Kids wanted tacos and since we moved to BFE Taco Bell is it. We've been here twice, twice they've forgotten items. I suppose it's my fault for not double checking the bag, but should I have too? I haven't had to wait long, in fact both times we went, we were the only people there. Which makes us not getting our cinnamon twists that much more painful. The employees are nice, but nice won't bring back my tacos. Obviously I'll be back because there is place else. However... I will be checking the bags. read more

Drive through*** 0/0 Accused me of being drunk because I walked through the drive-through. I told them I was not and only trying to pick up an online order as their doors were closed. Called the store multiple times and told I was "harassing" them because I kept calling to confirm my order was not paid for. The reason I was calling is because I wanted to be given a reason to the rude behavior and that I was not charged for my order since I didn't receive it. (I was not aware of their drive through police and they closed the window on me without explanation). I called and called them a names, yes, but also asked them to have them tell me why I was refused service, which they did not do, I continued calling, I was hung up on. Multiple times until I was told I was harassing the business for calling them. In what world is needing an explanation for refusal of service harassment? I'm not sure but I know that this is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. If they had just talked with me instead of accusing me of being drunk (which I was not) I would not be writing this review. read more

This location is terrible. I showed up with no cars in the drive through wanting to make 2 ordered because we had 2 people in the vehicle. The person on the intercom said no you can only make 1 order per vehicle so we drove around and went inside. Time is (8:03) We get inside put our orders in on the computer and wait. (We had big orders so figured it would take a little bit) 2 young high school kids walk in and order cinabites. The one kid is sitting at the counter just waiting and one of the employees looks at him and says "can I fucking help you why are you just standing around" he got His order and left. The employees were just standing around doing nothing complaining about how busy they were with no cars in the drive through and nobody inside. One person leaning at the computer by the drive though counter eating the other was a guy in the kitchen doing absolutely nothing and another girl in the back just playing on her phone. We spent 45 minutes at this location waiting for food when there was no other customers and our orders were not correct. We asked the employee to fix it and was told "you shouldn't have fucked up ordering and maybe your shit would be right" this location sucks and the employees they have working are shittier than a pile of shit. If they don't wanna work they should go back to the basement they came from. Customers should not have to deal with the incompetence of a drug addict because they can't get their next fix. This location sucks and should be shut down. read more

out of all the taco bells this food is made the sloppiest, the service is actually the worst and are always snippy or rude and I think a bit salty as they work at taco bell with a taco bell salary but fr it ain't hard to work at taco bell. Asked for a sauce and they told me i had to go back through the drive through for a damn avocado ranch. Once they told me they were out of water. Atp go sell drugs or something .. read more

WARNING, DO NOT USE THE APP AT THIS LOCATION. If they mess up your order or forget entire items, they will REFUSE to give you what you paid for, and if you continue to ask they will ask you to leave and threaten to call the police. Absolutely terrible people working here. I had gone through the drive through with a mobile order, and 2 $6 items and other items were missing when I checked the bag in the parking lot (I never even left the property). When I went back inside with the bag and the order displayed on my phone to get my items, I stood quietly at the counter for almost 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Finally the girl who gave me my order at the drive through walked up to me and asked me what was wrong with my order (I hadn't even mentioned why I was there). I explained politely that I had a few missing items. The girl looked in the bag and took my phone and verified the order, told her team what was missing, and proceeded to tell me that I could put in a complaint on the app for a refund, but refused to make me the items that were missing, claiming that the app was a separate entity and therefore they couldn't issue a refund or finish my order. When I continued to ask for my items to be made, since, again, I never even left the property, she called, who I assumed to be, the "manager" over. (In all of this I tried my best not to be rude, but I did raise my voice once she utterly refused to complete the order I had paid for) The "manager" told me if I didn't stop talking he would ask me to leave. When I asked why they wouldn't just complete my order, he told me to leave and that he would call the cops if I didn't. I then yelled to them all that they were terrible people, and I turned and stormed out of the building. I have submitted a complaint to Taco Bell and requested follow up, and I am awaiting further response. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs, you never know who is going to be behind the counter, it is always someone new, and unfortunately this time I found myself with the single worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. read more

worst place ever this place never fails to mess up the order or miss half of it completely. I made a mobile order on 4/24/25 they forgot 2 crunch wraps and nachos. when i went in to get them they said they couldn't do anything about it and refused to make me new ones as I watched them throw the food that I was missing away, and then proceeded to threaten to call the police if I didn't leave the store. this place should get shut down or get a new owner/management. the taco bell also was not busy at the time and acted like they had better things to do than there actual jobs. read more

They continue to be horrible here. I had stomach surgery, basically a one way valve so nothing can come up from my stomach to my esophagus. Ate at the fort Atkinson Taco Bell, a free hours later was puking my brains out for the first time since surgery 12 years ago. Causing it to most likely rip open. Waiting to go in for a CT scan and possibly another surgery. This place needs to be shut down. I have been in contact with health officials. read more

FABULOUS SERVICE!! We came at almost close and the staff was super accommodating and helpful! Would ring this bell again!

