despite my stupid ass, complex orders, this place comes through. i ordered $50 worth of food for 2 to binge on, and even though we had pull around the front to wait on it for five minutes, everything was correct, fresh, and effin' loaded. people love to trash this location, but for me, it's been one of the most consistent taco bells i've ever been to. p.s.: when scoring a fast food place on yelp, rate it as a fast food place. yeah, it's taco bell, but for a taco bell, this is ace... so five stars. p.s.s.: can you guys start leaving receipts in the bag? i'd like to be able to share positive visits tbh. ‍ read more

I wish I could give them no stars. What I ordered: No tomatoes on 2 Doritos tacos. Potatoes added to a grilled cheese burrito. 3 Baja blasts. What I got: tomatoes (extra) on both tacos. No potatoes on grilled cheese. And 3 sparkling waters? They should've changed the syrup a long time ago. I called 3 times and each time they didn't say hi and hung up. And didn't even answer my husbands call. TERRIBLE OMFG. read more

I left simple directions. My one ask was for my sauces... 39 of them i asked for, and how many did I get...NONE FUCKING NONE ALL I WANGED WAS SAUCE read more

Christian was AWESOME! He made sure to accommodate our requests. Handled our food and drinks with care. Usually we have an /okay/ experience at taco but tonight made us want to come back just for him and the great customer service he provided read more

Girl working the drive thru was rude didn't even speak during the whole transaction. I said hello to her when I pulled up to the wide to pay. Nothing. Handed me my food and no thank you come again or nothing. Just rude and unprofessional. read more

Taco Bell - Receipt off the bag Mexican Pizza Combopizza - Fast Food Near Me - Hazel Park, Michigan

Forgot two orders of chips, a chicken cantina taco, garlic ranch, and spicy ranch, gave me creamy jalapeno instead of chipotle sauce, the dipping burrito had literally nothing inside of it and was burnt black and literally just a tortilla folded in half. Waited 30 mins in the drive through, our food was packed in the bag like a brick and cold. And to top it off I pulled a hair out of my mouth as I was eating my cheese quesadilla. There were at least 6+ people working, how do you POSSIBLY do this bad? Their sign is also NEVER lit at night, I'm 10000% sure the night crew just leaves it off so people think they're closed. Avoid this place like the plague. Cannot possibly get any worse read more

I normally have a decent experience here but tonight this is the meal i received. disgusting, it's extremely burnt, this shouldn't have been served to me. read more

Taco Bell - Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco - Fast Food Near Me - Hazel Park, Michigan

It just gets worse. This woman was literally arguing with me about whether or not she gave us 12 Cinnabons. She gave us four and INSISTED there was 12. She then said no one but her would be able to fix it and she was leaving for the night. I'm sorry are these coming out of your paycheck? $7 for some cold Cinnabons and they wanna argue. I'd be so embarrassed if I behaved that way and even more so if my employee did. I will eat my own vomit before I come back to this Taco Bell. Truly awful. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Hazel Park, Michigan

This place sucks. I order in advance to pick it up because I hate their shitty slow drive through, and then today I get there and the lobby is closed. So now my food is just sitting there rotting away, while I wait for them. Don't come to this location. read more

The drive through lane has a screen that is not working properly , stalling out when I went to order Low quality food , unfriendly staff and my order smelled of cigarettes smoke. read more

I ate a burrito supreme and have been pukeing for two days don't eat there I'm warning you it was E. coli poisoning it's a negative star rating beware read more

Tonights order was better than sex. I don't go to Taco Bell expecting everything to be perfect. I accept it for what it is, a good snack. Sometimes sloppy, sometimes a lil funky. But. Every now and then. Its 100% on point. I don't know who made my chicken quesadilla tonight but they deserve a Chef Michelin Star award. Every bite had the perfect amount of sauce/ingredients, it was cut well, it didn't fall apart or drip all over me. And it was toasted to perfection. Thank you. read more

Lit 30 mins for 4 cars to get there food unbelievable what could u possibly be doing just sat in line and there rude asf

Everything I ordered was cold and not made properly This location needs training and new staff read more

Always so rude. The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They always mess up the order.

