It's Taco Bell. I mean what do you expect? The food is okay if you know what you're ordering. The service is usually rather slow, you have to order from the kiosk which can be unnerving for some people and do you usually have to pick up your own sauces from the sauce station along with napkins? If all the above is acceptable, then this is a decent place to grab a quick bite to eat. Some of the stuff is horrible for you but some of it is okay. read more

Food was normal Taco Bell food, the problem I have is I was given the wrong food and when I went to the counter to exchange it and one of the cooks told me we just made what you ordered. Waited 45 minutes for order and didn't get everything. Couldn't get anyone's attention and no one answers phone. They were to worried about drivethru orders that were placed at least 5-10 after my order was placed. Watched a doordasher wait to get rest of missing order , still there after 10 minutes when I left. Another guest was waiting on 2nd order that was placed before mine for 1 item. i came in to eat in the dining area inside like i typically do because drive thrus like this one wont serve my wheelchair through the drive thru. when i went inside after i placed my order i asked the employee if they would walk the order over to me so i didnt have to get up and get it because i am severely disabled. they reluctantly agreed, but brought my food to me when it was ready. however , when they brought it to me, they dropped it on the floor in front of me and walked away. i called to them asking for new food but was ignored, so i attempted to reach down and grab my food from the floor. i fell out of my wheelchair and was left struggling on the ground, and none of the workers came to help me. i remained there until another customer came inside about half an hour later and helped me up read more

2 times I have been here. waited 30+ minutes both times. they gave my food to someone else apparently, after asking me 5+ times what I ordered. the crew just fights and bickers with one another. Would not recommend coming here at all and will not be coming back. read more

Good food and good customer service. They just need to double check their orders. Once we ended up with 10 cheesy bean burritos instead of four chalupas. I decided to use the app. It took 45 minutes for two supreme soft tacos, nacho w/cheese, and two crave boxes and the two Chulupas were left out of the order and I had to go back through the drive-thru I ordered on the app twenty min away. Usually this is the go to place for my daughter who is a vegetarian. I went through drive through and ordered the black bean grilled cheese burrito. When the guy gave me the bag I noticed it was heavy so I pulled around to go inside. I told the women this was not my food she looked at me like I was stupid so i gave her my receipt, she then told me I would have to take the food they gave me because I touched it. They tried giving me a steak burrito and then gave me what I ordered. When I got home my daughter bit into it and guess what? It had meat on it! The service was very slow. They only had drive thru open at this location. My husband ordered a Mountain Dew and did not receive that. We aren't even sure what the drink was. The young lady working was so busy that she never acknowledged us after taking our money. read more

Absolutely terrible service and very rude employees. Always super slow even when nobody's in the drive thru. I went there on a number of occasions and got very simple orders and they only gave me half my food. I tried to go to the door to let them know and they sat there behind the counter and stared at me. Everytime me and my husband come here they are typically very slow with only drive thru open. We order the same thing everytime and on most occasions they don't give us half the food we order. When we tried to call or go to the door to tell them, they sat there and ignored us. They don't answer their phone even tho you can hear them ringing outside. Food is great but customer service is horrendous. If they could be a little more friendly and actually give you what you order it would be so much better. read more

8/12/22 @ 9:30 pm. ordered 16 items in the drive thru for dinner for my family. 5 tacos/ burritos and 1 nacho bel grande completely missing, only a couple packets of sauce for the whole meal even though we asked politely for 2 handfuls, and what was included in the bag was barely thrown together with hardly anything in each taco/ burrito and they were falling apart. no help from customer service, they just shut the window and said they were closed.
