The new team here is very good. The managers and team welcome you as you get inside usually. They also are very attentive to the counter and watch the kiosk if you need help. They are very good about customizing orders. They are also pretty good about keeping the dining room clean. The food is what you'd expect, but one of our favorite places to eat. read more

Shameless people working there currently. Stood at counter for 10 minutes no one asked to help and short fat asian or hispanic woman kept giving ugly looks from the prep counter, and kept telling the other staff member young girl to make customers wait at the takeout drive-through and even said to make me wait and she laughed several times. Finally got my order given to me after 20 minutes. There was no hello thank you enjoy... Just dirty looks and I was pleasant enough to say thank you. Have a nice day. They don't deserve a paycheck. They're very disrespectful specially that short fat woman she worked there this morning. read more

The address to this Taco Bell is 4951 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial hwy. Kissimmee Florida 34746. I work the third shift I walked into this Taco Bell It was about 9:10 a.m. and the lady came from behind the counter and tell me we're not open yet We won't be open till 30 minutes even though I was already in the store so this is crazy It's not my first time coming to this Taco Bell at the same time for the last 3 days and she literally kicked me out of the store . I have lived around here for over 6 years and never have had a pleasant and quick order. The young gentleman who took my order (taquan) tonight was clear, polite, and soft spoken. I have order from this taco bell here and there and I used to hear people laughing in the background, profanity, personal condos, and or just rude customer service. He asked if I was using the app, which never gets asked. I disliked coming to this store because of the employees display of "i dont care" attitude but tonight was refreshing and im glad I came and ordered. But the only thing I will say is. Whoever made these tacos definitely needs more training. Im disappointed in my tacos. I will reach out to the manager tomorrow. I worked 12 hours, I cant go back to hand it. But here is the pictures. Please fix this part. Thank you. read more

One of the Taco Bell's with cheaper prices in the area. Service and food are also consistently good here

We placed a huge online order and they got everything right down to the amount and types of save we ordered! We had a lot of customizations and just knew they would mess it up... but they didn't! Wow! I'm impressed! read more

Quick service and open late. I have visited this Taco Bell a few times and have always had a quick and easy visit. Employees are nice and area is clean. Taco Bell isn't a 5 star eatery, but I gave it 5 stars because this location stands above other Taco Bells in the area. read more

Ordered through the drive thru pretty late, maybe like 1am I was starving after work and needed something to eat. I ordered my meal and got the nacho fries with a side of sour cream. Charged for both but never received. I get it's just a Taco Bell but it's annoying considering I was waiting 10 minutes at the window. read more

This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. The workers genuinely care about the guests that visit here! Today I came here on my lunch break and Desiree took my order. She recommended the steak grilled cheese burrito (spicy) and I went with her recommendation; I was not disappointed! Desiree was so personable, even through a drive thru speaker, and embodies the hospitality that Orlando is so famous for. Jacob was also very friendly, and between the two of these incredible workers, I understand why this Taco Bell is the best! read more

Not happy , I asked for just five tacos and ten packets of hot sauce , I used door dash and it took an hour ! Driver waited there for a long time . They just threw my order together and they didn't drain the taco meat . Greasy and smashed on arrival .. don't get why they didn't fill my entire order ? Didn't get a lot of taco sauce for all my tacos either .. not sure why this is the 4th time now they can't make a easy order right .. read more

SInce my last review 2 years ago the service here has definitely turned around. The drive thru is where I normally pick up food from when I visit and the speed of service is fantastic and the customer service is great. My food is always fresh and delicious. Today's visit not only was the drive thru employee very welcoming but one of the other employee that was expediting jumped in and asissted by making sure if I wanted any sauce for my order and then handing it out while the other employee answered the drive thru. This is why I keep coming back... Well, this and the tacos. Happy Dining!! read more

Absolutely terrible location. If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager Josh was discriminatory towards me when I tried to order food and wouldn't service when I inquired what I had done wrong. Even with evidence presented about what he claims about me doing incorrect, he declined to service me still after showing him footage of his claims not ever occurring. read more

Andre and Benjamin were awesome! Great customer service!!! Went through the drive through and they were both so helpful Thanks so much!!

To be honest this is the first time in my 48 years of life that I've walked into a restaurant (especially fast food) where everyone seemed to be in a great mood. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Super clean from the restroom to the dining room. The staff is/was over the top with their friendly service. I just wanted to take this opportunity to say Thank You!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. read more

Was slow and they messed up a whole bunch of orders. I felt stressed for the employees as they seem to lack training and communication. Lots of costumers were angry. A big no return for me. But the food was good once we finally ate. read more

It's Taco Bell. It really doesn't need a review. This location is not on my list of normally visited TB locations. I was stuck down here doing an errand at lunch. I dislike this part of town and this location is never, ever going to be visited by me again. I was running late getting back to the office, needed food, and had little time. The food quality was awful. The drink tasted like soap and I threw it out. The quesadilla was burned. The girl at the window was sarcastic and annoying. Complete Taco Fail! BAD BAD BAD. I'm a TB fan. This has been permanently scratched and never allowed to be added to my approved location list. I really have one. Don't hate. read more

