The new Pepper Jack Steak Burrito had a good first bite. Nice pepper burn, etc. Turned out to only be 2 small bites of meat in the whole thing. Then the usual rice, runny cheese liquid and more rice. Occasionally good, and generous. They NEVER wrap the burritos, etc. properly and you always get a mess. But recently... Today, they had a guy who sounded very distracted as he took our drive-up order. Long pauses then "huh" what was that again? So in the end, we got 2 of the 3 items we ordered, no sauce, which we requested, complete nonchalance, kept filling sodas while our bag sat ready and open, and he had my card. Came here around 10pm. Had some time at work so I decided to get food. This location used to be great but these kids do not care one bit. Waited at the window while a bunch of them just ran their mouths to each other taking turns looking at me. Finally got my order and 3 items were missing. By that time I didn't care and I had to get back to work. I'll just get Pizza Hut from now on. At least their employees act like they give a crap and give you what you pay for. A Mexican pizza promo in the TB app brought me here. Because I ordered online my meal was waiting when I arrived. However, no fork was included, nor requested sauce packets. There was no acknowledgment of me by staff. I'd ordered a Diet Pepsi because no zero sugar drinks were available in the online menu. It was an in-store option, which meant wasting the diet drink for the preferred one. The dining room visit was marred by employees cursing each other. The final off-putting element of this Taco Bell was a counter sign instructing customers to order through a touchpad. In other words, "Don't bother us." read more

The drive through window is a joke you need to check your food before you leave because they will not get it correct. I got home and realized they had forgotten three things i had ordered. I drove back only to feel like they thought i was lying about the missing food. The drive through guy was very rude and they didn't even say they were sorry for their mistake. The food was sub-par i bet when they fix their lunches, they give themselves a very nice portions of food. It is shameful to service the public this type of service, peoples money is hard earned and when you go out to eat you expect good service and good food. As much I love Taco Bell, I'm disappointed last night I order chicken quesadilla and when I open my bag all there was just sauce on the tortilla no chicken was on just the sauce when I called to explain what happen the person who answered said "sorry can't help you" and hung up. A very mixed experience... The service was fast and friendly. I didn't wait long to try the XXL chicken taco and a chipotle Griller. The taco was great. Filled to the brim with fresh ingredients, the delicious shell held up until the next to last bite. Great job on that! The Griller, however, was disgusting. I took one bite and threw the rest away. The taste was terrible and when I opened it up, there was nothing but gross orange sauce and five small pieces of chicken. The sauce didn't look, smell, or taste edible. This taco Bell was the worst food iv gotten from a taco Bell in my life. I got a crunch wrap supreme and they over cooked it to the point that it tore part of the tortilla off and lettuce was exposed. The ingredients were not spread out. So there was lettuce and veggies on one side and meat and cheese on the other. They also had water leaking next to the line where the veggies and other toppings were splashing over to the food. Not impressed. I will never go back the this taco Bell. And I will be telling corporate about this health hazard. Never again. read more

I ordered online Thursday October 31st to try to "streamline" the process at this location closest to my house that I've had issues with before. At 10:45 after the online prompts took my payment and told me to "check in at the drive-thru" when I pulled up the guy with the headset on told me they were closed "due to a lack of employees"...at 10:45...they were supposed to be open for another 3 hours and 15 minutes...I haven't gotten a refund yet. I was told to "bring my e-receipt to the store" after I already wasted time, gas, and energy dealing with this stuff. There are so many more details that I'm upset about, but I'm starting to sound like a Karen. Give me back my money, Taco Bell, and stop "closing" if you're still going to accept my money via the internet. read more

Service is fine, definite improvement in the last year but the food is still a 50/50 shot.

Today, in the drive through of our local Taco Bell, I had the most inconvenient dining experience ever. They neglected to give us five out of ten items. I returned to the location to get the rest of the items. It actually took two attempts to get all the items. But I know exactly why. I told the person at the counter exactly what was missing- I even circled the items on the receipt for them. Another person approached him and said "is it (something completely wrong?)" the other person said "yeah" as if they couldn't possibly care less. So in less than a minute, the order was completely wrong for a third time. I had to correct them at that point, otherwise it would have taken four orders. The person who seemed to be in charge just watched it happen. Then there was the food- the most carelessly prepared food I have ever seen. Haven't eaten at a Taco Bell in years, but now I work close to one on Southwest Blvd here in Jeff and I seen they offer a Vegetarian Bowl, so I thought I would try it for lunch today. Very disappointing!! The rice was under cooked & hard. The sour cream & guacamole were rubbery, as if it had been sitting all day, & the lettuce was dried out and brown around the edges. I don't know how this location keeps their franchise. The place is dirty, all the tables and the floor. They rely on the poor counter person to take orders and clean. It is impossible, she was as nice as could be and clearly taken advantage of by this store's management.
