Placed a mobile order @7:19PM order tracker said it would be ready at 7:29PM. I did not walk out of there until 7:44PM. When it past the 7:30 PM mark I went to the gal at the counter to confirm the order. She talked to someone in the back and said "its for the lobby, not drive-thru". So, I am assuming the order was given away to someone in drive thru. Only giving 2 stars because the food was fine but the bathrooms seriously need to get remodeled. It's the same toliet and urinal from 20 years ago, which were both clogged. Top that off with the soda machine being broken for at least the last 2 weeks. I mean broken to the point that all the beverages come out flat and no ice is available. The big thing for me was the 2 staff members cussing at each other (picture below). It's totally inappropriate. This taco bell has always been on the ball with everything. Seems like it's going downhill fast now. P.S: putting a sign that says no complaining isn't going to stop your workers from complaining. Stopped here in the morning on my way to Monterey. I ordered the bacon crunch wrap. It was exactly as I expected. We even went back and ordered a second one to share. The best thing about this location is the inside seating area. They have it decorated like an old time dinner. They also has chill music playing. I ordered my food from the kiosk. The decor is fun; the food is fresh and delicious; the staff is hard working and accommodating (some know how to make an off-menu Enchirito). This was one of the few places open after 9pm. The service was self order at a screen. I'm kind of getting to like this method. It allows you to see what you can do with your food. The food was the normal taco bell food. Nothing great just food. There where only 3 people working in the place and no one in the dinning room. This made for a quite place. The restroom could have used a cleaning, but it's under standable when you only have 3 staff. Didn't take long for our order, but they were using the order number not the name asked for when the oder was placed. This was the only downside. I go through the drive through with my family, I order 2 bean burritos and 2 bean rice burritos and 2 drinks. After paying and getting home, we find out there's only 2 bean burritos and 0 bean and rice burritos. So I drive back by myself to get the burritos my wife wanted and leave my bean burritos in the bag at home. I get back to the Taco Bell and ask them to remake all 4 burritos, because about 45 minutes have passed since I got my 2 bean burritos the first time around. Instead of remaking my order, they charge me for 2 additional burritos instead of 4. At this point I have paid for 6 burritos and no one has eaten a single thing we paid for for nearly an hour since the drive through ordering. Then when I find out that these people screwed up the order that's supposed to fix the other drive through order that they originally screwed up, I ask for a refund for everything that I paid for because at this point, I haven't eaten a damned thing and neither has anyone else. Then they tell me they can't refund me my 2 cold bean burritos that I ordered over an hour ago that I still haven't gotten a chance to eat, because I'm trying to get my wife's burritos, and they tell me they can't refund the drive through order because I only had the bag/reciept and not the burritos. So they want me drive back home, grab the 2 cold burritos and bring them back before they give me a refund for them. They want me to make THREE trips between home and this place. So I get a refund of the 2 burritos that were supposed to be the replacement burritos and I leave. I wind up paying for 4 burritos, receiving 2 that I throw away because they're cold and gross, and getting jipped and my other 2 burritos. The food is always hot and fresh. The pricing is what you would expect. I didn't hate my food, but I didn't get my Taco Bell fix. That craving for cheesy, saucy, melty beans inside my bean burrito. My daughter was a manager a Taco Bell in southern CA, so I asked her what makes a Taco Bell better than another Taco Bell? She informed me that a Taco Bell which is a franchise may have less quality food because they can't fire the employees easier. A corporate owned Taco Bell may have better quality food because a corporate employee can be fired easier, if an employee makes the food improperly they can be fired. Now this is just her opinion, but after working for Taco Bell for two years as the night manager and eating better Taco Bell food at other locations with better food than hers. The tacos looked thin, so I opened them up and there were only two tiny slivers of chicken inside. This should have been called a cheese taco! During Covid I've been Door Dashing to be able to afford to live. Taco Bell for whatever reason changed their hours to close at 9pm (annoying but whatever) I expect them to stay open until 9pm, but for the second time now I get a door dash order head to the restaurant and it's currently 8:15pm, doors are locked, drive thru is closed off. Needed something quick. All out of mild, fire, and diablo sauce. Staff were eating their dinner in the dining area and then the staff in the back were not paying attention. We finally ordered. Prices sure have increased since I was last here. We got our food. Only to find two of the items incorrect and the lettuce was frozen. There was like a millimeter of meat squeezed into the bottom the the shell. The rest was stuff with ice cold frozen lettuce and a dabble of cheese. The burrito was smeared with the barest amount of beans and sauce. I could wrap my thumb and forefinger around it and then some.... Our wrappers were re-wrapped little frozen lettuce burritos. Yet, the staff always close early and block off the drive-through windows without at least leaving a note saying they're closed or on the intercom.