I've been to this Taco Bell a handful of times since it's close to where I live plus it's the only thing open in the middle of the night when I'm hungry, and I have to say it's just your average fast food place. The staff here is friendly whenever they want to be, however, for the most part they're really just there for a paycheck. My order is made wrong about 90% of the time so I have to go back and re-order it again. For the most part the place is somewhat clean and okay to eat at. But nothing to fancy. Like I said I only eat here in the middle of the night when I'm craving something or when I'm out with friends and they want to stop here. Definitely not my first place to eat nor is it my favorite place to eat, but I'm thankful I can eat vegan here. If you MUST go to a Taco Bell maybe try another one. read more

Stopped by late night after a long day. Just wanted a quick bite. Flew in from NYC for the week. Went through the drive thru Janilia S was soooo nice. Although it was only drive thru. She was sweet and explained why certain items were no longer available. And was still patient after a billion last min changes in the order (my gf smh). That usually doesn't happen in NYC. Give her a raise! read more

My family and I were staying at a hotel across the street and wanted a late night snack after having some drinks with friends. The service received was great and the food was very satisfying. read more

Like most people, I've been to many different Taco Bell's across different states and cities. You been to one, then you been to them all. But I was disappointed in this particular location because after leaving my hotel late night for a nacho bell grande craving, I had to wait behind about 7-10 cars in the drive-thru, only to be disappointed because half of my nachos were stale. The drive thru employee was pretty rude and not friendly. I won't use the "he's young" excuse because good customer service skills should translate no matter how young or old you are. It was very busy and he looked a bit stressed so I'll let him slide. They also forgot to give me hot sauce and a fork/spoon. It was especially frustrating because I wasnt staying at home but rather in a hotel so I had no options and had to just deal with it. Gotta do better folks! read more

Enhanced safety measures??? This is the second time I've been through this location and the employees do not give a FUCK about covid safety. Honestly this was a funny experience me and other costumers were laughing. So I order my food and here a list we've made of what this Taco Bell was out of, -guacamole -chicken -ice -mild sauce -large cups -boxes -napkins And the napkin part was really funny a man asked for napkins and she just tossed a a paper towels at him and the napkins were almost gone too. While I was here I kept hearing that the Burger King across the street was out of burgers!! Sadly this wasn't the only problem it took us 30 minutes to get 6 tacos now I haven't worked at a fast food restaurant but I think 30 minutes for plain 6 tacos shouldn't take that long. read more

Not sure what happened tonight, but the entire team was completely rude to their customers. Went through the drive thru and the team member on the other end clearly wasn't having it. She rushed me and make me feel like I was a bother for giving them my business. I didn't let it get to me, I know some of us have rough nights.. but I felt very unwelcome. I pulled around and throughout the ENTIRE transaction she didn't even say ONE word to me. She glared at me and again.. made me feel incredibly unwelcome. When I pulled up to a parking spot to check everything, I noticed that I didn't get the chips I ordered. Again, didn't let it get to me and went inside to kindly ask for the missing chips. The lady at the register seemed pretty new and asked her coworker what to do and she replied "just give him what he wants". No apology. Then, she turns to her male team member on the line and he asks condescendingly, "they didn't get the chips?" They handed me my missing item -- no apology. I'm pretty pissed off at this point. I thought maybe it was just the team member on drive thru, but it seems like everybody's having a bad night. My suggestion? It's probably a management-related issue and they're doing a great disservice to their customers by staying open. They should resolve these internally first so they're not taking it out on their customers. read more

The worst location!!! Sat in line for 30 mins and my order was wrong and I asked for them to fix it at the window and they refused .

Don't even bother comming here to get food in line for 45 min so far and only had 10 cars in front of me from the start now have 30 min until they close seems like y'all's staff is trying to run the clock down and not do there jobs I could of just made tacos at home from scratch and still made it back here to sell to the people in line you need a better crew doesn't take that long to squirt ingredients out a cock gun read more

The only reason I'm giving a star is because I have to give it a star to post. This location is ALWAYS out of something. I don't get it. How can you constantly run out of thing at a fast food place. Either they're out of hot sauce, out of taco shells, out of beans, or their system is down. One time they were out of ground beef. Taco Bell out of ground beef, are you kidding me. They need to teach the managers had to order, mayor fact they need to re-train the whole staff at this place. read more

Does anybody really read Taco Bell reviews before they choose one? I don't. Anywho...here's my two cents since you asked. I love my local Taco Bell at the corner of abandoned hotel and aging Publix. Nestled in a strip mall of Hooka Lounges, empty store fronts that used to sell discount golf-equipment, and an always-busy suburban Middle-Eastern discotheque, this T-Bell serves up fresh and tasty "Fourth Meals" to locals, tourists, and drunken club-goers alike. I've been visiting the drive-thru for nearly twenty years, and have always been met by a consistently friendly voice. Sure sometimes they can't understand my accent or I can't understand theirs...but once I round the corner, there it is: a tasty bag full of half-a-dozen different combinations of beans, cheese, and onions. Sure, sometimes when I ask for beef in my enchirito, I get a hybrid slurry of chicken paste product, but it's always delivered with friendliness and sincerity. And they always say nice things about my car. It's a Porsche. I'm willing to fire the money canons for a sweet ride, but I'll be damned if I have to pay more than $1 for a taco. read more

This Taco Bell honestly really fricking sucks. Oh and the chips were stale as hell. read more
