realized we never got our change so we turned back to the window and all of the workers looked at us and laughed. Sat there waiting while he had the change in his hand and wouldn't give it to us. Finally the dude then proceeded to give us our change without ever once saying "Hey, I have your change" or even sorry. Just handed it to me and shut the window. Wasn't even going to tell me I forgot my $84 in change... Not fun :) And after all of that I found a hair inside of my food read more

This tbell is the worst one I've ever personally been to, I don't even use yelp and I had to write a review, took 20+ minutes to get a Quesadilla and a potato griller. The cheese on the dilla wasn't melted and the chicken was cold, and they gave me a beefy nacho griller instead of a potato one, but it took so gosh darn long I wasn't gonna wait again, skip the tbell and get AW or Arby's next door, seems like the whole crew is still training read more

Actually don't know how this Taco Bell is still open. I think the workers are trying to get shut down Honestly. I love t-bell and unfortunately this is the closest one to my house. I haven't gone there once where they haven't forgotten something to my order. Needs new management. not hard to count 3 tacos. read more

Like everyone else has been saying, we waited 20-25 minutes for our food. The line was backed up and we had to get gas anyway, so while I got the gas, my wife got the food inside. I came in to keep her company because it was taking so long. There were two other customers that said they were at the counter for about five minutes before anyone even took their order AND for 15 or so minutes after that to actually get their food. There were two employees just standing around at different points, not sure what the deal was there. I'm surprised the food was correct, but I don't know how management hasn't felt the need to come in and fix what seems to be a constant issue. read more

I seriously don't understand why.... But this Taco Bell is seriously the slowest service I've ever seen in my life. And it's nothing special just Taco Bell... read more

I like taco bell because they have more vegetarian food than others and I have been eating there for 38 years now sometimes as often as every day. I haul scrap iron for a living so I have eaten all over the state and some other states. I have noticed that taco bell is a more fair opportunity employer and hires a better list of full diversity after seeing many of their employees. Taco Bell is one of the very few places that you can see a white straight male or any persons with a facial disfigurement working in public retail. Thank you taco bell for not making me feel guilty while buying your food. read more

I have been to the S Cedar location many times, orders are generally slow, 5+ minutes average, today, 10/5/17 and attempted to order the naked egg taco, I was told that they were out of eggs, I'm to the point of writing off Taco Bell from my diet. read more

This was my first visit to this Taco Bell. This restaurant is attached to the grass station so I was a little sceptical of the food quality. But don't let this place scare you off because of location. I received the best customer service I've ever received at a Taco Bell. My cashier Michael J. was impressive. He greeted me right when I walked in and had a very up beat attitude. This cashier deserves an award or something for his customer service. And I saw him go above and beyond his duties with every customer that came in. Way to go Michael!! The only reason I didn't give this experience 5 stars was that my soft tacos seemed a little stale. Over all a great experience though. read more

Can't seem to get an order right or within 5 minutes...soo much for fast food? Chips and guacamole were pretty good though. Tacos were soggy. read more

ALWAYS busy and not enough staff!!! Not to mention when you want to go through the drive-thru, you have to be committed because there is no possible way to leave the drive-thru once you're stuck waiting there for 15-20 minutes.... The staff is usually very friendly but make a lot of lame excuses for the wait.... The wait isn't their fault... You cannot expect 3-4 people to handle hundreds of people an hour... Especially when management is standing there barking orders but NOT stepping into help out. read more

This place is so incredibly slow. I've only been here 3 times and twice I've had to wait for an incredibly long time to get my food. Once in the Drive-Thru they had me pull up and wait and it took so long that I just went inside and ask for my money back. They didn't apologize or anything. read more

I wouldn't even give this location 1 star!!!!!! Tried to call in a complaint but SURPRISE no one answers the phone! Last night I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes behind a truck, the vehicle that was behind me left because of the wait, so I decided to just go in. ( I had a crying impatient toddler in the backseat because she was hungry and irritated as we had been on the road for awhile) When I pulled up in front of the doors I witnessed a woman and 2 men LITTERALLY standing with their hands in their pockets! I was in awe that they were letting a line of cars sit for over a half hour!! So I sat and watched as they LAUGHED and POINTED at vehicles leave the drive thru!! I couldn't believe that those employees were so rude! So as I started my car to leave and back out, I witnessed the woman point right at me clap her hands and laugh because I was leaving! So incredibly disrespectful. Never again will I or my family return to this location and I am looking into filing a complaint with corporate. read more
