This Taco Bell is my favorite one. For quick bites and fast cheap imitation Mexican food it can't be beat. It's rarely busy when I go and easy to get in and out of. The drive thru can be packed at times but I goose to go inside. The food is always prepared fresh and comes out hot. This location has always gotten my order right and I've never had to call them to say they forgot stuff like the other Lima location by the airport. Staff has always been friendly and able to meet my requests such as extra sauce on the side more mild sauce in the lobby. The dinning room is always clean and I see employees sweeping the floors a lot. The restrooms are clean to but always cold. Makes for a quick trip. 0! They forgot my Cinnabon Delights 4 Pack the first visit went back obviously ordered more since i HAD to already go there they not only forgot my delights they forgot the pizza. I had not been to any Taco Bell in years but had a taste for a taco. I went to this location and ordered at the drive thru. I got a couple of tacos and a drink. I paid and got my order and pulled over the the parking area to eat my taco. Not only were they COLD but there was not much to them besides the shell. With no doubt there was no more than a teaspoon of meat,, a but more lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese. They were tasteless. I will NEVER go to any taco Bell again. read more

I hate all these negative "iT tAkEs So lOnG" comments. Do people not realize there is an employee shortage? There's only 1-2 people working here at a time when I come in the between 7-9. Dishes are trying to be done, sanitizing, making your food and ringing you out. If you ask me these are some HARD WORKERS. Never had a problem with this location. This is the most disgusting Taco Bell I have ever been to. On multiple occasions I have witnessed dirty habits. Have seen bugs inside, dirt and hair of all kinds in the back where they keep the food also I witnessed cups fall out of their cupholders on the floor I then went to ask for a cup for water later on and she gave me one of the cups that had fallen on the floor full of hair And the employee was so high and reeked of marijuana. read more

I'm drastically concerned that this Taco Bell may require cinder blocks for shoes, or their floor made of glue. While they had the nicest staff this evening, they moved at the speed of molasses in the winter time. It took 33 minutes from order to receiving my food, and I can only wonder what miraculous accomplishment I could have achieved with those remaining 30 minutes I could have had this evening. This Taco Bell has gone down hill and has become the worst Taco Bell in town. Ridiculously slow, you can tell the employees are just goofing off and they always either get the order wrong or skimp on ingredients on purpose. I usually don't complain, but this last visit really made me mad. I got off a long shift, but made sure I got there 45 minutes before they closed so I wasn't being rude. The line was long, but I was willing to be patient. Literally closing time hit right as I got up and without even saying anything they just shut the drive thru lights off. Seriously? They didn't talk to me just shut it off. I get drive-thrus are complicated as to when they close, but have a sign or some kind of clear policy because it's not your customers' fault that you can't put the fast in fast food. You're honestly better off driving the distance to another so you deal with the rudest customer service in Fort Wayne. Never expect me again at this location unless I'm that desperate. read more

Worse Taco Bell experience I have ever had. Went thru drive thru. Lady who first screwed up my order twice before I got to window. At window I asked her if everything was in the bag. She snapped at me and said yes. We started to pull away and realized she shorted us two cinnamon twists. I went inside the store. One worker standing and looking out the window of front of store. Another with a broom sweeping and looked at me and kept sweeping. Two at food counter making burritos. And than the lady at the window. She turned and looked at me. I started yelling over to her that she forgot my twists. She stuck her finger up in a motion to tell me to wait. I waited. I than told her she forgot my twists she turned and look at me and yelled I told you to wait and turned away again. The guy staring out the window walkers past me behind the counter and ignored me. I yelled is someone going to help me. The guy helping make burritos came up to the counter finally and asked what I needed I told him I went thru the drive thru and she shorted me to twists. He asked me I was missing anything. I said again my two cinnamon twists. He went. Toward the rack of twists and asked me how many I wanted. I said you guys shorted me two. So he grab them went behind the prep area where I could not see him and than brought them out and said I have three and was laughing I grabbed the bag and left. Than the real nightmare went down as we got on the highway. My number 2 combo burrito was a burrito shell and very little meat and beans. Hardly any cheese or lettuce and a couple pieces of onion. Worse burrito I have ever had. Than the taco. Barely enough meat to cover bottom of the shell. Sorry excuse of food. Than the worse part. Took a bite of the twists and they tasted just like floor cleaner. Both my wife and I almost threw up. Such disrespect. They should be fired for their actions. Will never eat there again. Been here three times. First time it wasn't even busy and they messed up my order not once not twice but three times. Second time they didn't give me any of my drinks and when i went in to get them they tried to make me pay for three new drinks. Third time was a busy time the guy dropped my slushie and said "You can buy a new one" and they like literally threw my food into the bag un wrapped. Haven't been back and won't go back. Stopped in this evening to bring a quick dinner home for the family. In addition to a box of tacos, I ordered two large drinks, one regular, one diet. At the window the attendant handed me the drinks but couldn't identify which was the diet. She explained that they were just to busy to press the little detents on the lid to identify the drinks. If they are that busy to help those customers who are allergic to diet sweeteners, what else are they not doing? We'll pass on this restaurant in the future. read more
