I have lived around here for over 6 years and never have had a pleasant and quick order. The young gentleman who took my order (taquan) tonight was clear, polite, and soft spoken. I have order from this taco bell here and there and I used to hear people laughing in the background, profanity, personal condos, and or just rude customer service. He asked if I was using the app, which never gets asked. I disliked coming to this store because of the employees display of "i dont care" attitude but tonight was refreshing and im glad I came and ordered. But the only thing I will say is. Whoever made these tacos definitely needs more training. Im disappointed in my tacos. I will reach out to the manager tomorrow. I worked 12 hours, I cant go back to hand it. But here is the pictures. The drive thru is where I normally pick up food from when I visit and the speed of service is fantastic and the customer service is great. My food is always fresh and delicious. Today's visit not only was the drive thru employee very welcoming but one of the other employee that was expediting jumped in and asissted by making sure if I wanted any sauce for my order and then handing it out while the other employee answered the drive thru. I dislike this part of town and this location is never, ever going to be visited by me again. I was running late getting back to the office, needed food, and had little time. I've been to this Taco Bell a handful of times since it's close to where I live plus it's the only thing open in the middle of the night when I'm hungry, and I have to say it's just your average fast food place. The staff here is friendly whenever they want to be, however, for the most part they're really just there for a paycheck. My order is made wrong about 90% of the time so I have to go back and re-order it again. For the most part the place is somewhat clean and okay to eat at. But nothing to fancy. Like I said I only eat here in the middle of the night when I'm craving something or when I'm out with friends and they want to stop here. Definitely not my first place to eat nor is it my favorite place to eat, but I'm thankful I can eat vegan here. If you MUST go to a Taco Bell maybe try another one. read more

Like most people, I've been to many different Taco Bell's across different states and cities. You been to one, then you been to them all. But I was disappointed in this particular location because after leaving my hotel late night for a nacho bell grande craving, I had to wait behind about 7-10 cars in the drive-thru, only to be disappointed because half of my nachos were stale. The drive thru employee was pretty rude and not friendly. I won't use the "he's young" excuse because good customer service skills should translate no matter how young or old you are. It was very busy and he looked a bit stressed so I'll let him slide. They also forgot to give me hot sauce and a fork/spoon. Not sure what happened tonight, but the entire team was completely rude to their customers. Went through the drive thru and the team member on the other end clearly wasn't having it. She rushed me and make me feel like I was a bother for giving them my business. I didn't let it get to me, I know some of us have rough nights.. but I felt very unwelcome. I pulled around and throughout the ENTIRE transaction she didn't even say ONE word to me. She glared at me and again.. made me feel incredibly unwelcome. When I pulled up to a parking spot to check everything, I noticed that I didn't get the chips I ordered. Again, didn't let it get to me and went inside to kindly ask for the missing chips. The lady at the register seemed pretty new and asked her coworker what to do and she replied "just give him what he wants". No apology. Then, she turns to her male team member on the line and he asks condescendingly, "they didn't get the chips?" They handed me my missing item -- no apology. I'm pretty pissed off at this point. I thought maybe it was just the team member on drive thru, but it seems like everybody's having a bad night. My suggestion? It's probably a management-related issue and they're doing a great disservice to their customers by staying open. They should resolve these internally first so they're not taking it out on their customers. read more

The worst location!!! Sat in line for 30 mins and my order was wrong and I asked for them to fix it at the window and they refused .

Honestly this was a funny experience me and other costumers were laughing. So I order my food and here a list we've made of what this Taco Bell was out of, -guacamole -chicken -ice -mild sauce -large cups -boxes -napkins And the napkin part was really funny a man asked for napkins and she just tossed a a paper towels at him and the napkins were almost gone too. While I was here I kept hearing that the Burger King across the street was out of burgers!! Nestled in a strip mall of Hooka Lounges, empty store fronts that used to sell discount golf-equipment, and an always-busy suburban Middle-Eastern discotheque, this T-Bell serves up fresh and tasty "Fourth Meals" to locals, tourists, and drunken club-goers alike. I've been visiting the drive-thru for nearly twenty years, and have always been met by a consistently friendly voice. Sure sometimes they can't understand my accent or I can't understand theirs...but once I round the corner, there it is: a tasty bag full of half-a-dozen different combinations of beans, cheese, and onions. Sure, sometimes when I ask for beef in my enchirito, I get a hybrid slurry of chicken paste product, but it's always delivered with friendliness and sincerity. And they always say nice things about my car. It's a Porsche. I'm willing to fire the money canons for a sweet ride, but I'll be damned if I have to pay more than $1 for a taco. read more
