Pretty average Taco Bell experience. There was nobody at the front counter to greet me, and even after the employees noticed I was there, nobody said hello or acknowledged me. They simply waited for me to place my order on the kiosk. After ordering, I went to use the restroom, and it was somewhat dirty. To me, that's usually a sign that management may be more focused on collecting a paycheck than taking pride in the establishment. The food itself was disappointing. The tacos were lacking in filling, leaving me feeling like the focus was more on maximizing corporate profits than actually feeding the customer. Disappointing experience, especially for truck drivers. My husband stopped at this Taco Bell around 8:50 PM. The location is right next to a Pilot truck stop, but the lobby was already closed even though the dine-in hours were listed until 9:00 PM. He was told the only option was the drive-thru. That is a major problem for truck drivers in 18-wheelers, hotshot trucks, and other large commercial vehicles that cannot safely go through a regular drive-thru. He was then told to download the Taco Bell app, place the order there, and walk through the active drive-thru lane to pick up his food. Truck drivers already have limited options for places where they can safely park and eat, so this was especially frustrating. Asking them to walk through a drive-thru lane is not a safe or practical solution. This feels like a management and operational issue that should be addressed, especially at a location positioned directly next to a truck stop. I hope they review their lobby hours and create a safer way to serve commercial drivers after the lobby closes. read more

What a bad experience. Stopped in after being on the road for 6 hours. Placed a mobile app, thankfully because they were only taking cash because credit machines were not working. Pulled to the window, I was informed they did not have fries, thats okay, then they do not have black beans. It is a problem because my mom is vegan and has other dietary issues. Second time in a row in the last few weeks that we've pulled up here and no one has answered at the drive through. I don't care that it's 10 pm or 11:20 pm, if you are open until 12:00 am, someone should be there. This isn't a sit down fancy restaurant, it's fast food, an easy drive through place, you can make food in five minutes so someone should answer the drive through when we pull up. I don't normally write reviews about fast food restaurants, but this experience really made me upset. I stopped at this Taco Bell on my way home on a road trip and they screwed up every single Taco on my WHOLE order. Cheesy gordita crunch, no sauce, soft taco add sour cream,no sour cream, two spicy potato tacos, no sauce. Mind you that all these things with the exception of the soft Taco was supposed to be made the way is advertised...nothing special. I then called up there to talk to someone about it, the woman who answered the phone said she was going to grab her manager and to hold on.... the. I hear her explaining everything to the manager and gets back on the phone and tells me she will call me back. She took all my information and I have yet to be called back....
