I came here on my lunch break to get my lunch box. Workers gave me a mint which was very hurtful because are they trying to accuse me that my breath stinks? Slowest drive through I have ever used. If they are behind, they do not even greet you and let you know it will be a few minutes. I've spent 20 minutes in the drivethrough more than once. Every...single...time...my drive through order has been wrong. The Lobby is always clean, back area where they cook is always filthy. read more

I've never had a problem here as far as my order goes (accuracy, freshness etc) however, do not go through drive thru during lunch/dinner time. You will waste 10-20 minutes just waiting in line. Otherwise, breakfast is fast through drive thru and always fresh. Staff is friendly and helpful. read more

I am sure the manager of this location does not give a shit! I have seen this store be out of the following. Flat bread, beans, paper wrappers for the food, and change. Leading to my food being wrapped in a paper towel! Once they had a sign that said exact change only! Lemoore has few options for food and even fewer for GOOD food. But Taco Bell takes the cake! I went recently to Taco Bell that is not too far away from my home. I ordered the $5.00 Steak Nachos and was very disappointed in what I actually received. They put most of the sour cream on the bottom of the cardboard container, then a pile of chips, with some of their cheese sauce, then another pile of chips with re-fried beans, then a little bit more chips, with tiny,tiny bits of meat with sour cream. Most of the chips had nothing on them (no cheese sauce , or beans) The one they show on TV is piled high above the top of the container but mine wasn't . I won't be ordering this item again. Too bad the food you get doesn't look like what they show on TV. My 2 friends that were with me got their food right away while I had to wait about 10 minutes and the place was not busy at all. Tostada shells have strong chemical taste and smell. When a bite taken our lips actually tingled. Just posting this in case someone else eats tostadas and gets sick. Called the the Lemoore store back and told them, manager seemed unconcerned and so brought them back to the store to explain my concerns of chemical or bug spray chemical. Manager offered more food, but didn't want more, got refund but he wasn't concerned with shells. Teller said she check them and throw them out. Only posting to share concern. read more

Taco Bell had been one of my long time go to fast food joints. 'Had' is the key word. . Well, let's start with the extremely long drive through line that never seems to move faster than a snail.. if the company knows how busy they tend to get on the weekends, after high school sports, local town events or let's say a random Monday night at 6 pm then make it a priority to get faster service at the window. The time it takes to get food from this place is ridiculous! Regardless of how you order, online, in person (inside) or through the drive thru. I would like to say they are taking so much time to prepare amazing food but I wouldn't know... I wouldn't know because regardless of what I order there is always something missing or incorrect. I have tried ordering certain foods the regular way but then I'm missing tomatoes from my soft supreme taco. I try ordering online and dolling up my food.. which would of been a great experience if they hadn't forgotten two chalupas or the nachos or the bean burrito.. or whatever I had paid for. I've written to them numerous times and I've come to the conclusion they don't give a darn about service or the customers experience. This taco bell is a joke. Their food is as good as any other Taco Bell's, but they typically take an unusually long time to serve you your food. I usually only order two soft tacos and nachos (just the chips and cheese), and I've had to wait in the drive-thru (4-6 cars) for 35 minutes! Don't ever have any issues with this store! I had a money issue with the store, called and talked to the so called manager named "Ruben" and immediately got an attitude from him about the situation. Mind you, I've been in Restaurant Management for 15+ years and know right off the bat this guy was a joke! I told the "manager" that my debit card was charged an amount that it shouldn't have and was inquiring about it. It was a small amount and to get to the point, his attitude was " I'll just give you the money out of my pocket" sarcastically because I told him I would like a refund on my card (I was from out of town) and he acted like he didn't know what that meant.
