This is my update to my previous visit to taco bell in saint robert. The night shift is awesome, hands down the best customer service I've received from any fast food restaurant in town. Laura the cashier took my order and when i wasn't sure what to order she asked me if i needed any assistance on the items on the menu. To top it off they were very polite at the window and they gave me the extra taco bell sauce i asked for WITH NAPKINS! Just for that service if i decide to grab tacobell it will always be in the evening. As for the day crew.... I grabbed some food about 2 weeks ago and asked for extra hot sauce. Went to the drive-through Tina had a wonderful voice she was very cheerful, she was easy to understand, when I pulled up to the window she was very personable, gave great customer service with a beautiful smile. Alright, Food is fine. Customer service sucks. No idea what was wrong with her, but the girl with dark hair working tonight May 27th at 10:30, was so freaking rude! Listen I never have high expectations of fast food restaurants, but when I get something from one I'm at least satisfied. But when I went to this Taco Bell I got a Crunchwrap, and that thing was all lettuce, tomato and sour cream except for the lower third that was kind of cheese and beef. Also it tasted like gas, I don't know what they did but it straight up tasted like I was eating gas from a Bunsen burner. The rolled chicken tacos (essentially taquitos) pretty good. But that gas taste will haunt me forever. read more

Don't get me wrong, the food is good. But there are times they mess up the order, like today by forgetting everything that was ordered.

Been to many different fast food places around the area and the country. It's really disappointing when you order simple menu items. Regardless of adding/ subtracting toppings, (or not) the staff at this establishment can't follow simple instructions. Multiple times have asked for extra cheese on different items that come with the shredded cheese. And the staff puts the nacho cheese on items that don't normally come with nacho cheese. It's extremely pathetic that adults are either too lazy to follow directions, too incompetent to follow directions, or just plain don't give a fuck. read more

I had a very sad and unpleasant experience at the burger I went to before I stopped in here and didnt get what I ordered so I stopped in to try to get something close to what I wanted. The two women that were working today were true customer service reps. They seemed happy and jovial gave an appropriate greeting and was very pleasant throughout the order process. This is by far my worst experience I have ever had at Taco Bell my buddies and I are out and about on a Sunday and go to Taco Bell hoping for the service and delicious food we love so dearly and then we go to order our food and first of all the man at the counter was very rude and messed up our names and could hardly speak English, then when we received our food we all got the wrong order every one had the wrong items and it was an absolutely miserable and traumatic experience the staff was very rude and now I'm going to have to go to therapy for my post traumatic stress of this experience. Any time I have gone to this taco bell, I have NEVER recieved an order that was correct. I have only visited this Taco Bell because of the convenience of it being close to my home and every time I do, I remember why I should choose any other restaurant but this one. DO NOT GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE because they will disappoint you every time. I shouldnt have to order a beef quesadilla in order to get the chicken quesadilla that I originally wanted.
