I can totally see why this store is failing and so many poor reviews. The managers were argumentative when my order was incorrect brought it in. Refused to correct it. Then their staff was laughing and trying to intervene, very disrespectful, inappropriate, unprofessional and clearly racist. Honestly, the worst customer service I've ever received at any establishment. I was truly shocked at the behavior. When I told the manager it's inappropriate that the employee was laughing at me she told me she can last if she wants to like my jaw just dropped. I did not raise my voice or have an attitude anything I spoke to them calmly the entire time, and even had customer service on the phone, listening to the entire conversation I filed a complaint with corporate doubt anything will be done based on the reviews. read more

I'm trying to do better in 2025 by eating healthier options if I go to fast food places. We were out late and hadn't eaten dinner since we ate late lunches. We decided to grab Taco Bell. My husband and I stopped at this Taco Bell location around 1am as they were the only place open late in the area. When we got to the drive thru, there were no cars in line. A gentleman came on the intercom, and stated "we only have tacos". We were banking on getting the cantina chicken bowls. This isn't the first time this location has done this, even during earlier hours. Theres been times when I came during the day and the door was locked due to being under staffed, or you go through the drive through and they tell you that it's for door dashers only, and you have to come inside to place orders. It seems as if they don't have enough workers, they don't order enough product, or they simply just don't want to make the items on their menu. read more

Ordered and paid through the app, arrived 20 minutes later to find the building locked in the middle of the day. Went through the drive-thru and was told to pull forward. After 10 minutes, I had to get someone to even let me inside. They said they were "fixing my meal." Another 10 minutes passed. Nothing. When I finally said I was leaving, they told me they didn't know how to refund an app order. So I paid, waited, and walked out with no food and no refund. Its wild to me that this locations ratings are all so poor. You can read my past reviews as they had been a rollercoaster until about a year ago when something changed (mgt maybe?) and they seemed to be doing a lot better. Today i hit up the drive thru for lunch. Everything i ordered had a modifier. Extra cheese, no lettuce, different sauce, etc. as well as an off menu item. All of it came out correct, piping hot, and LOADED with meat and cheese. I guess i just keep getting lucky... This is single-handedly the worst fast food location I have ever been to. I have attempted to order food here at the drive through (over the course of a year) four times. The first and second it took over 45 minutes to receive my food. The third and fourth I was explicitly told that I couldn't order food because they were "too busy." This location is clearly poorly managed and understaffed. It needs to be closed down or given to proper management. This place is absolutely foul. The restroom smelled like nonstop diarrhea and looked like it had been abused by people fighting for their lives in there--and no one bothered to clean it. It was filthy, overwhelming, and completely unacceptable for a business that serves food. If customers are blowing up the bathroom like that and management isn't cleaning or maintaining it, that tells you everything you need to know. After seeing that restroom, there's no way I trust the meat. It tasted questionable already, and the bathroom situation made it clear that sanitation is not a priority here. My coworker picked up tacos and a Mexican pizza for us at work yesterday. The Mexican pizza literally had to be thrown away. It tasted like chemicals. If you order during the day on a week day, this location is great. Don't go beyond 4pm. It's literally the worst location. One time I went on a Sunday at 8pm and they said the fryers (mind you they close at 3am on Sundays) weren't working so they couldn't give us our food. The manager said that was incorrect and that they had chosen to turn the fryers off early. I have so many more examples of how much the night crew continues to disappoint, and I'm happy to share but that one story always sticks out and honestly speaks to how awful they are at that time of day. It seems that there wasn't enough people working. There needs to be a process in places for online orders. There is no way that a person should have to wait 30 minutes for an online order. Ordered online through Taco Bell app around 11pm. Website & app show location open until 3am. Arrive at location about the same time app notification received indicating order is ready. Store is completely closed. Lights are off, doors are locked, parking lot is empty, & phone is forwarded to what sounds like a fax line. Asked for help on app and didn't even get automatically refunded. I had to fill out a form and wait for someone to contact me back - to hopefully get refunded. read more

It's like they don't want your money and have contempt for you attempting to buy food at all. 75% of the time after 5pm they are "online order only" and will flat refuse to sell you food. When you order online they won't even start making your food until you go through the drive through and ask for it once it's supposed to be ready. Honestly one of, if not THE worst taco bell locations I've ever been to. They are always super slow, the food often tastes not fresh and is also often messed up. I've only gone to this location a few times, and only because I'm close by. The biggest issue: Why do they ALWAYS have you pull to the front of the store to get your order instead of handing it to you through the drive thru window? Seriously sitting in front of the store currently writing this review with 4 other cars, and we are all waiting for our food. I've tried the drive through to pick up an online order and they told me they were closed for the night, but still had 4 employees inside!?!?
