If I could leave less stars I would. They messed up my entire order. I wanted to treat myself because I have had a long day today and I asked specifically for two things to not be on my order and they just didn't care. Both food items I ordered came with the items I asked for to be left off and the made one of the items so poorly that I only ate half and just threw the other part away. I will never ever be going to this location. It's people like the workers here that I just hate. I hate people who are lazy at their job. I work in the food industry too but I take pride it my work. So grow the fuck up and take pride in your job. YOU CHOSE TO WORK FOR TACO BELL. Don't act like your job is so hard to do or think you could be somewhere better.. because if you wanted to be somewhere better to work you would have already fucking moved on from a job meant for high school and college kids. read more

Great experience! Fast drive thru line! And friendly service! We tried a different Taco Bell tonight that was closed before 1am which is crazy! We were happy to find this Taco Bell with great staff and fast service! We will drive the extra mile here every time! Thank you!! read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I just came up to the window with a friend. The lady at the drive through was going on about all the things they don't have, which was a lot. My friend jokingly said " well you should shut down, you don't have anything" and the manager chimed in and told us that if we don't have anything nice to say to the employees that we can just leave. I have never in my life been talked to like that. I am a paying customer and to have a manager talk to me like that is so rude. I could have been yelling at her, and she should have not said anything. A manger should not have chimed in at all, it was completely unprofessional and not necessary. I ended up leaving, without paying for the meals I was going to, to take my business elsewhere. I understand that there is nothing to be done about not receiving a shipment, but there are ways to handle it, and talking to a customer like she did to us, on top of being out of most of the menu is horrible. Sorry but this Taco Bell has lost my service, I will from now on go to the one in Oregon City. read more

Over the last 3-4 years, I've tried this Taco Bell 3 times. Each visit, the customer service has been irritating to say the least. The food is standard TB, so fine. The first visit I was stuck in the drive through for over 45 minutes. (Once you are in that drive through, there is no way out.) 2 years later I thought I'd try again. (This was about a year into Covid , so drive through is the only option.) I get to place my order when I'm told they won't take cash, which was what I had. So again stuck in line with no escape and no food. Today, I thought I'd try one last time. First we get to placing the order; there is an employee standing at the curve before you get to the large menu. She has a small, limited menu hanging from her order pad. It is flipping in the wind, so nearly impossible to read and reading prices is not an option. She says that I can't go up to the menu because this is faster for them. Of course it is, but not good for the customer. Then I get to the window to pay and the guy tells me the total is $5.88. I hand him a ten and he gives me back $4.10. I looked back at him and he says, "we don't have any pennies but I was able to pick some up off the floor, but they are all gone now". Really?!? So we'll just keep the extra for even more profit because that is better for the business than it is for the customer or employees that have to face the customers. Yeah, I am so done with this place. read more

I waited 45 mins to get my food and then when i got home to eat it there was 3 things missing and no sauce. 45 minutes is ridiculous because people come thru because it's "fast". It's not worth waiting on the line to get the things they miss. awful. who forgets sauce? read more

I have never left a negative review. I always let things go but my experience tonight was awful. I spent 50 minutes stuck in the drive thru and the line wasn't even that long. When I finally got to the window, they didn't say sorry for the wait. They just asked for my money. Then I waited another 5-10 minutes at the window. When I finally got my food, they just said here you go. No have a goodnight or anything. They never even asked for sauce. So much for fast food! read more

The first time i ate here i was sick as a dog the next day so I'm done. It was the only thing i ate that day. Yesterday my wife took my son there and he is sick now as well. Don't eat here and if you do I'd recommend steering clear of anything with meat read more

I put in an online order for 34 dollars and some change, they wouldn't let me pick it up in the parking lot, they tell me I gotta go through the drive thru. I wait about an hour in the drive thru line. I get to the speaker and they can't even make my order they ran out of beef. Never again. Online ordering is a joke. read more

Three cars ahead of me and it took more than 25 minutes to get tacos, wtf, a few months or more ago the place wasn't that bad, they must of changed management, I will not be going back to this Taco Bell, I am a detailed guy and I got a 5 dollar box that came in a bag, all Taco Bell food is the same, but I will go were the good service is. No more money from me to this Taco Bell. read more

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Cold food every time. Bad beef. Not a good place to go. Better option is the one a couple miles north.

The slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been too. Staff is unprofessional and mostly kids. This isn't the only experience either.

Anyone who knows me wont believe this review. I receive over $100 in Taco Bell gift cards for Christmas and my birthday each year. I have loved and defended Taco Bell. So much so that I was kicked off our local Oregon City Chit Chat for too much defense of Taco Bell. So it is with heavy heart that I write this complaint of the Gladstone Taco Bell. They use to be the best in service. I was eating here several years ago when the regional manager awarded all the employees X boxes for their top rating. What a difference. This is now one of the slowest, with very little regard for what they serve up. Talk about false and misleading advertising. Here is a photo of the tostada they market, and here is what I get. You don't even see any beans on one of them. This is not the first time...this constantly. After 6 years of coming here, I will not be coming back. I prefer quality and true marketing. This has become disgusting. read more

