Brittany cashier took order 3:28pm, place was not busy, we were two of four people. Ate meal before heading out went to use restroom, sign on door "for customers only ask for key", before I could even get the words out, she said we don't have key. I personally think Brittany is not fond of white people. When we were ordering she was very direct, not friendly. The only person friendly was the young man who brought our food out. read more

So, I order Taco Bell online to pick up right? First off I went to the wrong Taco Bell. Cancel my online order to just place my order at the intercom. Entire order has to be placed online because they're online exclusive. Bet. I'll just re-order at the right Taco Bell on the app right? Wrong. Not only did the app screw up my entire order, but 2 tacos from two meals I ordered were missing. Because my order was large I had to park and wait. I get my order and browse through the bag to make sure I don't have to pull up again, and my two tacos were missing. So I don't have on a bra, so I go back up to the drive thru window to get my damn two tacos. "Oh we're out of those special tacos" I ask if I can just get two regular tacos instead that would've been cheaper on their end. They ring it up and try to charge me for them. Now I'm not worried about that little $4 but you're not going to try to send me off with almost half my damn order, then double charge me for the correction. They refunded me for ONE taco. Too lazy to properly wrap the so called food.. everything falling out of the wrappers.. threw my tacos on the bottom of the bag, so they were crushed to bits. Ordered the chicken chalupa and it didn't have enough sour cream like they do in CA. The steak quesarita was very thin. The potato bites were okay, not what we were expecting. A little bummed out cuz we were craving Taco Bell, but not as good as what we've had in the past. read more

At 845pm yesterday the worker locked the door in my face as i was walking up. A bit confusing considering they close at 930pm.

Really bad! Fries were cold and limp. Toco was cold and the Nachos Bell Grande were cold with some watery liquid in them. We won't be back!

Went through the drive through yesterday. We were the first and only one in line and after about 5 minutes of sitting there someone finally informs us that it will be a 10 minute wait before we can even order! So, I say okay. We wait there for more than the 10 minutes and while we're waiting we decide to order our food on the mobile app. I asked was anyone there thru the intercom and someone answered so I said we put our order online if that's easier and they said to come to the window, we did that. We waited there for about 5 minutes and I see the employees just walking around back and forth doing nothing. He comes to the window and asks us to go park around the curb by the front door. We go park and wait some more. About 15 minutes pass and he comes and bring us our drinks. We're thinking that's nice to at least bring us our drinks while we're waiting. The employee goes back inside and 5 minutes pass he comes back out and said I forgot to tell you that we're out of nacho fries. I said that's okay, can we just get a refund on that part? He said he had to go ask his manager. We wait for 45 minutes and he finally comes back out and said that they can't refund us and we have to request a refund thru the mobile app. I said it doesn't give us that option because it was saying we already picked up our order. He said I'll go explain that to my manger. He also said it wasn't his fault about our order, the guy who does online orders was supposed to put it through but didn't and then they started getting other customers. Shouldn't we have come first before those other customers since we've been waiting for an hour? So he goes in and then comes back out with a phone number and tells us we have to call this number to request a refund for our nacho fries. We call and we get prompts for payroll and employees. The guy comes back out yet again and we explain that we got the wrong number and I told him to give me a refund for the whole order now because I'm upset. He goes back in and doesn't come back out. We have seen others now come and go with their orders. So I decided to go back thru the drive through and I go to the window and ask to speak to the manager. She won't even come close to the window and I have to repeat myself saying we've been waiting for an hour and a half for our order and the number she gave us is for employees. So she's messing around on her register and on the phone with someone. She's not explaining anything she's doing. She finally says an amount $17.23 and I said no, our order was $18.56 and I'm trying to show her on my phone the price and order number but she won't come to the window. She says "well maybe the app charged you extra" and I said no, just for taxes and she says "well all I can offer you is $17.23" and I said that's better than nothing. So she finally comes to the window and gives me my refund. My question is why couldn't she do that to begin with instead of giving me a false number and making me wait an hour and a half to do so? Why are you so rude to your customers when I didn't give them any kind of attitude because I appreciate all the hard work fast food workers do. This is just the most horrible experiences I've had with a restaurant. I would never go back here and will tell everyone the same. Please hire people with one once of decency and kindness. read more
