Oh my lord!!!! I am so damned disgusted with the service from this place (If we are being realistic this is an ongoing issue across all the YUM! brands) I went to the store at 3340 mall loop drive and picked up dinner for me and my father. A taco 12 pack with 6 hard 6 soft tacos and 1 bean and rice burrito and 1 double beef burrito. When we got home we checked the bag and there wasn't a damned hard shell taco in there. So of course I went back to get the items I was shorted. Order 119 at approximately 730 pm on 8/30/26. Just shy of $30 damned dollars. The manager Alesia was rude as hell, and about as professional behaving as a warthog, insisting the order was prepared and packaged correctlly, because "that was the only order on the board at the time". (So basically they had one task...and still failed horribly). I informed her it was not correct. Her response was come back Tuesday when the GM is there, because "to hell with the customer" is the new policy apparently. Or the manager lied (I'm going with this) or the GM doesn't allow a manager to manage unless they are present. (If that's the case you need a GM there during business hours and not a manager without the ability to manage) I don't know what the heck they are thinking on that one. Do they really think someone would go to all that trouble of going home, dropping off their wheelchair bound father to go back to their restaurant to "attempt to steal" (was Alesia apparent insinuation) 6 damned hard tacos? If that's management in 2026 they might consider just closing up. I'm so damned infuriated with the way Alesia handled that...,no refund for missing items, no making the order correct, just a big screw you? What the actual hell? Now aside from rewinding the damn clock and going back to Sunday evening, the chance to correct the mistake is past. Dad got to eat dinner, but to hell with me right? Go make a PB & J since you can't get what you order? At this point, I would like my entire order refunded and I will never set foot in one of your stores again, unless Alesia apologizes to me for insinuating I'm trying to steal crap over HER CREW's mistake. Not only was the order taking forever when originally ordered but by the time I got home. the food was already cold besides the side dish. MIND YOU THE Quesadilla wasn't even cut right!!! Chicken bogus cheese barely. After warming up my food hungry and trying to eat it I called back up to complain and expected some sort of responsibly. Not only was I met with unnecessary attitude, I was told all their bags come with stickers with receipts. Please show me anywhere on this bag where you see that. They said it was made fresh well no it wasn't. They fully knew my order by mind but was trying to tell me to bring the food and or receipt back for a freshly made meal at 12:50pm. Well Steven the manager will hear from me tomorrow about his employee's Adriana & alisia and the fact that the expectation is the customer is expected to drive home, realize they made a mistake after politely asking to make it fresh . I had gone out to dine with my cousin. The first issue is that we order through a kiosk for the food for dine in. His order somehow got mistaken for an online pickup. So no one came out to say his name. 15 minutes passed so we went to ask and they had the order sitting there. After that, a door dasher came to pick up an order and was told it wasn't ready. 10 minutes passed and he asked again for the order. Again it was just sitting there with no urgency. read more

I have not had good experiences at Taco Bell. That changed today when I went to THIS location. One of the BEST experiences EVER! And the person who made it that way is named Isaac. I wish all people who work in the food industry (or ANY industry) were as great as Isaac! He welcomed you the second you walked into the place. Then he went out of his way to accommodate you. I mentioned to him that I was vegan and he took the time to explain my options and what I could get. Even let me know if one of the drinks was vegan or not. I so appreciated his thoughtfulness and help. And then, before I could even get my money out to pay, the food was on the tray ready to eat! I have never seen service so fast in my life. Went through the drive through as I could see cars in the parking lot, and I saw an Armored bank truck with it's hazards on in the lot as well, as to see that it was currently picking up money at this location so I figured that it was open. However, after a couple minutes of waiting at the order sign, and no responses, I decided to pull around the building to see if maybe I was Wrong and that the building was closed. Instead, I see a full staff of at least 3/4 people literally hiding in the hallways where they can't be seen from the drive through windows around 3:20-3:30pm. There was no sign stating that the location was closed, for the day or even for lunch. I NEVER do reviews as I work customer service and it's awful having someone review you for something you can't control. But with a full staff, and I MADE EYE CONTACT with one member as they were waiving good bye to the security person picking up the cash, but still did not say anything about the location being closed and NO sign??? I ordered food for someone who has a dairy allergy. Two potato tacos, fresco style. I get three tacos and was short another item. The third potato taco was exactly what we didn't want (dairy). They put the incorrect taco into the bag, made two more correct tacos and then sent it out. Management sucks, employees have no idea what they are doing. We ordered a vegetarian nacho fries box and 3 Mexican pizzas. Two Mexican pizzas were great, as expected. One was by far the worst Mexican pizza ever received from a taco bell ever. Firstly, it was smashed (you just made it, what gives?!). Secondly, there was just a careless giant clump of cold beans in the middle of that same pizza. Health Department should definitely look into this location. One of the employees with the headset needs to take a sanitation class because I'm pretty sure you should wear gloves when handling food. I always think that maybe this time it will be normal, but it always takes 15min to get through on a slow day. 20 or more on a busy one. 5:30 on a Saturday is when I was there, so try and avoid the staff that works at that time.
