We've had one bad experience after the other, so much that we refuse to go to this location anymore. Ordered a combo solely bc my child wanted fries. Waited 20 minutes in line and got our food. When we opened it up, they were out of fries but didn't tell us and the crunchwrap supreme had no meat. Probably eight employees working inside and not one thought to mention they were out of fries. Worst Taco Bell ever! I walked out today and I'll never go back. There was two girls behind the counter, one was taking a customers order and the other was doing something with the computer. I was standing there waiting to give them my order, the lady finished her order and I stepped up. As I did the girl working there, behind the counter doing something on the computer walked around and stepped in front of me. She then started to give the girl her lunch order! I've been eating at this Taco Bell once a year for the past 4 years, and I hope to continue to be able to do so for the next 40! I love it here! Food is always top of the line, always exceeding my small expectations. Shit, I'd say they even got better sauce here than other locations! Sad to say, but the best meal I had in Laurel was at Taco Bell. While not fantastic, this Taco Bell delivers on the food you would expect. To start with, when you're making a drive-through purchase, I like the way they greet you, "Hey, how're you doin'?" I find that the girls at this Taco Bell are friendlier and actually smile at you if you smile at them. Friendliness goes a long way (or at least it does with me). They've never gotten my order wrong! Yes, amazing. I haven't tried everything on the menu because I can't imagine how anything could be better than a beef chalupa supreme, and theirs are truly the best! Last, Taco Bell is the only place in town where I can get a baja blast, my favorite drink. These are the main reasons why I give this Taco Bell 5 stars.
