I remember when we went to this same Taco Bell 40 years ago. There was a food prep guy touching his long greasy hair as he was working, so we never went back to this location. Until tonight. It hasn't changed much in 40 years. It's still got the same sticky floors, and some areas are just a little less than sparkling clean. Hey, it's Taco Bell, so that's part of its 'charm.' (the dining area was clean.) But the food and the service were fantastic! We got chicken chalupas and some burritos, and they tasted great. We were helped by a young employee named Deshawn, and he was wonderful. He suggested we try a frozen pineapple drink, and man, was he right. It was delicious! His friendly, helpful manner made our visit a real joy. Thanks to his special attention, and the always awesome food, we'll be back, and hopefully before another forty years go by. read more

Worst service of any Taco Bell in the area. It doesn't matter if it's 10 cars or 0 cars in drive thru line you will wait a minimum of 15 minutes before you're able to place an order. Garfield height and North Randall locations are 100x better. read more

Had my car in for service at the Ford dealership across the street. Walk up and both dine-in doors are locked. Walked through the drive-thru and was told they don't accept walk up service. This location happens to be on a busy bus route. They are shooting themselves in the foot. Sent us to another restaurant that ended up not being open at all. My happiness might have something to do with that I came here after a night shift and I was famished. That said, for a $1 breakfast burrito, I was pretty pleasantly surprised! The eggs taste real and aren't rubbery, the crispy potatoes are tasty, and the pico de gallo isn't that bad. And at 340 calories, it's not a terrible nutritious choice for breakfast on the go (or, depending on your situation, a bedtime snack). I normally make fun of Taco Bell and won't go there very often, much to my husband's chagrin. But now that I know I can get a decent breakfast for $3 including a drink, I'll probably be back. read more

I enjoy Taco Bell but the customer service at this location is always bad.They are too busy talking to each other and never seem to get your order correct and then when you let them know that the order was not correct they will argue with you and say that was not what you said even if there is a full carload of people who can confirm what your order was.