If u want a taco bell notorious for screwing up ur order, or just omitting items altogether, GO HERE. If u want 2 pay 4 extra cheese & not get it go here! If u want the WORST customer service, ask 4 Bret, or Bart, I can't remember. Dear Justin (manager), that kid has NO BUSINESS working in your industry. I called after I got home since the Bert kid was busy messing around at the drive through he neglected 2 include near half my items I PAID FOR, But bort straight told me he didn't want 2 hear it & hung up on me, I think I made him cry - I was upset, not belligerent, I didn't even swear. Side note: when I paid him he dropped the change on the ground and then asked me 2 replace it!!! When i called I told him he needed 2 pull it together but I guess he felt that was 2 harsh a statement. Seems right on the nose 2 me. Good luck with this twit Justin. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell ever!! It takes so long to get through the drive thru and the dining room isn't any better! Waiting 45 min with only a few cars ahead of me is not acceptable! It has been this way everytime I come for the past year. I suggest going down the street to another Taco Bell! read more

all the reviews were so bad but we had a great covidsafe experience:) kyra took our order, she had such a sweet voice and served all our food through bins bc of covid. great & speedy visit read more

This Taco Bell needs to do some serious rethinking on their staffing 1 they need to get more people because the drive through line is the slowest moving line in history. 2 there has never been a time where they actually got my order correct and gave me all the food I ordered. These employees just simply don't listen and then always ask for a good rating/survey for how they did. Do I expect a lot when I go to fast food no. But they are absolutely not fast, and they do not listen to your order or double check the food in the bag is all there. read more

RATS RATS RATS !!! I wouldnt recommened this location . The server refused to let us order separate orders at the driver thru. She had a horrible attitude and lacked good customer service. She was quick to get us out of line even though there was no one in front or behind us . And as we were leaving I saw a rat run across the floor behind the front counter . GROSS ! I didn't even eat my food I was so disgusted read more

Stopped in to grab a quick bite and asked for a Mexican pizza with no beef, only beans. Ended up with a pizza full of meat. The service is great, but it ended up being a waste of money. read more

It really sucks that it's good food in a pinch. But extremely unfortunate that my orders are literally NEVER DONE RIGHT. It's not just this specific location. I don't think people making the food read the screen for order specifics. And even then they still can't seem to get it right. I order the same thing most of the time. A shredded chicken burrito with extra avocado ranch sauce. Seems simple enough. And everytime they apparently think extra means none. I never get sauce on it. But tonight was the worst. I'm pretty sure they moved the quesarito recipe with a shredded chicken burrito recipe. Got no sauce and it was way to spicy and grilled? I'm so sick of having issues with something that seems extremely simple. Last time I called about my order being incorrect (extremely terrible). I picked up the food on the way out of town the closing manager literally laughed at me on the phone. And said there's nothing he can do about it now that I can't bring it back. I'm hoping management and even ownership can fix these on going issues and I'm sure I'm not the only one. read more

I went inside because the drive through line was long. Then watched 20 plus cars go through drive through before I ever got my order. That is so wrong! They took my order at 6:11 and 6:38pm I finally got my 4 tacos and 2 quesadillas. I asked to speak to the manager and asked why the 20 to 25 cars that went through the drive through after I ordered got their food first. "She said sorry, they have a separate line". That is not OK I told her that her job as a manager is to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen and she make changes as necessary. She just walked away and said I could call corporate. The manager nor employees really don't care how they treat their customers. I have no problem with waiting if they are busy, but I do take issue waiting almost 30 minutes for a few tacos while 20+ orders after mine get filled first. As far as food quality it was sub par compared to other taco bells. Even my kids were like this is gross taco bell and wanted to go to the one in Oregon City. I agree with the kids that the OC taco bell food is much better. read more

1:04pm February 26, Great customer service and food!! Girl at the counter was very polite I think she had red hair and an Ashley made my food and it was delicious!! It was very busy and they were fast and delivered great food! A+ read more

Ok ok, So I am FINALLY going to write a review on this place. I have gave it a year to get better but it literally can not get any worse. I run a business that is not 100 yards from this taco bell and it is a fast paced business where me and my employees need to eat fast, or at least get our food in a reasonable amount of time. I would say 5 minutes from order would be reasonable. This does not happen here. I have been caught in the drive thru for over 45 minutes (no exaggeration) and today took the cake. I should have learned my lesson, but I pulled in and saw the drive thru line was overflowing...poor souls.. I parked and went inside to an empty dining room. I ordered my food. I went to use the bathroom and im not kidding, the urinal AND the toilet were overflowing, water all over the floor. The employee said they knew about it for awhile, but were too busy to handle it. I wish I could send a pic. There were poop pieces in the hallway to the eating area. As I was waiting for my food there was a traffic jam outside where people were trying to reverse out of the drive thru line, people were coming inside and asking for money back, an elderly man ordered just before me and he ordered ONE BURRITO SUPREME and I got my order before him which was an order for 2 people. It seems that the business owner has done nothing to help the situation. I don't understand as if it was my business I would make sure I watched social media and also had a finger on the pulse of my business! I ordered my food per my receipt at 5pm and I just got to my work next door at 530. Fortunately this was a little faster than normal. They informed me they were out of Baja blast, then the guy who ordered after me they told they were out of dr pepper. There were over 20 receipts on the counter top by the register all spread out where people had got their food and just left them there to blow all over. I could see the kitchen and there was a nacho on the floor, and countless pieces of garbage all over. I have reasonable expectations from a fast food joint, but this place is so bad I cant believe it. I feel bad for the kids working there. They have no direction. Its like their parents have gone out of town and they are trying to run a business. Someone HAS to get this place under control. Right now, I have vowed to drive the 4 miles up the street to the other taco bell and get my food there. At least I know what I will be getting. read more
