It's just Taco Bell guys ! I would not say the food is good but I would say they have good service, and the people working there are very respectful to me and it was an enjoyable experience for my family. I got to say something about the food, it all kind of taste the same well, really it all taste the same. And I would not say that it was real Mexican food. But it was decent and if I am hungry I would go to the Taco Bell drive-through again because it's one of those places if you like drunk and hungry you go there. So that's mine. And also they must be making a lot of money because every time I drive by there's a whole line of hungry customers waiting to get their tacos, and have you heard in some places they have a Taco Bell hotel, rad :-) ! ThIs was a horrible experience inside. The drive through was lierallly 10+ cars deep at 10:00 pm. We went inside and ordered on the kiosk cause the "manager" was complaining to us that she should have come in earlier in the day and didn't have access to anything. We ordered using the 3rd party taco bell app and when we pulled up they didnt have baja blast. So I said can we switch out the 2 baja blasts for one fry with nacho cheese and then a baja freeze. Horrible! I was stuck in their drive through on a Saturday night from 10:45 - 11:10 PM waiting for my meal behind two cars with no way out. As you can imagine by the time I received my order for Chicken wraps they were stone cold. This is not my first bad experience at the Taco Bell here in Evansville but it will be my last! The service is consistently slow and my food arrives stone cold. Not a fun experience at all. In the future I'll just head to the nearby Wendy's or Burger King because this restaurant is a joke at best and a real life nightmare at worst. read more

This is the worst taco bell I have ever seen in my life . I called and asked to speak to a hiring manager about my application. The women said how can I help you I explained to her I had been trying to get in touch with her or some kind of management for weeks and wasn't having any luck she then got very rude with me so I explained to her that I didn't need the attitude I simply just called to ask about the application but if it was a problem I could call back later. Later on that day I called back multiple time each time I got answer and then hung up on finally a nice man answer trying to give me some kind of help with the situation but then let me know that there was no current gm or assistants in the whole store bc everyone quit. I find this very upsetting that I have waited a entire month for answer to just now find out that the only management team is 3 shift managers and a very rude hiring manager who is hiring people without a gm or assistant. read more