Went through the drive through, placed my order. Everything seemed to be fine. Got to the pickup window and they were out of an item, and didn't tell me during placing the order. Wanted me to drive through again to replace the missing item. One of the burritos (burrito supreme) had only rice and cheese. This place is hot garbage read more

Even though this Taco Bell is in Hazel Park it still should be your go-to taco Bell if you live in Ferndale and it is worth extra couple minute drive. it doesn't matter if you go inside where you go to the drive-through I would say at least 80% of the time they get the order correct. I've never had to ask for napkins they were always put in the bag. They always ask what kind of sauce you want oh, so you might have to ask for a few extra packets. It seems clean and sanitary on the inside.... Which is a nice extra for a fast food place. So it's time for fourth meal this is an a okay place. One Thumb Up read more

Fresco style order didn't have any Pico replacing cheese sauce, wait was above average, no one asked if I wanted any sauce and originally they tacked my order on the end of someone else's. Told me to have a nice day and shut the window before I could ask about sauce. Sat there for a minute, didn't want to hold all the people behind me up for longer than that. Glad they at least got my sub bean for beef correct, but was definitely the driest burrito I've ever had in my life. Old beans, no fresco or sauce. Wouldn't visit this one again. read more

Normally this is my go to Taco Bell . However I came here around 8:30 on 11/14/18 and had HORRIBLE customer service. Needs new management for sure. Very rude will not UPDATE: Decided to give them another shot since this is the closest Taco Bell to my work and they have definitely redeemed themselves. On my receipt it says Adrienne was the order taker and she's so nice and personable!! read more

Went through drive-through on a Tuesday mid afternoon. Only one car in front of us the entire time. When they went to take my order sounded like they were having a party inside. She asked us to repeat our order three times because she was paying more attention to having fun with her fellow employees. Ordered 5 regular menu items without any special instructions GOT 3 OF THEM WRONG. The shapes were right but what was inside of each was wrong. read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever ordered. Was in the drive thru and their computers were down so we were told to come inside to order. Once inside saw 8 workers standing around waiting until we placed our order using the kiosk. Once we received our order I had to ask for cups and they didn't even know what kind of freeze I ordered. Filled my pop from the machine and it was straight carbonated water. No hint of what the drink was supposed to taste like at all. Get home and realize there are more toppings in the bottom of the bag than on my fricken chalupa... and a wonderfully tasting cardboard Crunchwrap September to go along with it. Either way stay away from the location if possible. Oh yeah last thing guy who handed me my order who is on the clock is trying to ask me a question while he has a straw in mouth drinking a freeze drink. read more

Literally waited forever in the drive through because they were cheating their time taken per car instead of just making food and moving people through the correct way. What a joke. And food is soggy like it was sitting around and completely wrong while the freeze we ordered was half melted with missing food. Definitely will never return again. read more

As a former Taco Bell employee I can honestly say this place sucks. I wanted to add a drink to my order at the window. Something that takes 5 seconds and instead of adding it they tell me "We can't add to orders." Lol. That's bullshit. You're just lazy. My food was shit. I paid for extra cheese didn't get extra cheese and everything was on one side of the burrito. Not evenly like it should be. read more

I placed an order off the app at this location 2 times and both times my order has been wrong plus missing items. If you place an order for delivery do NOT use the Taco Bell app! They make it really hard to refund your items. read more

Whole order was wrong. They didn't even put cinnamon on the twists!! Definitely recommend another location.

Mercy sakes this particular location takes extremely long time to place your order and fulfill your order. Usually you're almost always missing something in your order. Be sure to check your bag before you go that they have everything. It's not uncommon for the soda machine to be out of service or there to be out of something. read more

Zero stars. This Location sucks. Literally every time I order food whether it's through the drive thru or DoorDash, the order is always either incorrect or half of its missing. The staff is extremely incompetent and usually unprofessional. It's literally put me off Taco Bell for the rest of my life. -100,000,000/10 would not recommend read more

If you like being served with a cocky, rude attitude, this is the place for you. Shame on you Taco Bell! Worst service in town!!

