I'll add to what is already said here. Only go here if you're not terribly hungry and have LOTS of free time. It always takes a LONG time to get your food. Went with my kid today and waited for 5 minutes while being ignored before we decided to go somewhere else to eat. Way too slow. read more

I go to this Taco Bell regularly, maybe once a week. They're always slow (around ten minutes in the drive through) but I just spent 32 minutes (!!!) waiting for an order with only two orders in front of mine! Unacceptable. Not only that, but two of my tacos came without cheese. And even though I asked for no tomatoes on anything, lo and behold tomatoes came on everything. I understand that this isn't 5 star cuisine, but I expect food at least reasonably quickly and what I ordered. Maybe fast food places are overextending (dessert, breakfast, etc...) but that shouldn't be too hard. Overall disappointing. read more

Cold, nasty food. I've never waited less than 20 minutes in the drive thru, even during non-peak times. On one occasion, I had to wait 45 minutes, most of which was spent listening to the worker talk to a friend via the drive thru system. And when I was finally able to pull up to the speaker system, I was greeted by Taco Bell's new standard customer greeting: "What up, dude?" Avoid this slow and nasty kid-run restaurant at all costs. read more

If I could give less I would. The managing is horrible. The line is always backed up because they dont know how to work a restaurant. I sh*t you not tonight the drive thru was only open and the dining area was completely dark and there were employees line dancing who then returned to the kitchen to cook when done... The restaurant was very clean and all the employees were respectful. My order came out quickly and was accurate and hot. It seemed like somebody was there who was training some employees so maybe they were especially on point for the occasion, but in all it was a very pleasant experience. read more

Love the new store and the fact it's only 3 minuets from my house . The only issue that I have with this location is that they beans in the bean burritos are dried and crusty like they have been cooking all day . The managers are very nice and friendly as well as everyone I have had the pleasure of of being assisted bye. Just focus on keeepijg everything fresh and you guys are nailing urn. read more

I work about a minute from this location and every time I try to eat at this Taco Bell on my lunch break, they almost make me late to work. I get 30 minutes for lunch and it doesn't matter if I go inside or through the drive-thru. I always have to wait a long time to place my order and receive my food. Their employees don't seem to have much enthusiasm and are quick to hand you your food and send you off. I'm always displeased with my service. takes at least 45 minutes to get food, you'll get trapped in the drive through, your car will overheat, you'll waste $10 in gas. Your order will be wrong. Randomly closes throughout the day. Wont turn on the lights at night so you'll think they are closed, sometimes they are sometimes they aren't. Employees will take your payment and then shut the window and be on their phones, and eat and drink while you sit in your car waiting and watching them through the glass. dont expect them to be open after 5pm. read more

Horrible! The family was hungry so we decided to stop in and get a bite to eat. We walk in look at the sign and wait about 5 to 10 minutes before 1 of the 10 employees walks up to the register and stands there and never says a word. Which I assume he was there to take my order. I was about to tell him my order and he starts to eat something right in front of us! I was so disgusted I turned to the wife and said lets go. We will NEVER be back to this location. read more

I haven't even gotten my order taken, and I've been in line for 35 minutes. So much for fast food huh? If I wanted to wait an hour for a burrito, I would have stayed home and made it from scratch.
