I wanted to believe the reviews below to be untrue but boy was I wrong. I took my family to the Mason Taco Bell for a change and i have not ate this food in years. There was no line at 6:30pm so we got our food pretty quick. As soon as we got our order, my wife checked the bag and noticed the order was wrong. She took the bag into Taco Bell to get the order corrected and they just tossed my wife a $1 coupon and didn't provide good customer service. When we got home, the order was still wrong, I paid $33 for 6 tiny crappy burrito's and a drink. The shell was more food than what was put into the burritos. What a RIP OFF!!! The food is not good here (not fresh and old), the order is usually always wrong, and the price for these little crappy burrito's is not worth it. Don't waste your time and money here. I don't expect much from a Taco Bell, but this location still managed to be shockingly bad. Sloppy, slow, and everything tasted rather 'off'. Even the Pepsi was weird. The nachos were chip-bits with a small amount of cheese sauce and some warm, watery 'sour cream' (I'm not sure it was real sour cream). Will anyone believe it when I tell you we just waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru at 8:15 pm with only 2 cars ahead of us. Our order? 1 taco, 1 drink and 1 nacho bell grande. The reason we didn't just leave is because you can't. Once you've entered the drive through, the only way out is forward so God help you if there are people "working" inside who could absolutely not care less about 1.food 2.speed & 3.service. Hands down the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. There isn't a word to describe how slow the service is, consistently. We had to stop giving it a chance because who has 30 min to wait for Taco Bell food. No exaggeration. And you can't escape the drive thru line either due to th design. Sat in the drive through for them to hand me my food without giving me my change back after using a $100 bill for a $15 meal because that's all I had, and I almost left and realized we never got our change so we turned back to the window and all of the workers looked at us and laughed. Sat there waiting while he had the change in his hand and wouldn't give it to us. Like everyone else has been saying, we waited 20-25 minutes for our food. The line was backed up and we had to get gas anyway, so while I got the gas, my wife got the food inside. I came in to keep her company because it was taking so long. There were two other customers that said they were at the counter for about five minutes before anyone even took their order AND for 15 or so minutes after that to actually get their food. There were two employees just standing around at different points, not sure what the deal was there. I'm surprised the food was correct, but I don't know how management hasn't felt the need to come in and fix what seems to be a constant issue. read more

I like taco bell because they have more vegetarian food than others and I have been eating there for 38 years now sometimes as often as every day. I haul scrap iron for a living so I have eaten all over the state and some other states. I have noticed that taco bell is a more fair opportunity employer and hires a better list of full diversity after seeing many of their employees. Taco Bell is one of the very few places that you can see a white straight male or any persons with a facial disfigurement working in public retail. This was my first visit to this Taco Bell. This restaurant is attached to the grass station so I was a little sceptical of the food quality. But don't let this place scare you off because of location. I received the best customer service I've ever received at a Taco Bell. My cashier Michael J. was impressive. He greeted me right when I walked in and had a very up beat attitude. This cashier deserves an award or something for his customer service. And I saw him go above and beyond his duties with every customer that came in. Way to go Michael!! The only reason I didn't give this experience 5 stars was that my soft tacos seemed a little stale. ALWAYS busy and not enough staff!!! Not to mention when you want to go through the drive-thru, you have to be committed because there is no possible way to leave the drive-thru once you're stuck waiting there for 15-20 minutes.... The staff is usually very friendly but make a lot of lame excuses for the wait.... The wait isn't their fault... You cannot expect 3-4 people to handle hundreds of people an hour... Especially when management is standing there barking orders but NOT stepping into help out. read more

I wouldn't even give this location 1 star!!!!!! Tried to call in a complaint but SURPRISE no one answers the phone! Last night I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes behind a truck, the vehicle that was behind me left because of the wait, so I decided to just go in. ( I had a crying impatient toddler in the backseat because she was hungry and irritated as we had been on the road for awhile) When I pulled up in front of the doors I witnessed a woman and 2 men LITTERALLY standing with their hands in their pockets! I was in awe that they were letting a line of cars sit for over a half hour!! So I sat and watched as they LAUGHED and POINTED at vehicles leave the drive thru!! I couldn't believe that those employees were so rude! So as I started my car to leave and back out, I witnessed the woman point right at me clap her hands and laugh because I was leaving! So incredibly disrespectful. Never again will I or my family return to this location and I am looking into filing a complaint with corporate. read more
