You know the song by Phil Collins, "In the Air of the Night" about that guy who coulda saved that other guy from drownin' but didn't? Phil should rewrite that absolute banger but make it about how Taco Bell saved my life last night. Happy to report I'm 100% hangover free today. Dropping one star because the food was terribly prepared and had I been in any way sober there's no way I would've eaten it. Love you Taco Bell! read more

I enjoy their food, but every day over the last couple of weeks their drinks have been awful tasting. I've had to send my husband back 4 times this past week or so because of the drnks--the lemonade, lemon-lime, atnd root beer have all been horrible. Tonight I told him to get a glass of iced water so I could make my own lemonade at home. They told him a new order of drinks come in Monday....this is just Saturday. read more

I just wanted to add a order of cinnamon twist at the window and she wouldn't do it. how ridiculous is that? The people there don't want to work it's obvious. read more

This place sucks This place takes forever for food I have been waiting for 20 minutes read more

Went later at night (probably my mistake I should've known) food was lukewarm and the tortilla from my cheesy Gordita crunch almost smelled like old or rancid. I really like Taco Bell too, I guess I'll have to try a different location. read more

I ordered food for me and my wife on the app through delivery and I did not receive two of my items and coincidentally they were the most expensive items and I called the store and was told I couldn't be compensated money down the drain read more

The service was fast, but forgot about half of my order would not recommend I don't know how the service was because I ordered through the app, but I am assuming not good read more

Service is terrible we placed an order and waited 20 mins for a 17 dollar meal. And we asked what was wrong with it. And the guy at the counter was very disrespectful and said we made it 27 orders ago but never called our name. And he said he won't remake it for us. Terrible customer service and terrible environment. And all of the workers where smoking in the kitchen and talking in a very thug way (all black pe read more

It's just Taco Bell guys ! I would not say the food is good but I would say they have good service, and the people working there are very respectful to me and it was an enjoyable experience for my family. I got to say something about the food, it all kind of taste the same well, really it all taste the same. And I would not say that it was real Mexican food. But it was decent and if I am hungry I would go to the Taco Bell drive-through again because it's one of those places if you like drunk and hungry you go there. So that's mine. And also they must be making a lot of money because every time I drive by there's a whole line of hungry customers waiting to get their tacos, and have you heard in some places they have a Taco Bell hotel, rad :-) ! In conclusion they don't have good food without service! read more

Horrible. Ordered 4 hard shell Tacos and barely get any meat or cheese. I live 3 minutes away and when I come back all the employees are outside .I pulled through the drive thru and had to bang on the window and then repeatedly honk my horn to get any one read more

It gets the job done and you get enough sauce to keep you going for a while, i personally like the hot sauce as it's cheaper than Frank's. Overall the customer service is shitty and it matches the food but it's good for a pinch. read more

ThIs was a horrible experience inside. The drive through was lierallly 10+ cars deep at 10:00 pm. We went inside and ordered on the kiosk cause the "manager" was complaining to us that she should have come in earlier in the day and didn't have access to anything. The counters were covered in spilled drinks and the floor had dirty used napkins all around. I trust the food will be the status quo, but appearance wise, this location gets an F for the night. read more

We ordered using the 3rd party taco bell app and when we pulled up they didnt have baja blast. So I said can we switch out the 2 baja blasts for one fry with nacho cheese and then a baja freeze. And she said yes. When we pulled up we got everything but the fries and the baja blast. I didnt say anything because this girl looked pissed and frankly at midnight I'm not dealing with it. I'll just call my bank and get my money back read more

Hands down, best taco bell I've ever eaten at. Everything we ordered was full with ingredients.

Well...I guess the walk in inventory report isn't where they would like it. I think there was some beef on it somewhere. But shorting me on lettuce too. Come on...I got 1 tacos worth of ingredients spread over 3 tacos. You have to do the tacos right. It's basic and your surrounded by better taco options. read more

Slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Workers continued to talk while I was standing at the register waiting to order. TERRIBLE service do not go. read more

Horrible! I was stuck in their drive through on a Saturday night from 10:45 - 11:10 PM waiting for my meal behind two cars with no way out. As you can imagine by the time I received my order for Chicken wraps they were stone cold. This is not my first bad experience at the Taco Bell here in Evansville but it will be my last! The service is consistently slow and my food arrives stone cold. Not a fun experience at all. In the future I'll just head to the nearby Wendy's or Burger King because this restaurant is a joke at best and a real life nightmare at worst. read more

To echo a previous review, never again. Just sat trapped in the drive through for over thirty minutes, then waited inside for another ten, then ten more to try and get a refund. It is always slow. Tonight was the worst. It won't happen to me again. read more

Let's be honest Taco Bell is ... Taco Bell, food wise. But I recently had a really pleasant experience through your drive through. Markus was working it and he was very polite and seemed like he really enjoyed working there which is cool. read more

Food is tasty as per usual, but after eating at this location I then developed food poisoning. :(

This is the worst taco bell I have ever seen in my life . I called and asked to speak to a hiring manager about my application. The women said how can I help you I explained to her I had been trying to get in touch with her or some kind of management for weeks and wasn't having any luck she then got very rude with me so I explained to her that I didn't need the attitude I simply just called to ask about the application but if it was a problem I could call back later. Later on that day I called back multiple time each time I got answer and then hung up on finally a nice man answer trying to give me some kind of help with the situation but then let me know that there was no current gm or assistants in the whole store bc everyone quit. I find this very upsetting that I have waited a entire month for answer to just now find out that the only management team is 3 shift managers and a very rude hiring manager who is hiring people without a gm or assistant. read more
