Stopped here on our way home from up north and probably the best customer service we've had at a Taco Bell. The place was clean, including the bathrooms which my family all used. Bit especially wonderful were the men working tonight around 6:30-7:00 were so very pleasant, had such great attitudes and got our food out fresh and quick. It was refreshing to have great service like that! I would put their names here but they didn't have name tags on. I have visited this location several times. I have done both drive-through and inside. When I have visited inside if you are able to view the kitchen and I would say this could be a little cleaner. My drive-through experiences have been great. My orders have always been correct and my food is always been delicious . read more

Called and talked to an employee who was incredibly rude and stated that they threw away our order because DoorDash didn't pick up and never once asked for a name and just wanted to clarify that the order was even picked up because I ordered 2.5 hours ago. Terrible customer service. Shut off your online orders if you cannot fulfill orders. read more

I got a Taco Supreme, and there was less than a teaspoon of meat. Seriously, it wasn't even a taco. Do better!!! The pintos and cheese were barely warm. Come on!!! You will eventually go out of business because doing things like that while increasing prices is just bad business. read more

Veah was extremely rude in the drive through and wouldn't let us do two orders at once. I have been going here for over a decade and have never once had to do that. Ive come multiple times and have had attitude from her. She said "or you could just come in?" with extreme disrespect implying that we were lazy. We placed a large order for lunch through the mobile app. Unfortunately, when picking up the order the staff was very rude. Continued to say they didn't have the order and was even making fun of the person picking up by saying "not sure why you can't understand this, but you ordered at a different location". Once the person who was picking up the order went inside to show the mobile order, which was ordered at this correct location, she continued to be rude than realized that the mobile order was sitting right next to her, filled. She also forgot some of the lunch, including the drinks. Because she was so rude the person picking up felt uncomfortable bringing it up. Just now called and talked to Faith about her rudeness and not filling the order. She informed me that forgetting drinks was not that important and really people steal drinks all the time. She didn't want to refund any of the money and continued to be rude on the phone. Don't do a mobile order here. read more

So this is after all a Taco Bell. The food is good for keeping away hunger pains, and soaking up booze after drinking all night. While the food is delicious, it is far from healthy and you really shouldn't really eat it every day. That being said I eat at the Taco Bell in White Bear Lake probably once a week in the school year. This particular location is by far the fastest Taco Bell I have ever eaten at. The drive through is probably one of of the fastest drive through I have ever used. They have always gotten my order correct both inside and in the drive through. read more

I didn't get a picture of the offending food, but seriously...I ordered a naked Gordita, and it had a bite taken out of it. Not just like a nibble, or hey a piece fell off out of the fryer, but a full on, teeth mark bearing bite. Come the hell on man. That's gross. Was going to take a picture, but I was driving on the highway. Ordered a potato a cheese grilled, and it had not potatoes in it. Just Mach cheese and sour cream. Also, a 7 layer burrito that comprised of lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes, beef and sour cream. That's it. Almost forty bucks? Come the hell on. It was 5, you weren't even busy, and it shouldn't have been that hard. Eating people's food isn't cool, either man. If you were that hungry, I'd have bought you a damn naked chicken Gordita. Arrived at Taco Bell at 8pm on a Saturday night, ordered a #9 Crunchwrap a party pack of reg tacos and cinnamon sticks. 3 cars in line in front of me. Made our way to the window about 3-4 minutes. Got to the window and the "team member" informs me if you want party packs you come inside so it doesn't slow down the drive, I looked in review mirror and NOBODY was behind me or even ordering. I notice they are still making the order. (Btw 5-6 members working and no one at front counter ordering) Please tell me how 12 tacos and Crunchwrap with cinn sticks was a problem I didn't order 100 tacos. The car in front of me had a large bag handed out to them. But I am the bad guy. To end the experience I had to ask for hot sauce and when we got home no cinn sticks I you go here don't use drive up if ordering more then 1 thing so you don't JAM up the drive or you may not get your whole order either read more

Absolutely, hands down,the best service I have ever had at any taco drive thru service! I rarely do reviews when I go through the drive thru but this experience warrants one! Food = hot, delicious, and ready fast! Prices = amazing as always Variety = vast but understandable And now the drum roll Service = the best. This is probably the worst taco bell that I have been to, but since its the closest one to my home I come here when I have a craving that only taco bell can fulfill. Without fail this location is either out of what I want to order or forgets parts of our order. Such as tonight, they forgot to give us straws and our gordita crunch before we left the window. We pull around to double check our order again and realized they forgot my boyfriends burrito meal. The staff here doesnt always speak well over the intercom, but most of the time are pretty friendly. I can only assume this place is always understaffed given the large hiring signs all over the building. read more

I have given this Taco Bell location so many chances and it's clear that they don't give a damn. They consistently got our orders incorrect in the drive-thru. On THREE occasions when I did not get items I paid for (and didn't realize until I was home, 15 minutes away) I called to let them know. Each time they said they would send coupons for free items, all three times I never got any coupons. Also, when they were running the gold Xbox promo each time my husband would order the big box and they would give him his food in a bag and never give him the box, I have to assume that the punks that work there were taking them home and giving them to friends to try to win. The general attitude in the drive-thru is equally dreadful. Im generally a pretty optimistic person and it takes a lot for me to write a bad review but this place sucks and they've proven it time and time again. From now on I'll be driving a few extra minutes to the Stillwater location where they actually know the words "customer service" and actually send compensation if they screw up (which isn't often). read more

This is my local Taco Bell. I also have several Taco Bell locations that I have given 5 stars to. I am just a tad ticked off because the husband brought home a bag of tacos for us a couple weeks ago and when I opened up my taco there was seriously about 10 shreds of cheese on there a few sprigs of lettuce and probably a teaspoon of taco meat or whatever it is that taste so good! This is obviously the work of a rookie or distracted taco bell employee and not the standard portion that we have come to expect. I called them and explained my disappointment---the guy on the phone said oh so sorry that is a mistake. Swing by anytime soon and I will leave you a couple coupons for a combo meal or two---sounded reasonable so I attempted to take him up on that offer the following week---I was told rudely by some female that that is just not allowed or what they do and that there are no Male managers. I thought the way she handled this was terrible and now i'm really mad. Perhaps this will help me eat healthier because I don't want to make them a frequent stop like before. read more
