Terrible food. Deep fried flour tortillas on the Mexican pizza tasted like rancid fry oil. Oil should be strained and cleaned daily and replaced when it has been used enough. (they make oil color comparison devices) Not sure how you can serve something like that to customers. Total waste of money, and they weren't cheap either. I have given this restaurant a one star because its the lowest i can give it. If it were up to me i would give it zero stars because the way this restaurant is being upheld is absolutely awful. As soon as i walk into the restaurant, I get hit with a god awful smell to the point i'm questioning if the food is any good. I spent 20 minutes inside of smelling how bad it is for no one to come and take my order. I eventually left and tried the drive thru where the food still as i assumed to be as expected. The food looked like it was thrown together as if they had no time even though i waited more than 10 minutes. My first bite was so cold i didn't want to finish it. Food came out quick only issue I had was the fiesta potatoes were old and dry and not enough sour cream and nacho cheese and they didn't put enough potatoes on the bowl it comes with. Also I ordered a chicken burrito and the tortilla was still cold, it was super disgusting I spit it out. This spot is not good. I recommend going to other Taco Bell. I'm usually not the one to complain because I am also a food service worker and I get how hard it can be. But what I can understand is that there were only 3 cars (including myself) and we got way less than the regular portioned amount. My boyfriend and I bought the 3 taco meal and there was absolutely no meat. We also got the chalupa meal box and the shell was cold and stale. Went there yesterday and was very disappointed. I ordered two of the nacho fries boxes and a bacon chalupa box. The food was cold, the tortillas weren't even warm. Half of my chalupa stuffing was inside the paper bag. The nacho fries didn't even have seasoning. If the people working there hate their job then they shouldn't be working at Taco Bell. Overall, this Taco Bell isn't bad. Most of the workers here are very polite and the food is good. However, yesterday my daughter and I went to eat there and we ordered 3 spicy potato tacos with no cheese. When we got them, only one of the three had no cheese. I took the other two back and received two new ones. I checked them both and one had cheese.. I would've taken it back but it was a very small amount so I just picked it out of the taco. I understand it's COVID but this business is not doing it's best. My daughters went to pick up dinner for for our family. We're a family of 8 and on the weekends we let the kids pick dinner and our sons picked Taco Bell. We ordered 7 cheesy roll ups and the guy said 7??? Like that was a lot and the girls asked is it cheaper for nacho cheese inside or in the side and he didn't know. The girls then ordered 2 nacho supremes and 2 nacho bell grandes and the guys said they were out of nacho supremes. How can you have reg nachos and a nacho bell grande but no supremes. So we paid extra and order 4 bell grandes. The chips were all stale every nacho we ordered the chips were hard. my youngest sons wouldn't eat there's. All of the cheesy roll ups were cold and I actually felt my sons and it was cold so I microwaved it. We live behind SaveMart which is right by the Taco Bell so the food should not have been cold. The food cost was a little over $45 and was so bad. I'm never eating here again. I'm so disappointed. We order from here at least every other month and now we won't. It's was such a waste of money. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. First off, they were missing half of our order, I wasn't so disappointed at that because I understood their fault. However, when I went back through the drive through I proceeded to tell them that they missed several items from my order and they said "uhh, okay". So I pulled forward and as I get to the window they simply open it and hand me another bag followed by a forceful slam of the window. When I finally got home I came to the shocking conclusion that my order was incorrect in that my chalupas not only had the wrong meats but were riddled with the foulness of tomatoes which I am deathly allergic to.