I just went there today Saturday the 3rd of February 2024 and the man working the drive through was so rude, right when I pull up asking me "what do u want" in a very rude tone and when I tried to clarify my order he said "YEAH I GOT IT". I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell anytime soon and the worker should be talked to about customer service read more

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a cheese quesadilla because I'm vegetarian, but was given a chicken quesadilla. I politely informed the cashier and let her know about the order mix up and she was extremely condescending and rude. She then got her manager and he explained I would have to pay for another meal in order to get my original order. I declined his offer and he immediately snatched the quesadilla out of my hand and told me if I wanted a new one I would have to wait 20 minutes. I sat and waited for the quesadilla to be thrown at me on the counter. If I could give 0 starts I would, and reported to corporate. This establishment should be ashamed of their actions and attitude. P.S. don't demand higher wages if you're gonna treat your customers like shit. read more

DO NOT STOP HERE Cashier could not handle taking the order and took over 10 minutes Asked for no beans on burrito and no sour cream on tacos. 2/3 tacos had sour cream, the one that didn't have sour cream had a shell that smelled like wood, was sour and stale. And the burrito had beans. Absolutely pathetic. read more

They've gotten better!!!! I stopped going here months ago bc service was painfully slow (more than 5 min as only car in drive-thru and 15 min as one of two customers in the building). BUT...recently I had an otherwise-incurable craving and was happy to get fast and PLEASANT service! Thanks for stepping up! read more

They are quick to take your order and money, then send you to wait in line for your food. I was able to inform them how poorly they did on tellthebell.com but it only allows you 1200 characters. This is the last time I'm ever coming to this Taco Bell. I'd rather take the extra drive to the Whitewater Taco Bell. Used the drive thru on this visit. I ordered a Steak XXL Burrito and a Steak Cantina bowl and guess what...got home and there was no steak in both my bowl and my husband's burrito. There's no sense in calling the restaurant because they would only tell me to come back...forget it. I just won't return to this restaurant EVER!!! read more

first off. i would like to say i wish i could give this place no stars. The workers are so rude and disrespectful. The one we had tonight, his name was Anthony and he had the biggest attitude before we even started our order. then after we left we realized we were missing a lot of our order so obviously we went back for what we paid for. he got irritated with us because we simply asked for what we paid for. he was slamming the the sliding door in our faces when we were trying to talk and our food was way spicier then normal, the quesadillas were in crunchwrap wrappers and looked like they were folded up and sat on, and we not cut. over all i am very disappointed with the services we received and although it's always bad here tonight just was awful. read more

This is undoubtedly not only the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, but one of the worst restaurants overall. I live in the community and stop in every 6 months to a year and hope something's changed - anything. Nope, can't get the order right, handed wrong order, missing items, 30 - 40 minute waits for orders. I don't think I could run a business worse if I tried. To top it all off, you get a very uncaring attitude from anyone you interact with. Go anywhere else, and I mean anywhere! Save your time and money. read more

About an average place. The staff was very friendly. The food was about what you'd expect from a fast food place. We ordered off of the breakfast menu and service was pretty fast. The dining room area wasn't bad for a fast food restaurant, but it could of been a little cleaner. Restrooms were clean and stocked. If you're driving through town and need a quick bite, it'll do. read more

Went at 8 PM. The woman on the speaker said "please be patient I'm the only one here"... excuse me ? Like literally? YES!! Not blaming her. I'm blaming the OWNERS!! Who leaves a single employee ( manager) to take orders, collect money and prepare all the food? Simply ridiculous. All the hard shells had a greasy stale aftertaste. Apparently the new owners haven't improved anything. If you want good employees you need to pay a decent wage. Pretty sad situation. read more

One star because there's not an option of a negative star rating. I often wonder if people are exaggerating on Yelp, not in this case. Just as the other posts indicate always slow, can't get a simple order correct. Today I ordered at drive thru, was assured that my hot sauce was in the bag after asking twice. Pulled away and later discovered the hot sauce was not in the bag and they forgot to give me a spoon for my mashed potatoes. Oh, and Pepsi was watered down. But the craziest thing was my hard shell taco (see pic) was missing half of its shell! I'm shocked that they would actually serve something like that. Normally love Taco Bell, but won't be going to this one anymore. read more

This Taco Bell is the WORST Taco Bell I have EVER been to. It says everywhere online and in stores that they close at 11 pm. I just attempted to go there through the drive through, and they had closed an hour early. The staff was extremely rude when telling us this, and they said they were closed while still serving people in the drive through line ahead of us. If you aren't going to list your correct hours online, then follow what is stated. Extremely disappointing. Wish I could give negative stars. read more

Filthy, greasy, slow, and unstocked at opening. Clearly not a well staffed restaurant.

This Taco Bell can't seem to get an order correct the first try, no matter when we go there. They either give us the wrong food, or forget part of the order, or both. It's unfortunate that the customers need to be in charge of quality control to ensure orders are going out right. That says a lot about the management... or lack thereof. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a simple meal for my son. Tenders with Mac n cheese and some cinnamon twists first they were out of cinnamon twists, then were out of tenders!! Over 20 minutes of waiting just for that! And seeing the timing in the drive thru, some people had been sitting 47 minutes in the drive thru!!!! For fast food! No one should have to pay for food after being there and waiting that long. Unbelievable! And they weren't even short staffed! At least 7 people working! read more

Every time we come to this Taco Bell the waiting is horrible. We're the only one in the restaurant and we've been waiting for at least 20 minutes to get our food. It's not the first time either. Never go here around 9pm. You'll wait a long time. read more