I hate this establishment it's awful they never give you a receipt i got charged 19.99 for 4 items and they were even correct i got a regular taco that cost 1.69 instead of what i ordered which was a cheesy gordita crunch fuck this place read more

This spot has REALLY gone down hill under new management. Every time I order nachos and cheese they forget the nachos. Taco are always cold. If i ask for no sauce on my taco that doesnt mean give me the cold one with sauce still because you dont feel like making another. My entire meal is cold and I live 2 mins down the street. read more

This is an HP-Lifer review. Being in Hazel Park most of my life, Taco Bell is one of the few things that hasn't changed too much. That and the race track. Sigh. But I digress. This place is a staple for HPHS students and you can actually see the HS from the parking lot. They used to have T/B delivered to our cafe when I was in HS which was ok I guess because you couldn't leave for lunch until 11th grade. **not legally anyway** I never realized the differences that can occur between teenage palate and adult palate. I hear you actually develop one. Gasp! I hate most fast food chains. This is one of them. No matter WHAT I get here, it sucks and tastes like shit. I know, I know, what do I expect, right? So, because of said hatred, I avoid this place like the plague. Today, I was running a little late from lunch and since it's RIGHT THERE... blah blah blah I ordered two steak soft tacos. I figure that's a safe bet. No ground "beef" (and God, do I use that term loosely) or "chicken" (mm-mm, too scary to EVER try at T/B). I get them and big surprise, yellow-orange tomatoes, stale tortilla, just fucking UGH. Now, I wasn't expecting a miracle here, you guys, but for 4 fucking dollars I wanted to at least be able to say I was full. Since the tacos were so so bad, I was still hungry after NOT eating them. Not only that, but they have one of those nasty drive thrus that you are trapped in once you are there, so even if you regain consciousness and realize the mistake you are about to make, you can't. turn. back!!! God, I wish they would tear this place down, for good!! Unfortunatley, because of the late late hours, the drunks alone keep them in business. Shit hole. /Hungry still read more

Line is ridiculously long for no reason at all there terrible, inside is never open and we was just door dashing and the order was in the system when walked up to the door and after a hour in the line they Claim it's not in the system anymore and that's ridiculous like how y'all lose a order like y'all are stupid and so slow read more

can never get anything right, the employees making bird noises whenever customers are trying to speak, and there was garbage falling OUT of the garbage because it was overflowing. Disgusting is an understatement. I have given this place too many chances as it is and i will NEVER be returning back to this location. read more

If I could give a zero star that's exactly what I would give!! Horrible service! None of their employees are wearing their masks properly! Their cc machine is down but their kiosk machine is working that's when you as a manger put on an additional headset and ring in customers at the kiosk and get folks through the drive through but nope they are losing money turning people away because they are to lazy read more

Fast, polite staff, hot food. Would definitely come to this location at a later date.

UPDATE: Much better the last few times i've went here, even while busy! Haven't missed a beat. Keep it up!

Can't miss at this Taco Bell! Every time it's hot and fresh! Good job this evening guys!

Best taco bell around. Always Friendly always fast and usually clean inside if the local kids haven't trash3d it lol.

My friend and I went through the drive thru during hours and waited for over 15 minutes, calling the phone at Taco Bell and not receiving any service. As we started to pull away we saw that the car behind us was getting served so we drove through the line again. Upon getting to the window again, we were told that we were not getting service due to our aggressive attitude. The employee that implied this must have been referring to the manner in which we politely waited in the drive thru line and called whilst they were open with no response. read more

Got the 12 pack tacos today to share with kids and hubby. They were hot and fresh for a fast food place lol this taco bell 80% of the time gets the order right and food taste good read more
