When I looked in the bag, I did not see the Nacho Fries Box I ordered. I then asked the girl where is the Nacho Fries Box? She said they are in there just not in a box. I said I do not see the fries but she assured me they were there. I said no they are not and asked three times because I checked. She and her fellow worker assured me they were but never came over to check the bag. When I got home the Nacho Fries were not in the box and this has happened before with burritos that I ordered and when I get home and they are missing or are half filled with mostly cheap refried beans instead of beef or cheesy rice. This place needs to be shut down because they are lying to people and cheating people because they are too lazy to check orders. When I tried to call them at (864) 473-2278 at about 8:00PM from home, it rang and rang for several minutes but no answer. Any business too busy to answer the phone is not a place I want to frequent. The Yelp review had 1 star so I know now how bad this place is but people are still going there, why I don't know. Hit the drive thru at 1:00 on Saturday, July 27. They messed up three bean burritos (overcharged with adding beef, which I didn't order,) put sour cream on a burrito instead of guacamole, and forgot to put the requested sauces into the bag. It's disappointing because I was told to pull forward to wait, and the employee who brought the food didn't wait for me to check or know that I had an issue, which I realized one based the receipt. Using the drive thru already puts you at a disadvantage from a customer service standpoint. I tried to call the 800 number, option two, and it rang for an endless amount of time with no answer. I went to the taco Bell drive-thru at 10:00 pm and ordered two crunchwrap meals. The lady at the window was extremely rude. I only got one of two crunchwraps and they only gave me one at the window I had to specifically told them to make another one. The restaurant was very messy. The workers had attitudes that were very rude. I was going in to receive a free taco for the Warriors win against the Cavs. The deal was over at 6 and I walked in about 5:55. Whenever I ordered, the cashier said "you barely made it" in a very snappy and annoyed tone.
