Went to Taco Bell for an after dive bar dinner, as per usual, we were greeted by Sammy and The Crew at 12:58 am on 02/07/2026. Although it's usually a quick interaction through the drive-thru Sammy made it almost like we were at a drive through comedy show. He made it enjoyable to take a moment to order and pay- which is usually something a normal human doesn't quite find enjoyable. His interactions with the crew made it seem like they enjoy working with him as well. They were quick gave us everything correctly and even double checked before handing the order to us. He greeted everyone in the vehicle as well and had us all laughing loudly. Love love love- I hope Taco Bell treats him and the crew right for as long as they are there. read more

I went through the drive thru with my girlfriend and asked for a cheesy roll up and was being polite the entire time then went to pull forward. Between the time of the last interaction at the speaker and getting to the window my girlfriend told me she was doing something funny while I was ordering so then we started laughing. As we pulled up to the window the worker started getting aggressive, repeating "what's funny?!" and leaning out the window until another worker pulled her away. As the other worker took the payment she was still repeating the same thing just at a distance until the worker told her to go away and closed the window. We kept getting nasty looks after the encounter from other workers when we didn't do anything and I don't understand why the workers first act was to be aggressive when it was just a misunderstanding. Also we weren't even at the window yet, still going around the corner when I saw her mouthing the words. Poor customer service. read more

For once I can go to this location and have good fresh food. Tonight we ordered food to go, order was right, chips didn't smell stale, and customer service was excellent. Glad to see this location to turn around. read more

The store must be getting pressure from corporate to reduce their wait times at the window and they honestly never have any. Every single time I've gone to this location they make you pull over for pickup and now you have to go in the store to pick up mobile orders - we always order through the app for rewards. Every once in a while I like to have nice greasy, cheesy, fake meat fast food. I refuse to use some self checkout screen to order food. I don't get an employee discount, nor do the employees benefit from this. I will take my business somewhere else for unhealthy cravings. They have made the inside look so unfriendly. I can see you I talk about a one point and a half star review last time I Taco Bell it was really nice but the aftermath was pretty fucking horrible. The toilet was exploded and I had to fix it which is fucking diabolical to me to me. it seems like it wasn't my fault because you're the one that served me the food and I'm the one that had a shit out. This Taco Bell never hits the mark. I came earlier this week and specifically asked for sauces and to have no onions, no tomatoes on my order. I get home, no sauce and I had to take off the onions and tomatoes that were left on. They also didn't give me a straw. Although that wasn't my first time being disappointed by this location, I came back today and ordered the exact same thing. I made sure to say three times that I didn't want onions or tomatoes and to get the sauces. I get home, no sauces again and they kept the tomatoes on the crunchwrap, but did manage to keep them off the taco and did not put onions on it this time. They also remembered my straw. They never include napkins. Half the time they are out of nacho cheese or nacho chips or something g that seems ridiculous to be out of at a Taco Bell. read more

We ordered a good amount of food a few days after the remodeling and had great customer service from the team there. They were pretty busy and apologized multiple times, which we were understanding and appreciated them acknowledging the delay. With them being closed for a while, we know it's gonna take some time for everyone to get into their groove. It's nice to have them open again man! I NEVER leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but I am fed up! Don't call it a drive-thru, call it a "sit in your car for 20 minutes" thru!! They suck almost everytime I go there my Order is wrong. I ordered 2 chalupas with no sour cream, they put sour cream on them anyway. I called and told them that it was wrong and I was told well it was rung up with sour cream and I was frustrated because I was explaining to I guess the manager on the phone that this happens all the time and explaining it and I was told to calm down that they would replace them but I didn't need to have an attitude but I went back to get the right ones and they used different meat from what I ordered originally and I feel like it was done on purpose because of the way he felt I was talking to him. I'm not wasting my money on food that I didn't order. I understand things happen but this happens all the time then when they "fixed" it it was still wrong. read more

Hello! I love this Taco Bell. I am what one would call a "regular" at this location. There are many things I like here, and the drive-thru staff is always really nice (especially Janet)! My orders are always good, and correct. If anything is wrong, they correct it promptly and make sure I am satisfied. I also used to work at this one so I am probably biased haha, but I would say my average experience was at least a 93%! read more

I can't quite figure this place out. I go there once every 2 months or so. It seems like each time there is a different person behind the counter. This person can either be really nice or the worst possible customer service representative imaginable. The food is predictable, greasy, but what can I say, I get a hankerin' for the Colonel once in a blue moon.
