Quite possibly the worst Taco Bell I have visited in recent memory. Went to wash my hands and the restroom smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned for years. Against my better judgement I got three tacos - one was fine and the other two were broken and barely had any toppings. Two orders in a row (someone else's and mine) had missing drinks. We are a family of 6 and we have ordered from this location 3 or 4 times. Every time they have crushed our order! Add this, no tomato, no sour cream. I don't comment much on, nor do I eat fast food often but this has to be one of my favorite Taco Bell's in the country, and that's saying a lot. This location is always quick, accurate and the staff are as friendly as can be. My friend and I stopped by the drive thru today for just a quick burrito after a run and they were blazingly fast at lunch time and the cashier was super friendly and even told us to have a blessed day. Ordered a spicy tostada & soft drink from the drive-thru. I was asked if I wanted taco sauce & I answered in the affirmative. I received fast service, paid for my purchase & was handed my drink & a sealed bag. After pulling into the parking lot to check my order, I see I was given no napkins, no spork & no taco sauce. It's messy to eat & should always include a spork & napkins! Why bother to ask me if I want sauce if you're not going to include it?!My tostada also had no shredded cheese on it. We love eating Taco Bell, especially when they have specials happening! The past two times we have got it, it has been phenomenal. Crispy fries, delicious cheez it tostado, PERFECT cantina burrito. Sometimes it can be hit and miss at this location, and I'm not sure what has changed but whatever they are doing now, they are doing it right! read more

We arrived today at about 11:45 AM. Every table was already dirty. How does that even happen. I want to the counter to order and my wife went to the restroom to dampen some paper towels so we could wipe off our table. The wait for food was interminable. It's the lunch rush, but even so it took at least 15-20 minutes to get our food. Not acceptable for a fast food place. I'd give zero stars if I could. Haven't been back to this location for awhile due to lack of customer service and inconsistent product to put it lightly. With the relaunch of the Mexican pizza I decided to give them another shot. Went with my daughter and no one would come to the counter to take our order so after waiting about 5 minutes I went ahead and placed a dine in order through their computers in the lobby. It took every bit of 20-25 minutes to get our order and they weren't even that busy. The pizza's were horribly slopped together but didn't taste bad. What killed me was paying almost $3.00 for a chili cheese burrito and coming home to find a tiny wrap the size of 2 sauce packets with just cheese. NO CHILI!!!! Yet another reminder of why I stayed away from this location in the first place. It's worth it to go out of your way to another location or just wait til it's convenient. Worst Taco Bell in Ohio. The employees are out of control. Cashier running the register evening of 12/28/2018 refused to give me change for my order because "they didn't have any quarters-", then the didn't have enough dimes, nickels, or pennies to make 73 cents in change. Instead of getting change from a manager, my only option was to cancel the order or take 31 cents change. Cashier was either too lazy or indifferent to make proper change. Instead of making a scene, and making other customers wait who had incorrect orders I left. Negligent, surly, poor service, and filthy lobby. What good is all the advertising for Taco Bell do if your people are openly hostile, unprofessional lazy and rude? Recently I visited Taco Bell and was not happy. I stopped buying from them about a year ago due to the service and condition of the food. This time our order was no better. It looked like a 5 year old made it. I am not sure what they did to the Mexican pizza but it was missing part of the ingredients and ones it had was piled in the middle. I ordered a beef burrito and got a bean one. No sauces in the bag or napkins. Service people on the drive thru order need retraining on customer service. Someone needs to supervise these people. This Taco Bell sucks. The mobile app has menu items that the store no longer carries. The store can't give you a refund on cards used on the mobile app so you have to either pick different food or kiss your money goodbye. And most annoying is the fact that they NEVER give you all your food. read more
