The mini taco salad was delicious. It has good amount of items in it. A great idea. I was waited on which was very nice instead of using the kiosk. What a bad experience. Stopped in after being on the road for 6 hours. Placed a mobile app, thankfully because they were only taking cash because credit machines were not working. Pulled to the window, I was informed they did not have fries, thats okay, then they do not have black beans. It is a problem because my mom is vegan and has other dietary issues. Second time in a row in the last few weeks that we've pulled up here and no one has answered at the drive through. I don't care that it's 10 pm or 11:20 pm, if you are open until 12:00 am, someone should be there. I don't normally write reviews about fast food restaurants, but this experience really made me upset. I stopped at this Taco Bell on my way home on a road trip and they screwed up every single Taco on my WHOLE order. Cheesy gordita crunch, no sauce, soft taco add sour cream,no sour cream, two spicy potato tacos, no sauce. Mind you that all these things with the exception of the soft Taco was supposed to be made the way is advertised...nothing special. I then called up there to talk to someone about it, the woman who answered the phone said she was going to grab her manager and to hold on.... the. I hear her explaining everything to the manager and gets back on the phone and tells me she will call me back. She took all my information and I have yet to be called back....
