Slow slow slow.... like molasses in winter in Michigan! How many times have you ever gone up to the counter ordered and then had to wait over 30 mins to get your food at a Taco Bell? This was complete ridiculous! It's called fast food for a reason... this is not fine dinning... it is not chez Louis or something. It is bad for you, addicting, fast junk! If I could give this location zero stars I would. We used the app to order our food. Big order. And set it to be picked up at a later time. When we got there, we were told that one of the items (the triplupa) was discontinued despite it being on the app for order and that they took it upon themselves to just give us regular chalupas (which were much cheaper mind you). I had to ASK about the price difference and the manager just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. After getting home, 12 of our soft tacos were soggy and sticking to the wrappers and were falling out of the bag. They completely forgot our burrito as well. So I took the tacos back and the manager had them remade and told me it was my fault for ordering ahead because when you order on the app, even if it's to pick it up at a later time, they make it as soon as it's ordered and the food sits under a heat lamp until you pick it up. (Gross right?). Then I was told I never paid for the burrito and she argued with me until I paid for it and left. Well! You'd think that's the end right? Wrong. I get home and guess what's still not in the bag? Our burrito. That I paid for twice. So...I called this time and was really irritated about the whole ordeal. The manager once again argued with me, but this time about the burrito having extra onions. I told her that no I never said anything about extra onions. Not once. And she kept telling me that I did. She argued with me about this for a solid 5 minutes. And then proceeded to tell me that it's her workers fault not hers and she's more irritated than I am. I didn't realize it was an irritability contest at this point. After more arguing on the phone, she told me to go back to the drive thru and she's give me 2 burritos. (Well I already paid for two so I guess that works out huh?) and that she would give us a free combo for all our trouble. Like that makes this whole experience better. It doesn't. When will food places understand that giving out a free combo or meal doesn't fix the problem of bad service, lack of listening to your customers, and actually leading and supervising your team properly? As a manager it was her job to manage her team and all she did was put blame on them for all the mistakes. That's poor management and terrible leadership. read more

It's a Taco Bell, so the food isn't great, but it'll do for a quick bite to get you to your next meal. So three stars for the food. I've given it an extra star for the drive thru employees I've dealt with the few times that I've went here. I always drive thru, so I can't comment on the inside. But literally every employee that was working the drive thru window every time that I've been through it has been very polite and friendly. It's always been fast as well, so they deserve the fourth star. read more

Really uncomfortable environment. The employee was complaining how he eats here everyday because he's always at work and wants to go home. Literally crying out like a child. The door is to your left sir, exit if you hate your job so much. Don't put that negativity into the kitchen you prepare my meal in. Some of us rarely eat out and need a quick bite. The trash bins were completely overfilled in all areas of the lobby and restroom. The lady working in lobby was talking about drugs and all were hollering at each other for their own needs rather than making my burrito. When I received my burrito it was all mixed together and the most confusing wrap of a burrito I've ever seen. Take me back home! I don't like traveling through these small towns. Taco Bell is too good for these communities to trash their brand. Focus on doing cleaner work and possibly just work quietly. No bueno! read more

Sitting on the counter gave us the wrong size quesaritos with barely anything in them & when I confronted them about it they lied to my face & said it was right. I eat quesartios often & I can obviously tell these were wrong. Don't waste your time or money at this Taco Bell. Amazing customer service, very professional and efficient. Would totally recommend, I got the Chicken Quesarito and it's probably the best one I've had at any location, most other Taco Bell's add a huge dallop of sour cream and that makes it a little hard to eat, but this Taco Bell got it RIGHT. You'll notice some lower reviews that get a little personal, and let me tell you there are people who will find anything to complain about. This Taco Bell was great, the customer service was professional and we got plenty of napkins and sauces with our order and even got peppermints!! Keep up the great work, Taco Bell. read more

Went through the drive thru ordered a Power Bowl. Was asked which meat I wanted, I replied with chicken. The screen was correct. I paid for a chicken power bowl and drove back to work. Whenever I drive from Austin to Houston, I stop here pretty regularly. Restrooms are clean and they are pretty speedy with the orders.

The order taker was sarcastic with me and rushed me, even though I was only there for about 30 seconds.. Then I receive my food and there was A PINCH of meat in my cantina burrito- it was terrible. I do not want to eat a tortilla with pico and lettuce and guacamole. Then my quesarito had HARDLY any meat in it either. The sweet tea is ungodly sweet as well... Ok let me start by saying the cashier and manager at this location are happy, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. Now onto the food. The regular taco shells were fresh and crispy. The tortillas were soft and warm. We also got the Gordita and the shell was so fresh. The best I have personally ever had at Taco Bell. The other thing that really stood out was that they actually filled the shells with all the goodies. Best Taco Bell experience yet!! read more

I have been there a few times since they remodeled it a few months ago and it is HORRIBLE! They have never gotten my order correct when going through the drive thru. I don't change up the order with adding this and cutting that. I simply just say what number combo I want with a drink and they somehow manage to screw it up every time. I LOVE taco bell so I do go to fulfill my craving but I will only go inside from now on to watch them prepare my order. But I definitely do not go as often as I used to. The employees don't care about the customers. They are too busy gossiping and laughing and don't focus on getting the orders right. I actually had the drive thru employee ask my if i wanted sauce 2 times and when I told him BOTH time yes when I got my food there wasn't any in there. This place sucks altogether. Nothing but obnoxious employees acting foolish while behind the counter and out of customer's sites. A friend of mine himself who once worked there a few months back explained that despite local recognition, there's much improvement needed. The current GM (a female) is known to be acting rowdy and inappropriately with other female employees. I agree you've got to have a little fun in your work place, but come on!
