This is a horrible location to order from. The orders are always incorrect and the people who work don't care and provide horrible service

The hours on the door are not the hours for the restaurant. They will not serve you in the lobby, despite the door hours.

This has been the worst service I have ever experienced in a fast food establishment, the workers are very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Mexican Pizza, and inside the pizza they put some weird jelly like substance in my food and caused me to have terrible food poisoning. I recommend going elsewhere, I've been so incredibly sick since eating here. Never again! read more

Went recently and the cashier didn't ring up my order correctly, so I wasn't charged the right price. When I tried to tell the manager, she just said it is what it is essentially. I took a pic of the menu and called corporate, but nothing was done about my problem. First time I have this issue in the 14+ years I've been coming, but the last time. Words can't explain how bad this taco bell is. From the employees to the food, it is insanely terrible! I use to go here way before the pandemic and it was just okay, now is just horrific. I don't know how they survive as a store. Came here for the reviews to read the comments and is quite obvious I'm not the only one who thinks this store sucks. Horrible. They try and close early and say that they only have soft or hard tacos with ground beef to detour customers. Went on Monday night, fire whatever staff was there. Super slow service! No lie, took a good 15 mins at the drive thru line and on top of it, a simple order of a spicy loaded taco was wrong, they didn't add the jalapeños which is what makes it "spicy" and the meat was really cold. Even cold to the touch. Not sure how everyone else's order and time went but mine was not ok. I think ill hold off on eating Taco Bell while I'm in this area. read more

Worst Taco Bell has gotten my order wrong several times. They have gotten my order wrong twice in one week .

More than 20 minutes in line waiting to order my food, then when I get to ask for what I want. They said that they were out of that item, I ask them for something else and they said the same thing, at the third time they told me the same i just left hungry, angry and without my food. This is the worst Taco Bell in Miami. Take it from me, an avid Taco Bell indulger. One does not simply wrap a burrito; the burrito should be swaddled, like a child. You do not merely throw in some sour cream; you must drizzle it on the food, with a subtle flick of the wrist. In fact, if my burrito were a child, these people would be arrested for child abuse. I imagine they must've slammed my burrito onto the counter. They threw it's contents on, and left it lying there--open, like a slaughtered animal with its entrails hanging out. Then, as if to suddenly realize their carelessness, they must've lathered on the sour cream and dumped on the shredded cheese in an attempt to cover up their initial disaster. Were it not for the young man at the Drive-Thru window, this establishment would've received a one-star rating from me. To reward him for his exceptional customer service, I'd transfer him out of this dump and to a location much more deserving of his pleasant demeanor. read more

i asked for some fire sauce, the guy said ok but i didn't get any. ordered chips and nacho cheese, the cheese came with a nasty plastic film thing on top. I've never seen that with any other taco bell. also ordered a crunch wrap supreme, and got the smallest portion of tomatoes in it, only about the size of a quarter of tomatoes in only the middle. this taco bell wasn't good at all. i wouldn't recommend. read more

Being in the food service industry, I don't usually complain about fellow food service locations,but this place is the worst. They are always slow, but tonight, after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through and only moving 3 car lengths, I drove off. I won't be going back. MANAGERS!! You should have more control of the people working at night . We waited more than 30 min at the drive-thru . I would say hello and nobody would answer . 4 cars left including myself .we asked the guy the phone how long would it take for us to get the order and his answer was "the kitchen is doing as fast as they can " and right after we heard people in the back laughing. I have to believe this location's chronic issues stem from being woefully understaffed and the combined Taco Bell and KFC menu being overwhelming. But wow, this restaurant is just so unbelievably bad. I have visited 7 times since moving to the area 6 months ago and my order has not been right a single time. Today, I ordered a chicken chipotle ranch burrito, but instead I received some sort of crunchy chicken chalupa that I don't even recognize from the menu. On top of that, the chalupa was made so incorrectly that I actually laughed at it when I opened it: The insides were sitting on the wrapping paper NEXT TO the folded but otherwise dry and untouched chalupa shell. How do you mess up THAT bad??? Did I accidentally order a menu item the employees just don't like making? I really don't understand what went wrong with that one. I swear I only continue to visit this location because I can't get Baja Blast anywhere else close. read more

Boyfriend picked up dinner from here for him and our daughter. They both had the tacos. My daughter was the first one to comment that her tacos tasted funny. Then my boyfriend tried his and he too said the same thing. It had a very weird, plastic taste to it. He called to speak to a manager. He decided to go back there and the manager didn't seem to really care. He ended up ordering KFC instead. I stopped craving Taco Bell when I had ordered the taco salad from there a while ago because it tasted weird. I really hope that they both don't get sick from their tacos. read more

We specifically mentioned for 4 orders in the drive thru. By the time we finished 2 orders they sent us to the window and gave us poor customer service. They did not want to add to our orders they wanted to sent us back around after there was others in line. The cashier was Rosemaria. They have the worst customer service. read more
