What a joke. They took cars orders one at a time and then held the entire drive thru line u til they handed the person who ordered their food before they would even take the next cars orders due to this I spent 40 min waiting to order even tho there were only 4 cars total ahead of me in the entire line. When i finally got the chance to order I was told they are out of essentially most of the main menu items. I asked for a chicken quesadilla and they tried to get me to order fries in a Quesadilla instead of the chicken. Seriously wtf kind of nonsense is that. Absolute waste of my time read more

Don't come here often but the times I do they have been perfect. Great food, clean restaurant and bathroom (least the men's bathroom) and friendly staff. Do wish the prices would stop rising but that's not the employees fault. read more

I've been going to this Taco Bell for several years and the service was always great. I was just there 4/15/25 @10:30 order # 15 Howard R at the drive thru. The kid at the window was rude and surly. I was clearly bothering him. He gave me the order without a thank you or saying much at all. I didn't get napkins or hot sauce and my order was wrong. I tapped on my horn to get his attention-I could see his back through the window. He ignored me. I tapped on my horn a couple of more times-no response. I tapped on the window. He finally came to the window, rolled his eyes and looked at me without saying anything. I asked for napkins and hot sauce. He took his sweet time to get them. At this point I didn't really care that my order was wrong. As the window closed he told me I need to calm down. I won't be back to this store again. I'm in the service industry, therefore I am always polite to other frontline employees. I didn't do anything to warrant his rude behavior. read more

I don't get the haters. This place is consistent and friendly every time. It's Taco Bell! They get backed up with online orders occasionally, bfd. Every restaurant is figuring that out right now. This place needs serious help!! 1) They are heavily understaffed and thought it was a bright idea to open with only 3 workers, 2 being cooks while one in the front either taking orders or going to the cash register. 2) They accept door dash orders when too busy and don't make the order or attempt to make it until 45-50 mins after it was ordered. 3) When calling to see what's going on Chris was nice on the phone, however he left me waiting on the phone for 12 mins. I highly recommend they get more people in or just not bother anymore at the location and close it down. read more

I have not posted a review before now but enough is enough. Anytime we stopped by this location and go thru the drive thru 10pm or later it takes a minimum of 45 minutes to receive your food with only 3 -4 cars ahead of you. You cannot even place your order until the vehicle in front of you actually receives their food and drives off. There are usually at least 2 cars that are able to drive away that do. The staff is not friendly and you have to keep reminding them of things they forget and most time the order is not correct. The management team should take a closer look at their evening crew and possibly do some more training or find replacements. read more

Last two visit confirms that this store needs help. Last time, it took 45 minutes for 6 tacos and 2 burritos. They were severely understaffed & most employees didn't work with any urgent drive. No apology, just here you go. This time, we were one of 4 groups here, half left, and they didn't announce our name and took our order back. There are only 8 people here, you couldn't ask, or remember 5 minutes ago? Cashier also argued with customer that had a order that had been made without the proper ingredients. Replace everyone here. Don't come here! Drive to Donelson, both of their teams do a good job. But this location is horrible. read more

We pulled up to the drive thru speaker & asked for a minute to look at the menu. She says okay. Not even 30 seconds later, she tells us that there is a time limit and rushes us to order. I usually give fast food workers a ton of leeway because it can be a crappy job and management support can be non-existent. But this place is off the chart. Here is the last straw: I was dining in, the dining room was empty, and two guys in front of me ordered one combo each. After I ordered my one combo (that means they have three tickets down including me) and the lady tells me it will take 15 minutes. I didn't yell or get any attitude, but I did say "15 minutes?" expecting her to say something like "Yeah, we ran out of chicken" or "tacos wont take as long if you want something different" or something like that. What I was not expecting was for her reply in a snarky tone "Don't you see 1-2-3 people working here?" (as she pointed with her finger like I needed help counting to three). Wow, ordered in the drive thru fairly quickly only to be told to pull around front and my order would "be right out." I'm sitting in front of the store, 11:00PM and counting at least 5 others waiting along side me. About every 10 minutes a young girl comes out with an order and goes car to car looking for the owner. Worst fast food and service I have ever experienced. I asked to speak with a manager for a fefund and was told to call someone in the morning. The food was so poorly made and thrown together, I drove all the way back to return it. I was never refunded my $12.53 and they kept that stuff they called food. I don't frequent fast food places too much and I will NEVER go to another Taco Bell again. I dealt with two world class employees that proceeded to lock their drive thru window as I sat there waiting to speak to a manager for a refund. They both eventually walked away and proceeded to clean as the drive thru was filled with cars. They finally came back to tell me to come back in the morning, I've included pics of this friendly customer service oriented individuals. I sat in the drive through for 20 mins with no response. I pulled up to the window and blew my horn just be told by an employee they decided to close early and had closed an hour prior. That was an obvious lie since the person in front of me pulled away with their food less than 2 mins before I pulled up to the window. This is not the first time that I have come to this place and found that they were closed when they were supposed to be open. So this is just your average fast food place that just have to be open late at night on the weekends. Don't expect awesome food, just food to pretty much cure your hunger. We live close to the restaurant and now we literally avoid it because we've had too many poor experiences here. Didn't say anything to me till I had to talk over their conversation to have him take my order.
