We had been looking forward to a date night at our local Taco Bell. There are three kiosks two were working at the time we visited that you put in your order and they call it out so there's no interaction with a cashier. We had some issues with the code in the app which we just figured out afterwards with the receipt. I got the 12 pack box and my Husband got a few other items on a separate order. The food was delicious. We can't help but revere back in the days when the box was 14 or $15 at most. Inflation price needs to come down we won't be paying $23 for 12 tacos for a long time. i had a 16 year old 'manager' laughing and cackling in my face as he tried to treat me and talk to me like i'm incompetent. all i asked was that my order be remade after their terrible staff team literally threw my tacos together to the point there was no meat ON the shell when i unwrapped it. he got all 'badass' up in the window telling me they're not reliable for it after the real manager TOLD me i was allowed to have it remade at the speaker. then starts waving the box around as he's handing it out the window. the MOST unprofessional and childish 'manager' i've ever talked to. i don't even think he was a manager. just some terribly raised teenager. read more

Hailey, who calls herself a manager, is rude, lies, calls customers liars, refuses to serve food that's been paid for. Threatens people with calling the police, and will trespass people for no reason, other than she likes it, has the authority to, and can. She can't read, and is otherwise incompetent as a manager, even for Taco Bell. Watch out if she's there. She is definitely on a power trip. Hopefully, someone can come along and knock her down a peg to realize that she only has a customer service job because she's not smart enough to do anything else. I used grubhub, 1st time. Came to the speaker, gave my last name, they don't have it, don't ask what it was, didn't offer to make it, just called me stupid basically. Only after giving my last name specifically 6 or so times dies she finally ask for a first, or any other name for the order....all of a sudden, they were magically able to locate my order inside of a locked restaurant at 12:35 in the morning!!! How astonished I was....THEN after giving me attitude about getting it wrong went ahead and said she was going to refuse to give the paid for order. Which is theft, because she also neglected to offer a refund...Uh Oh. She finally caves and says I can pull up to get my food. (Giving them PLENTY of time to molest it while she argued with me about not having it at all.) She shoves the food out the window at me and also failed to provide a receipt. I continue to let her know of her poor attitude over the situation so she then threatens to call the police. At which point her attitude, and threats were no longer going to be tolerated so I call the police myself, right there at the drive thru window. Turns out, the officer saw the situation my way. But because Hailey works there and simply "wants me gone" I was left to leave with zero catharsis. I didn't trust the food enough to eat it. Then she goes ahead and lays a trespass on me. Officers even said she's wrong, and the situation sucks, but now I'm not allowed back until I get her fired and the trespass lifted. Hailey sucks and likes to create problems for people, but that's OK. I will ALWAYS stand up for myself against someone who is paid to be rude to someone who has already paid for a service. That won't stand. And it shouldn't stand with any of you either. On a side note, while I'm here. The Mexican pizza is garbage now. Just awful. read more

There are days when Taco Bell seems like a good idea, until I remember that BYOB is open a mile away and costs slightly more. I'm old enough to remember when Taco Bell had pretty good fast food, and now it's just something cheap to eat in a hurry. The Baja Blast is the best drink by far. The "power" bowls are the best option for something that has whole food, although the chicken is still suspect, it's hard to mess up lettuce, rice and beans. Get the avocado ranch on the side, it's the best sauce they have. read more

It's Taco Bell - I get it. Not really the highest expectations from here but basic courtesy and the ability to make an order correctly would be a nice thing. And lets face it, we're all human and we make mistakes. The first time I brought my order back, sure, I was frustrated but I almost felt bad for THEIR mistake because the manager I dealt with was THAT NICE! Unfortunately, some people just suck. And that's the case with the SECOND MANAGER I had to deal with when I came back after my "corrected order" was STILL WRONG! This guy has he nerve to CORRECT me because when I brought my food back the first time I got lettuce on the counter AND chastised me, telling me, "Let's TRYYYYY to be human beings here." Are you kidding me? I had to come back THREE TIMES in order for them to get my order correct and he thinks it's okay to CORRECT me? How about this: I wouldn't have gotten lettuce on the counter in the first place, if the order had been correct! NOT okay for a manager (or anyone) to be so rude and disrespectful to a customer (or anyone)! Also - there was a wasp nest that had been disturbed near the drive in and I have a child that is severely allergic to wasps/bees. I could barely order. I had to roll up my window, leaving the slightest crack to finish placing my order. When I got to the window, I told the kid working that he should let a manager know about the wasps - someone could be stung and with some people's allergies being so sensitive, the wasps could cause a severe reaction if someone were stung. I was told that the manager had been aware for a while and agreed that it's a problem - BUT DID NOTHING ABOUT IT! Also, NOT okay! Annnnd, that's why he works at Taco Bell, apparently working at his FULL potential. What a sad, sad world we live in that people are so "okay" with such a low standard of living. :( read more

Well turns out the flat rock guys like to not work and send customers to Brownstown. Guess what children I have nothing better to do than complain all day long till you get fired. It's hit or miss with this store , you go there and the young man is always friendly ,always polite but it never fails if you have a big order you can guarantee your gonna be missing something EVERYTIME. I just went in last night and ordered big a $32 almost $33 order , sure enough got home was missing one of my kids items and the chicken burrito supreme I ordered . It gets to be extremely old hat writing reviews and call 1-800-Taco Bell but maybe these places should really start taking accountability for this stuff . It looks clean from outside I usually only use drive thru because it's usually a quick dinner for us but I went thru last night ordered all that with a diet mt. Because this Taco Bell isn't near a highway or a large commercial center, the service seems to be much quicker and accurate. They don't seem to be as busy, but they do get their rushes at times. Even when I lived closer to the one on Allen Road in Woodhaven, I would drive a few extra miles to this one since it would save so much time by not dealing with the slow service or congested traffic. I've never spent longer than 5 minutes in the drive-thru, and not once has my order ever been messed up or of poor quality. I now live about a block away, and I can leave, go there, and be back home in usually less than 15 minutes. read more

Every time I go to Taco Bell I hope that they mess up my order because when they mess them up every one I've been to has given me cinnamon spiral thingies for free and they are BOMB SRSLY and sometimes they are lined up and it takes ten minutes for them to serve one person not even including the time it takes them to ask the customer at least 3 or 4 times to repeat their usually simple orders. Also when they finally get the order down on the drive thru screen thing it still ends up showing up wrong BUT, usually their food is pretty great. Also their donut holes with cream stuff in them are EVERYTHING I SWEAR. Also whenever I order cheesy roll ups I always get a piece of LETTUCE OR TOMATOES IN IT, I don't really think that those are supposed to be there, but their nachos make up for it anyways THEY ARE AMAZING. Stopped by a couple days ago, was initially happy to see that it was busy but the wait time was short. However, I was disappointed to see that the quality of service was poor. Order taker was very rushed, rushed us through ordering and almost forgot our drinks. I understand it was busy and it gets crazy. But almost every modified item was made incorrectly, and the Baja blast tasted horrible. I was upcharged for modifications to items which was fine, I used to work in a fast food establishment as well so I have no problem paying a little extra for special requests. My problem came when I was upcharged for sour cream that was already supposed to be on the tacos (no, we didn't want extra, just wanted them made with sour cream and no tomato, ended up with the tomatoes anyways) and the potatorito box was a real shame. How are you going to call it a potatorito and have literally NO potatoes in it? Thoroughly disappointed. Was so happy to see another Taco Bell pop up and have been disappointed almost regularly with each visit to this location. read more
